Creative Custom Frames in Lowndes County

Took two pieces to this company to be reframed, one was a wedding picture from 36 years ago. Cannot get them back. Business is closed at the street address listed on her website, yet she says she is working out of her house. Made an appointment to meet with he to pick up the pictures, she did not show and her mailbox is full.
