My representative Andy House was very kind and caring. He answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction. Excellent employee.

I wrote a review earlier of this business, it was wrong, because I believed they did their job, apparently not, they were courteous until they received the full payment. I was behind on taxes and I thought this was the solution, I have contacted them several of times informing them of mistakes and mail and messages actually received from the IRS. They have done nothing to assist me in taking care of my tax situation, why did I pay this amount of money and it’s not solved…don’t believe they hype that Thomas, Adam, or Noemi will sell you, they just want your money!!!

If I could give zero stars I would do so. Hands down one of the worst experiences with any organization I have ever dealt with. Your case is handled by a coordinator, and you do not get to speak with the actual tax professional handling your case. Email communications are poorly done and can be difficult to follow. Questions often take days to get answered, and often the answer is inadequate grossly inadequate and requires more emails. Avoid this organization at all costs.

I had a bad experience with them, I had the worker that didnt want to help much. I paid the money but still had to pay the IRS back because my worker didnt do her job correctly. Something doesnt add up because I still had to pay a lot of money to the IRS I even lost my income tax because of it. I was told by my worker that once she did the two lost tax returns that everything would be okay. That was all a lie she was a liar anytime I would reach out to her it take days for her to get back to me. Dont waste your time and money on a place when you can just go locally where you live especially because you dont want to get her. Oh and I swear to God she said something about mailing it in that dont make sense because they told me that was the mistake I made when the IRS lost my two tax returns, was because I mailed it in instead of filling it electronically.

I was forced to retire because of a situation beyond my control. and i had an outstanding tax debt at a time where any payment plan would cause hardshipthat i could not bear. i called Creative Tax Solutions .and answered their questions and they wentto work on my case . . they came up with an arrangement that allowed me time to get back on my feet and also found away for me to painlessly take care of my obligations and do it completely above board . and that was exactly what i wanted to do.

I had a pretty good experience with this company, I normally do my taxes through a site, since it is pretty basic, but with the selling of my home and some other factors I wanted it done professionally just to be sure. I worked primarily with a Michele Kupla who was very quick to respond to emails and keep me in the loop. My only small hiccup was with a person working under her who tried contacting me about reviewing but would never answer his phone or return my call and just tell Michele, other than that it was a pretty easy and smooth process.

My wife and self contacted CTS LLC for assistance with our tax issues and we received excellent, professional, courteous, knowledgeable guidance and assistance. The customer service was very thorough and made the process easy. Tom and Noemi are excellent representatives of the company who have provided continued top knoch service.

Adam is very prompt very professional and just a very nice gentleman. Adam got started on my problem now 2 weeks later my probleum is settled I wanna think Adam and CTS LLCfor their prompt help. Unauthorized charge on my card. I was told I wouldnt be charged if I didnt sign and return the paperwork. Well, I didnt sign, because I hired someone local and today $200 was removed from my account. I tried to call your 1-877 number and the message telling me Ill be connected picks up, but then disconnects me. Return my money, Im not your client as I decided on someone else.Update: thank you Adam for your prompt response and for voiding the charge. Thank you also for clarification on everything and still offering to provide us the records for no charge, due to the misunderstanding. I really appreciate you taking time out on Saturday.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! This is my first bad review ever. I am a business owner so I understand things happen, but I really feel I should share my experiences to help someone else. I spent thousands of dollars for a process that took years to receive no results. It started out to be a very slow and delayed process initially, buy I was very patient because we were in a pandemic. Then there was a period when I went several months without receiving any responses to find out my representative had passed away months before I finally called the company. That was horrible to hear, but I was a little annoyed no one took the time to reach out. I was then assigned to another rep, that seemed annoyed to have had to take on my case. I will admit this was my first time having a tax issue so I was totally blind to the process, and because it was so long and dealt with so many people it got really confusing, so I had a lot of questions. She made hard to ask questions and seemed so unbothered by potential outcomes. I felt after my money was paid they really stop putting in effort. I expressed my dissatisfactions to Barbara for her to tell me I can call and do it my self. She even tried to blame me for the lack of results because I was not responsive, which wasn’t true, but was extremely annoying when I had been so patient with them.In my initial call I was told that they can help me lower my tax debt, then was told by someone else from the same company that wasn’t even possible. They only assisted in making payment arrangements, which is so crazy because I had already done that! This is that company that will take your money , take advantage of your ignorance instead of advocating for you like they promise.

Great team and especially M. Johnson for help with my 2017 & 2018 tax returns.It was a long six month process. In the end , I received state and federal refunds that for a variety of reasons seemed elusive to me.In fact just prior to the final documents being submitted by the folks at Creative Tax Solutions my state tax department had sent me a collection notice (for back taxes owed, penalties for not filing, plus interesttotalling nearly $9,000!Saturday I received a letter from the state tax office showing all the corrected information and a refund check in the amount $2,190 !PB LeeMaryland

When I started with Creative I had just retired and the IRS was getting ready to attach my Social Security Check which is exactly what did before I could complete sign up with Creative. I had read article on the internet about Creative Tax Solutions so immediately called them and Tom explained everything so clear to me so there would not be any guessing, about things like cost, the process, what needed to be done to get started, he was very thorough. They work with you on everything from monthly payments, the due date for payments, and you can set your own payment date. After the IRS had attached my check I immediately contact Creative I was told do not worry and then 2 days later they reduced my monthly payments to them until they were able to get the garnishment cancel. After the first phase and once they had received all of my documents they worked their tails off to get things going. Madison was my case worker and she was absolutely wonderful, she was constantly updating me at every stage. If I was dragging my feet on getting more documents and information to her she would always contact me and give reminders that I needed to stay on top of things. As I stated before she would always contacting me with updates on the progress sometimes 2 maybe 3 times a week, also I had questions or concerns and contacted her the response was always great, sometimes it would only take her 5 or 10 minute reply either by email, phone call, or text. I think Creative Tax Solutions is the best and I would recommend them to any and every one that has a tax issue, as matter of fact I have already recommended them to a couple people. Bottom line is the IRS said I owed them over $48,000 and I just received my letter a couple of weeks ago which they said they were closing my account and considered it CNC (Currently Not Collectible). I have heard and read about people used other tax service and they were able to get tax debit for $50,000 down down to maybe $5,000, but I have never heard or read that the IRS closed their case and would not pursue them. Although my tax debit was not erased and I still owed, but at this time they would not be pursuing me for payment as long as I file any new taxes on time and if I am due a refund it will be applied toward my current debit to them. To Creative Tax Solutions keep up the GREAT work. Got a problem with Taxes then call them today and I promise you that you be very DELIGHTED like I am. Thank you Creative, and thank you Madison.

I was up against a serious time constraint and within ONE business day, Tom was able to file all necessary paperwork, communicate directly with the IRS and put me in the appropriate program to resolve my tax related issues. Creative tax Solutions was very helpful to me from my first call. They helped me set up a payment arrangement for their services, and regularly followed up with updates and reminders. Whitney was the agent that worked on my case from beginning to end and she was very professional and prompt. I would definitely recommend Creative tax Solutions to anyone dealing with a tax problem you cannot solve yourself. Make sure to call the IRS yourself first though to set up a payment arrangement for back taxes because you dont want to pay for them to do something you can handle yourself.

If you dont owe more than $10K dont bother. Youre better off calling the IRS yourself and making arrangements. When I did that, I was informed that the agent called and just set up the minimum payment plan, which I said multiple times I could verify that I could not afford for at least the next 6 months, and the agent I was recently assigned to didnt discuss alternate options with the IRS as I had requested. I had to call myself and wait on hold for a few hours with the IRS but set up my own better arrangement. Im sure their services are great if you owe a lot or have extremely complicated issues, but dont pay $300 for nothing like I did. The people were friendly though and filed some responses to initial letters for me when I first hired them. They responded quickly at first too. Whoever it was I originally worked with was much more helpful, which is why Im giving this three stars instead of one.

As usual with most folks, by the time you hire someone to intercede for you in tax matters, one is probably pretty frazzled. Im sure all companies have comforting words on how everything will be alright "now that youve hired us". In fact, it does literally feel like the weight of the world has been taken off your shoulders!So likewise, we did receive that emotional comfort with realistic expectations from Creative Tax representatives. That said, Id want potential clients of Creative to hear from this stranger that the company will do the work necessary to achieve a more satisfactory outcome than dealing with the IRS on their own.Also, the company was competitive in pricing, and we saved lots of money on fees for representation.Finally, in the outcome of our case, although we still had to pay the IRS a great deal of money, it would have been worse handling it on my own. I recommend Creative Tax Solutions to those in despair and need a company they can trust!

I really appreciate the experience that I have had with Creative Tax Solutions. At first, I was very hesitant and anxious, but I needed help. I had not paid my taxes for a couple of years and had been threatened with wage garnishments. I was very stressed at the beginning of the process, but that soon went away because Creative Tax Solutions was able to promptly put a hold on the wage garnishment while they sorted out my mess. There was plenty to clean up with my tax situation, yet they was very diligent in making sure that every detail was taken care of.
