HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.. BROUGHT THIS IN BC IT HAS A NOISE WHEN THE VOLUME IS DOWN FROM THE SPEAKERS LIKE ITS LOOSE OR SOMETHING.. TOLD ME FIRST THEY DIDNT HEAR IT.. THEN I WENT TO ANOTHER ONE THEY HAD AT THE STORE AND THE NOISE WASNT THERE.. BUT THE PPL THERE R RUDE AND ACTS LIKE PPLS MONEY ISNT NOTHING.. 350 DOLLARS FOR THIS 2 WEEKS AGO.. BUT SAYD BC IT HAS ITS OWN WARRANTY THAT THEY CANT RETURN IT.. STUPID.. IF U WANT FACK SMILES AND FAKE HELP AS LONG AS UR SPENDING MONEY U MIGHT HE GOOD HELP.. IF U TRY TO GET SOMETHING RETURNED YOU WILL BE CALLED A LIER AND THEY CANT HELP YOU
Even though I actually purchased my sim card and prepaid plan from Walmart, this location still helps me when I have issues with my secondhand Samsung phone which was originally connected with Consumer Cellular.
They updated my phone. I live close by so I went home. She said my phone update would take around 20 minutes. I went back in 20 minutes and it was done

The reason I visited the Wabash store was we found out our phones (which were several years old and purchased independently of Cricket rendering them outdated for 5Gand we were not aware of this until one line was kicked off the network.From a company assessment I would have expected and appreciated a text, email or hard copy with this information. I understand the move to 5G and that some phones dont have the capability but Cricket did not communicate this critical information.However when we visited the store I could not have been more impressed with the knowledge, helpful spirit and speed with which Jenn demonstrated. She is an outstanding employee, smart, responsive and very valuable. She deserves a 5 rating personally....but I hope Cricket does a better job as a company of notifying customers with significant changes. Thanks Jenn! Jay Driskill
Cricket Wireless is not a terrible company to use. They have started upping their fees. Like if you don’t do automatic payment out of your account, they charge fees. And that is just wrong! And maddening! But we have 4 unlimited lines for $100. Can’t beat that.As far as this particular Wabash store, I went in last week. The ladies there were super helpful! Very friendly. They went above and beyond to do the things we needed to do that day. We were there for over an hour while they worked on our stuff. Great customer service!

Went into the store mid afternoon. They were pretty busy, only one person was working and when we got up to the counter she couldnt put her phone down long enough to look me in the eye. I told her we needed to replace a phone, she handed me a brochure and told me to call the number for an insurance claim. I asked her if we were eligible for an upgrade, she said probably and that I would be able to find that all out on the internet. After that she simply dismissed me and wasnt interested in answering anymore of my questions. Very disappointed.

During business hours of 10:45 I sat there waiting to get in while the store was all lit up and no one was there but the door was locked the company itself is Raising prices to make it work cost $3 a month to pay your bill to pay them your bill for them they want to charge you they charge you for everything if you have to talk to a person you get charged company is ridiculous Id like to see it fold
Your hours are EXTREMELY wrong. ive come in both SATURDAY and SUNDAY when youre supposed to be OPEN. AND NOBODY IS THERE.

Where to start! I have went into this store twice now, with no luck! The first time, I waited outside the lobby for almost 5 minutes before I man walked out and apologized for "not hearing the door open". He then expressed that he was the manager, and didnt know what he was talking about at all. The second time, and LAST time I will EVER go into this store, was just the other day. I walked in and this chubby girl is going off! Cussing on the phone about drugs, I then ask to talk to the manager, where she then tells me she is the new manager here. As her friend is standing in there telling her she needs money, (probably for the drugs she was cussing on the phone about), Ive tried everything I could from calling other Cricket locations, to trying to reach out to their owners, with no luck. I will never be back there, but whoever owns the store needs to clean it up, and clean it up fast. Its highly unprofessional, and I will be leaving this review anywhere else I can find for this store.
