ZERO STARS!!The worst customer service experience Ive ever had! I will never go back to this gym! I urge anyone who cares about how you are treated, to think twice...it may just happen to you! On 2/17/22 at 6:30 in the evening, I called Crunch Fitness on Mississippi & Chambers, where I had a paid membership; to ask a general question I had about my annual fee. The front desk representative at that location named Jaleel answered & when I told him I have a question about a charge on my account, he said "I dont have any control over that" in an abrupt, rude & disrespectful manner & said "what is your phone number" I replied "Excuse me" at which point he abruptly hung up on me. I called back & Jaleel answered. I asked did you just hang up on me? He replied "YES" I immediately requested to speak to his supervisor. His supervisor came on the line, as I started to speak & explain what just transpired with Jaleel, the supervisor without warning, abruptly hung up on me. In literal disbelief, I called right back & Jaleel answered. I asked him; did your supervisor just hang up on me? He replied, "YES". I then asked Jaleel for his supervisor Williams supervisor & ended the call. On 2/18/22 I went into the gym & spoke to General Manager Mario, he immediately did not give me any comfort, as he stated he would speak to the two employees but that they are short-handed. As to suggest it as an excuse. I decided to speak directly to the Director. The director sent me an email apologizing for the employees behavior & stated that the behavior was unacceptable & would be addressed. I was never told what disciplinary actions the employees faced. He stated that I would be refunded the annual fee & that I would be able to continue my membership without incident. I never received a refund & my membership was canceled without my knowledge or request. Crunch needs to seriously evaluate whom they choose to represent them if they truly care about their clientele.

Great gym! staff is very friendly and helpful. Best gym I have been too.

The biggest problem recently is that theres no one ay the front desk to assist. The hydro-massage requires a code but if theres no one at the front desk then the hydro-massage becomes unusable. I was there from 830-950pm and I never saw anyone at the front desk. There was a guy working out saying loudly, "whos gonna kick me out? The bros?" So maybe he was the employee but he was working out the entire time I was there so that wouldnt make much sense. Regardless, no employee, no service, no starsThey removed some essential pieces of equipment since covid, but even then the gym would be really appealing with sprinting treadmills.

They never open sunday. If this place have owner please do something. Its impossible to talk with somebody who cares about. Its sad because i love this place but they said they didnt open because the guys was drunk.

This place won’t let to use the bathroom if are not a member next door neighbor is Nickel and play on Monday Morning for this week. I help with picking up trash around that area if you can help to throw trash in the trash cans instead of the parking lot please

Upon signing up I was informed that I have multiclub access across the U.S as I live in another state and visiting Aurora Colorado. Now that I want to cancel my membership, the Aurora Colorado location wont let me cancel stating that it is still pending after a month and I am getting overcharged. They management state they have no control over cancellations. I believe a lawsuit will be filled against them and it will begin the end of this business.

Crunch fitness in Aurora never opens up at 5 oclock am and please dont go there if youre looking to be on time there are managers and staff that get there any time they want and always have an excuse why there late . If we pay or dues we expect the gym to open on time and it doesnt. I Opt out of contract because of this and they dont return emails as well .It use to be great Juan opening on time daily and since he left it went down the drain .

Not a bad gym, typical crunch fitness definitely some characters in the gym treating the place like a modeling studio for their YouTube channels and good equipment no issues

Allie, Mel and will are great people. They always greet you with smiles and warm welcomes. This Gym may be smaller but the pEmployees make it great. Been a member for over 1.5 years.

Being a member of this gym has been an absolute nightmare. They are completely unprofessional in their communication and fail to treat their customers fairly. They charged my husband and I for two months after we canceled our membership back in October; they have yet to refund us our money. Weve spoken to multiple employees that work for the company and no one is able to provide us with any information on when we will receive our money back. The manager at the aurora location, Melvin apologized for his mistake in charging us and emailed me three weeks ago explaining that we would be refunded. I have not heard from him or the regional manager who was copied on the email about this refund. I have gone in person twice to speak to someone about this and they just keep saying its been processed and then refuse to let me speak with anyone about the closed account. This is completely wrong and I will be taking this to a lawyer. Do not join this club, they will steal your money, they are completely unprofessional and the business is handled very poorly.

Really nice gym to workout! Great fitness environment and friendly staff. I also like this gym because you dont have to wear Gymshark in order to blend in #nojudgments

Good gym for good price but i noticed occasionally they play music thats too calm, like for smoking weed to. Makes me sleepy, bring headphones just in case

I go to work out at 7am thinking less ppl, less issues, but with this staff, its all issues. How does a gym allow mold to grow on their stuff and not clean it? How does staff see other spit and not wipe down machines, and say its their right.? Disgustijg the young dude in the morning on Thursday is useless and so is the large bearded guy with him. Dont go here unless you want fungal rashes allover

My wife and I were not able to utilize Crunch fitness due to the pandemic. However, when inquiring about cancelling our membership an employee by the name of Dre went above and beyond to assist us with the process. Once things return to normal-ish we will be coming back here to experience Crunch fitness. Thanks again Dre!

This is a really nice clean gym, they always have a variety of music to listen to while youre working out, all the employees are super nice, geat place to workout.

Pass 7 and the gym isnt even close to being open. So much for keeping to a schedule when the gym doesntAfter asking why the gym was so dark and quiet. I was told staff was hungover ......Add on that they close the bathrooms at unscheduled times meaning if you go for an early morning work out, expect to not be allowed to get your stuff out of the lockers and you get to go to work smelling horrid

Freida is great! Super friendly and she helped me when I had an issue with my account. Will definitely recommend this gym to my friends and family because the customer service is amazing.Overall decently sized gym, clean and when I went around evening time on a weekday it wasn’t packed. Will for sure be coming back.

I switched to another I’ve been trying to cancel my membership here for about two weeks now and they are making it very difficult. I’ve emailed the manager twice, I’ve called, I’ve come in about canceling my membership. I asked them to call me when I came in because apparently it can’t be canceled unless the manager is there. At this point I’m extremely frustrated. I already paid for an extra month that I didn’t have to, all because this gym won’t get back to me. I would just cancel my card but they said I had to set up my bank account number when I signed up. Never again.

What an absolute nightmare!They charged me over and over during the pandemic, when I asked to cancel, they kept saying it was, and then Id get charged again the next month. Whatever, I went to the bank for a stop payment. Done... right??5 months later, I get another email saying that I am past due..??? I have multiple emails stating that I wanted to cancel and that it was taken care of.Nice gym, but be prepared to never be able to cancel your membership. Once you give them your credit card info, they charge freely.

This has been my go to gym for the past year or so. It’s always been clean and has a wide range of equipment. Would highly recommend

Crunch Fitness in Aurora, CO is almost a hidden gem in the plaza off of Mississippi Ave. The gym itself is clean and almost never too packed. The machines and equipment are all in good working order and the restrooms are clean. The staff is also extremely friendly. I have to say in my many years of going to various gyms, I have not found one that I couldnt pick something out about that I didnt like. Crunch Fitness in Aurora just might be the perfect gym. I highly recommend AT LEAST checking it out - I promise you wont be disappointed.

I walked all the way to the gym to find out they require a towel which is not posted anywhere on the website. I even checked the website prior to going there to make sure there were no covid rules that i needed to follow other than a mask. It is a little fishy to have a rule like that and not post it anywhere. Seems like they are just trying to force people to buy their towels, which of course I had no money on me since I shouldnt need that to go to the gym

Pretty happy with this place. Well spaced out, clean, respectable crowd, and plenty to do. Good variety of machines and free to weights. Im just waiting for the heavy bags to massage their return here. I live for getting out that stress on those!

I absolutely love this gym. Its clean, the equipment is ergonomic and the staff is friendly and helpful. My personal trainer is legit and extremely knowledgeable. I am glad the rate$ is above the rest because it ensures you are serious about the workout when willing to pay. Cuts down on meanderers and crowding. The music helps because you dont always need to bring your own or wear ear plugs. Worthless staff arent around for long. I am reaching for this suggestion, but they need signs telling people to take cell phone conversations out of the workout areas.

This place is an absolute nightmare when it comes to customer service. Ive been trying to cancel my membership for a month now and I cant seem to get in contact with anyone who can help me. Ive emailed their customer service department several times with no reply. On top of that, there never seems to be a manager available to help me cancel my membership. I do not recommend getting a membership at this gym. Find a locally owned gym that actually values its customers.

They have been robbing me of my money for months! I’ve asked over and over to have my membership canceled I have not used in over 6 months! And they continuously charge me. I’ve spoke with the managers multiple times they all told me that it willBe canceled! And still as off today they are robbing me of my money! I highly do not recommend this gym.

I have been a member here for about two years. It first started out as an excellent gym and the first staff member I met was very helpful. After I met him some of the staff are average but dont really go out of there way and just do what they need to do to get by. A few are poor and plain lazy and unhelpful. One did not care when I told him about the stench in the mens restroom. It was an extreme foul smell. I was brushed off when I said this and nothing was done about it. He continued playing his video game. The music is way to loud and Ive explained that on a couple occasions but has fallen on deaf ears. Ive been told they dont have access to the volume controls. Ive asked them to pass on my concern to a person in control. I havent thought about moving on with this gym but I am beginning to consider other gyms. The plus to the gym is it isnt crowded and all the machines are working and is fairly new. They no longer provide wifi service. This was a great bonus when I first started here.

Crunch is awesome! It is consistently the cleanest gym Ive ever been to; the staff members are so nice and helpful; the bathrooms are immaculate; and all of the workout equipment is always in working condition and, again, very clean. Oh, and the hydro massage chairs are sweet! Highly recommend this gym for everyone, including the hard-core lifters like me.

Great staff, the gym is always spotless, excellent trainers, & solid quality equipment. If something breaks it’s fixed immediately. Definitely a great gym for any and everyone!

This gym is great. The price is perfect. All equipment is new. The staff is wonderful. Only suggestions would be longer weekend hours and a change up in music.

Great place, I work out here at least 3 times a week. I was going as a guest with my partner but they were so kind and remember us every time so I just got a membership today. Awesome people awesome relaxed gym.

Small gym so peak time isn’t as crowded as other gyms. There’s cardio machines, free weights, and a work out room. The staff is very friendly - pays attention to details. I’ve been taking their group classes for a little over a month and the front desk receptionist takes the time to remember me and always hand me a ticket without me asking. Feels like family, highly recommend!

Love this gym. Always clean. Not crazy busy. Great equipment in great condition! Staff are happy to help but also mind there own business :)The only negative, and I know Im reaching lol... I wish they offered pay-as-you-go on the tanning bed and aqua massage chair.

This is seriously the best gym in Aurora with the most AMAZING staff. Every single one of them will go above and beyond to help you out. Drew is the best personal trainer I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Hes a saint. Taylor the manager is amazing as well. You wont regret getting a membership here. Trust me, I hate working out, but I look forward to coming to this gym everyday to get it in!

I just want to say this place is great. Drew is a great Personal Trainer and had a wealth of knowledge for working out and health in general. I will refer anyone I know to this gym. Drew should get a raise!

I love it here, the gym is small and clean, the staff is very friendly but a little intimidating. There are a variety of machines and classes that you can sign up for and weights. I pay month to month and go whenever I can, I think its definitely worth it.

Great gym, very clean, new equipment and a lot of equipment you wont find in other gyms, as well as all of the standard stuff of course. Nice locker rooms. Most other gym goers here seem to be pretty cool, which is rare and Ive been to hundreds of gyms. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I dont currently live in the area, but if I move I will definitely sign up here, and I checked out a couple other local gyms. Definitely recommended.

Hey! Don’t go here! I had a membership, monthly. I cancelled it when I moved, and today I just got a letter saying they sent me to collections. Way to charge me when I asked you to stop...thieves. If you are looking for a gym, go to Vasa, it’s really close to Crunch on Buckley. It’s a better facility, and they won’t steal from you!

Great place to workout, conveniently located and they have a lot of equipment to put in a good workout. The staff is very helpful and more friendly than most other gym I have been to. The place is very clean as well.

Love this place!!!!! They were quick to sign us up from the terrible aspire fitness. They are super friendly and the facility is clean! Super clean! The hydro-massage is amazing!! Would highly recommend!

Gotta say after coming from recently shut down aspire fitness. Crunch has easily made it into my good side for my next gym.Its very clean, staff is very friendly, lots of equipment.

The gym was fine and the prices arent bad, but they ended up dropping the ball like most gyms Ive been to and did not actually cancel my membership when I moved out of Aurora. I went in person to cancel, and called several times afterwards in the next days to see if my membership has actually been cancelled, and lo and behold it was not and I have been charged for the next month. This is the sort of treatment that leaves an awful last impression, and it really is a shame because I thought this gym would be better about being prompt about such matters.

I like the gym, not too many inconsiderate people here. Instructors for the classes are usually very good to great. Good variety of classes where you can get your cardio in. Water bed massagers are nice after a hard workout

Switched form a bigger gym a few months ago. One thing I will say about this gym is that the trainers seem to always be available to give you tips. Ive worked out with 3 trainers and the crunch class is legit.My only knock would be the hours but I knew what I signed up for. Appreciate all the help

A comment box is needed inside this gym. The womens bathroom is literally ALWAYS dirty and under maintained. The clock in the womens room has been wrong since they opened this summer. There are no hooks or benches for towels in the showers, $10 home Depot fix. Soap in the dispensers, toilet paper...The facility could use better cleaning overall. Compared to other crunch facilities, they seem to have the least. No childcare, no spin machines/room/classes, no TRX classes, only two ropes and I believe they were removed. The staff and instructors are wonderful and are the only reason I return, wish they would take small strides to improve what else they do have.

Quiet gym. Its tucked away a bit. Wish the weekend hours were better. Friday nights closing at 9pm can be a tight squeeze. The lights were turned off last time when I was there and I had to find and empty my locker when it was dark. Young kid that night. Just walk through and let people know they have 5 minutes before closing. Something...Staff is very friendly. Place is clean but you can start to see how its not always kept that way 100%. Dust and crumbs on the workout benches settling in. Folks also dont wipe down the equipment (seems common these daysor use towels. They could use more disinfectant stations throughout the gym. I do like going here and its a good environment to spend your gym time otherwise.

Crunch fitness has a great new equipment. Very friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Hydro massage chairs. Affordable membership. Downside they close at 11pm on weekday and 9pm on the weekend. They do not have child care.

Very friendly and welcoming! The general manager AJ and the staff, are very outgoing and kind, the equipment is new and well kept and the overall setup is very nice and spacious! They have great options for workout plans, classes, trainers, and rates. Im glad my sister and I enrolled today.

Great equipment! Knowledgeable and helpful staff, always willing to give advice, or explain machinery. Plenty of free weights, lots of cross fit equipment, and heavy bags for punching out frustration. I enjoy going here every time.

Its an amazing gym to work out at. One of the guys asks and makes sure your workout is enjoyed. No judgemental people either everyone minds their own and works out. Also it is very clean looks good for being a brand new gym in Aurora.
