I reached out to this company through their web page and was contacted by Amanda Dominguez because I was interested in one particular home and was going to be in LC for a weekend. We spoke briefly and agreed to schedule a viewing of the house but Amanda never followed up and never responded to my follow-up message the day before wed agreed to meet. Im a home owner and have dealt with realtors and have never had someone just drop the ball like this. Will definitely work within a different company.

I waited five months to review so I could calm down. Patricia was the WORST choice we could have made for a realtor. She sold our house and it was a nightmare. For someone who’s supposed to help you along the way, she failed miserably. She made a stressful situation even worse. She is a great non-apologist who takes no responsibility for her actions. I brought multiple issues to light and she literally IGNORED me and would not answer for days! She didn’t care about my needs and is just out for a buck. Horrible person, horrible experience inside and out. Please save your troubles and pick a different realtor.

Kacie Boyle-Henke is an amazing agent. She worked diligently with me even though I was remote for most of the process. She has a great personality and you will feel as though you have known her forever. She never complained about how many homes I wanted to view remotely and did an excellent job of using FaceTime so I got a feel for the home and also the neighborhood. Brenda Cleveland was our agent as we built a new home. We couldnt have asked for a better agent!! She was friendly, responsive, and fought for us with the builders to get our new home the way we wanted it. We have a newborn so having Brenda do a lot of the heavy lifting and coordinating with the home builders made a world of difference. If we buy/sell in the area again, we will definitely call up Brenda.

We were looking to relocate from PA so I looked at a list of realtors in the Las Cruces area and probably cause I liked the name, they were not a country-wide chain and they got good reviews, I chose Enchanted. Brenda Cleveland was our assigned realtor and she was/is fantastic. Since we were in Las Cruces for a limited time and wanted to see as much as possible she was very accommodating with our "blitz" looking and we went home with a list of possibilities. We eventually bought a house, via online viewing and Brenda went to the property and videoed everything so we could see the house really well. Because we were remote she did a ton of extras for us that I have never known a realtor to do. All the paperwork in making an offer and buying a house is very tedious and time senstive and Brenda was on top of things every step of the way. And her attention to detail did not end after the deal was closed. She was extremely helpful in offering names of cleaning services and painters and the like as we were not able to come to our new house right away. I dont know if all the realtors at Enchanted are like Brenda but if they are you will be well taken care of. My brother is thinking of buying a house in the area and I already recommended Enchanted to him and to ask for Brenda.

She took my wife and I on tours of each home while on FaceTime so that we could “see” each home. She was pleasant and professional to work with, very efficient and worked diligently from our first encounter over the phone which continued after the sale. She made sure that all the paperwork was correct, worked with our escrow officer and the seller to make sure all T’s were crossed and I’s dotted.Even after escrow closed she went above and beyond. She assisted us to locate a landscaper to for the back yard, then picked up and installed 2 ceiling fans, and was there when our refrigerator was delivered.
