Nice place, nice people, expect to pay for the lock! Very pricey but, as I said, nice place.

Seriously do not recommend this location. Was assaulted on property by another tenant and when I went to move out they would not refund 3 weeks of rent as I was terminating early. Horrible management horribly high rates. LOOK ELSEWHERE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND POTENTIAL PHYSICAL HARM

The lady in office was nice. But when I went in they didnt have my reservation. Also they failed to mention the insurance month fee, you have to have. And the fee for the lock, that you cant use for anything else other than there type of lockers.

Lynne was very friendly and helpful with our lease signing. The process was quick and easy, and we were able to move all of our belongings in on the same day. I am very satisfied with their service!

The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Checking in with the on-site manager was very professional. The units and property are clean and well lit.

I had an extraordinary experience at this store this afternoon! I was greeted by Lynn who was so pleasant and helpful! She went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. While assisting me Jose walked into the office and he too was so kind! This store was so clean and you could smell that the office had just been wiped down. Customer service like this is almost non-existent! I would highly recommend to anyone needing to store to come to this location! Thank you Lynn and Jose!

I went to their website and every time they referred to the manager or staff, it was always my "friendly" manager. Well, let me tell you, you wont find a friendlier or more helpful manager anywhere than Jose Herrera! He was friendly, smiling and very helpful to everyone that stepped foot in the office while I was there. Everyone was treated as if they were the only person in the room and had his full attention. He was a joy to do business with.I was there to rent a unit and he was very thorough in explaining everything to me and then took me out to see the unit and show me exactly where it was and how to operate the lock. He made sure I understood everything and asked if I had any questions, letting me know I could call anytime if I needed help. It was a very satisfying and pleasurable experience, nothing like what I was expecting or prepared for.The unit was spacious, very clean with a "goodie bag" sitting in the middle of the area that had my lock, keys, pamphlets, business card etc in it. The facility is spotless, well lit and cool. Just what I needed and wanted. The price was great too!Our "friendly" manager wasnt just a fluke or someone being nice to get my business, it was genuine. Ive encountered Jose a few more times moving in and hes constant. Hes just a nice, friendly, happy, helpful, upbeat guy that seems to truly enjoy what he does. Why cant everyone be like that? Im very glad I chose this Cube Smart location, as there is another one down the street. However, they dont have this particular "friendly" manager! 5 stars here!Update, 8 months later:The rent on my unit went up just over $20. a month at about the six month point. I was pretty much expecting that, but if it happens every six months it will be bye bye. The facility is still top notch, cool and very clean. The staff is simply amazing and couldnt be any nicer or accommodating. Sometimes if Im going to my unit for something Ill stop by the office just to say hello and wish Jose and Lynn a good day, theyre the best and seeing their smiling faces brightens my day.

Overall it was a great experience. Not happy about the rate increase.Great staff and very clean location

Horrible customer service dont waste your time. Once they have your belongings and money you as a customer hold no value. Trust me when I say youre better off taking your business to any other storage facility then this one.

Only 5 stars possible? I would give this facility 50 if I could. I had a bit of an unusual urgent situation where I had to relocate my mother quickly out of the state and put her stuff in storage short term on short notice and we had to get creative with access, while making sure my mothers possessions were safe and secure. The manager Jose went above and beyond to accommodate and help me make this arrangement work. I would very highly recommend.

I went today to find a storage due to a divorce. I spoke with Elvia Martinez and she was wonderful. She walked me quickly through the process and explained everything in detail. She very courteous and could not have been more polite. Great staff. Would definitely recommend this location.

The crew at this CubeSmart is amazing! They helped me with a storage space and were extremely flexible as I had to move in a week earlier than expected (and it was during hurricane Matthew)! The facility is CLEAN well maintained and there is ample parking and space for moving vehicles. They have of plenty of platform dollies which are in excellent working order. Most importantly the staff is friendly and caring. So glad I chose this location. And did I add that their prices can’t be beat?!?!

I’ve had a cubesmart storage (2 of their biggest units availableFor over six months now I think the initial process is smooth and their stuff is nice enough and the building is always kept clean. On a customer service level however the bathrooms never work there are no trash bins anywhere on the property for even the smallest wrappers And their lights are always turning off while I’m there. Definitely will not stay here longer than I have to and am loooking for other options.

Dawn services us today and I must say she was very gentle and helpful with us today, we had no clue what to do she walked us through the process and saved us some money!! Very convenient, nice clean and spacious spaces and A/C!! Won’t regret this stop

Had the unit for over 8 months and the service from the store manager was great. Down part is that its mandatory to pay for insurance, next door unit hit the walls and made some of my items fall and break and the insurance did not pay for anything.... over $500 worth. No matter what, if you do a claim and they will not pay for your values.

Elena was amazing. Never had to get a storage unit and was very uncertain trying to figure it all out. She even had a tenant who is a very unhappy person trying to bad month the staff and cube smart right in front of me. She handled it like a champ. Unit has a sign off from her showing its been clean etc. Very nice office with lots of cameras. I like that this location not fully visible from the street which is an added plus. Definitely happy i made the correct decision and look forward to being a tenant with them

Thank you so much, I am definitely a customer for life.I have experience with OTHER storage companies that mislead you with pricing and offer false promotions. After when you arrive, they want to tack on a million fees. Trust me, when you have all your things in a u-haul and need storage immediately this is the last thing you want to go through.

my husband rented a storage recently (unit 288and the GM Jerry just went above and beyond on his service. Jerry stepped out of his comfort zone by taking care of us out of his office hrs, had everything prepared for us in advanced, making the process so smooth for us... thank you thank you Jerry for your outstanding customer service.

This facility is fantastic! It is always clean, the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They look for ways to get you exactly what you need for the best possible price.I just got a 2nd unit for my company and Jerry got me in and out quickly at great price. My wife and I spent a lot of time researching online, comparing prices, size etc... and Cubesmart was is definitely the way to go. You get a free truck rental with purchase too :)

AWESOME!! The only choice for storage solutions in my opinion. I have used them for years. From large units to small and they have a secure place for your commercial vehicles. The last 2 times I was there, First with Jose.. he called to confirm appointment and was so helpful when we got there. Then I rented another space... I got there minutes before closing and Debbie did not hesitate to take me in and she stayed almost an hour after close to assist me! I would never go anywhere else! Thank You!! Ohh and it does not smell like your typical storage places.. :0)
