Good food and people. The service is always good.
The cod basket was delicious.
Always great staff indoors, store owner has always been visible and willing to talk. Store is always clean. Major plus is over night truck and RV parking in back. Always quiet, I try to stop for the night when I’m in the area a few times a month.
Great cod dinner. Fish was fresh, no fishy taste, Cole slaw creamy, fries nice and hot.
Good service. Might work a bit harder on distributing toppings evenly on the burgers, but otherwise no complaints.
HORRIBLY SLOW! I placed an order in the drive-thru and it took 25 minutes to get it. They had me pull ahead and I sat, sat, and sat some more. Finally, when I asked one of the employees about my order, they admitted they gave it to someone else by mistake. The food I received was disappointing and not worth the wait. The sandwich was just thrown together. This location is not ready for prime time. There are so many more quality fast-food restaurants out there. Do yourself a favor and visit one of them.
The food is exceptionally good. My favorite are the onion rings. They are batter dipped.. and so good.
Excellent food and excellent service. A couple of steps above the other hamburger 🍔 chains.
Stopped on our way home from St. Louis. Fries were hot and food came out quick. However, our burgers were cold. Cheese was cold and not melted.
Very clean and fast service. High customer churn being right next to the interstate. Fries seemed to me like they were cooked in good clean oil. My burger was exactly to order. Their tea was fresh, if maybe a little over-steeped. Bathroom was in pretty good shape during the lunch rush.
I don’t think I’ve ever received what I’ve ordered here. It’s cute you want to add cheese to everything, but sometimes people intentionally order food without it.Edit: tried again because I’m tired after cleaning out my dying aunt’s house and they still mess up my order. I guess this is my fault though for assuming the workers can do their job.
Food was great, staff a little forgetful but very nice.
Culvers is our go to place - wherever we are. Weve been to Culvers in 9 or 10 states. Always fresh and quick.
Was charged for a soda we didnt ask for she said you already paid for it. 20 min wait in drive thru!! I trusted them to not need a receipt. My burger NOT done! 😡 and not the right condiments on it. Meal went to waist couldnt even eat it!!Husband got shrimp basket, dont know what happened there??? 6pcs used to be 10 or someone cant count. Been a long time scents weve been there & sure wont be back anytime soon
The service was great and the people were great. This is the 3rd Culvers Ive been to and Im still waiting to taste the butter burger everyone is talking about. It wasnt that great to me and I wanted it to be. But on the up side. The fries were awesome and shakes are amazing 🙂
A little greasy for my taste, but I got the melt so maybe thats expected. Didnt look like the picture. Ice cream was great.
This is my favorite spot for my fish dinners my butter burger dinner I love it combos its amazing but I love that butter burger with bacon and I love the fish I guess it at least four to five times a month especially fish the butter burger oh my goodness I was getting it at least three full time out of a month also its awesome its amazing I love the service Ill be back again and today is Friday this time.
Great quality Culver’s. The food was great, and it had the same great Culver’s quality. We stopped by on the way home from a road trip, and we were met by very inviting staff and a all around friendly environment. The dining area was very clean, and the staff worked quickly to get us our food. Definitely worth the stop!
Food was terrible and they forgot half my order. The sandwiches were smashed like they were sat on. I ate there a week ago and it was great.
I was not happy with the parking lot so small and messed up our order after waiting for 40 minutes for our food however I like Culvers food thats why Im giving a 3 star.
Always a great time at Culvers no matter what location! This particular location had a large patio where I could bring my pup. Good food too! Gluten free buns are great here!
The place was very clean. The employees were friendly. The food tasted great. The one drawback is that the wait was very long. Most people were waiting 20 to 30 minutes. That lead to everyone ordering food to go, just standing around the order area, the area with drink machines, in front of the door.
This place was packed when we visited. This was my first trip to a Culvers -- I was traveling with someone who is a fanatic. I was super hungry, so I just got some cheese curds and they were tasty. The wait was probably 5 minutes, but considering how busy it was I didnt think that was too bad.
This place sells delicious food. The fries are freshly made and very crispy, and the sandwiches are all very tasty. The milkshakes are sweet and creamy. Overall, highly recommend!
I really like Culvers fish dinner. The frozen custard is a great way to finish a meal. Consistent food and great customer service(the owner/manager was working the countermake it s great to stop here.
Horrible! Stopped in route to Mount Pleasant, WI for my Nephew graduation. Food was nasty onion rings wasnt completely cooked completely. Everything was horrible. Frozen drinks was nasty & watery. Worst $55 ever spent. Bad representation for the restaurant chain.
Good food. We told them we were sitting outside and the cashier put that on our receipt but the employees delivering our food didnt look at the receipt and were looking for us inside. No big deal because we did get our food.
Fresh and tasty. Quick drive through. Dependable quality throughout their chain of restaurants.
I used to look forward to trying new fast food joints here in the US..... Now I look forward to starvation.. Yet another disappointing restaurant. The Burger was lackluster at best, the fries were undercooked, the Culvers own root beer was like licking sugar syrup off the floor and the cement mixer that I had was very disappointing. The only shining light in the whole experience was the lovely Miss Sierra who took my order for the concrete mixer. Extremely pretty girl with a very nice smile and a super good attitude.
We love this place. My wife and I have never had a problem here, the staff is always friendly. And the food is always good! Seriously we must go here at least once a month. I didnt know Google wanted me to leave a review on this place so I dont have a picture. But if you Google the images, they look like that or better. Cant say its helping me lose weight much, but damn its good.🏆💯💯
Always love the food i always get the pot roast sandwich
Staff was very friendly. Food was hot. We ordered a Reuben basket and a cod sandwich basket in the drive through. Wait time was reasonable. The food was delicious!!! However… the cheese sauce for the fries was very runny, dripping off each French Fry.To make matters worse, no napkins in the bag. Careless… otherwise would have given a 5 star review.
I Love Culvers, but this one has some issues. I had to wait for quite some time to get my burger and fries to go. The food was great once I got it and the staff were friendly.
Some staff members did not look at all professional, sloppy uniforms. Waited 2 min before anyone even took our order. Both men and womens bathrooms dirty. Sad. Burgers a little too crispy/seared.
Usually very good; this time had to correct the order and missed That’s a Friday the cheese curds on one order. When the food came, I stated that one of the fries were supposed to be cheese curds. The employee took my receipt to the manager or someone, and said I was only charged for fries. Not what I ordered. Like I said, I corrected the sandwiches 3 times and didn’t see that the cheese curds were changed to fries. Normally happy with service here but this time had few problems and more after receiving our food and not getting the curds we always order.
Owner was working the counter and took our order. He was very friendly and great to see him engaged with customers. His 9 year old son was assisting by delivering orders to tables. Wow, he was doing a fantastic job! He will surely be ready to manage the restaurant in a few years.Service was quick and food served hot.Restaurant decorated with tributes to farmers and FFA. Appreciate this honor for a group that is often overlooked. Glad we stopped here!!
Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. Went inside to order takeout and waited 30+ min for our order. I understand it was busy, but people who ordered well after us got their food first. Asked to check status on our order since we had been waiting a while, and they took 10+ min to do that
Sad to say this culvers does not comply to culvers standards. Our burgers were very well done, very crisp on the edges and the cheese was barely on the burger. We sent them back and again came out well done.
Ive eaten at Culvers 100 times over the last 10 years. First time ever that it was mediocre. Cold burgers and the shakes not shaken. The cheese wasnt even close to having a melt. I love Culvers but wont visit this location again. Sorry to say because its a go to. I hope they can get it together.
Food was good and service was quick. I am happy we made the choice to eat here on a quick pit stop during a 3 day move across the country. There is a gravel parking lot right next to the drive thru - we used it to park our 20ft moving truck, so its a great stop for truckers.
Ordered to-go during a time when it wasn’t busy but still managed to wait for 30+ minutes. Saw food sitting there in pieces, finally bagged it up and it was cold. Forgot dressing to salad and concrete was almost completely melted because they paced the preparation incorrectly. I am a big fan of Culver’s too. This was disappointing from the usual positive experiences I have.
Ordering food was great but the employee filling my order kept passing it by then gave my food to someone else and had to remake my order, it took way too long and the rest of my crew were done eating and ready to leave by the time I received it. However it is nice to see that they did support several FFA chapters in the area so there is a extra star for that and my food was very good.
Anytime were traveling we love to stop at Culvers. The food is top quality and the service is always with a smile. Because everything is made fresh its just tastier and more traditional. There are lots of sides and meals you can get at Culvers that you just cant get at their competitors.
On a drive back from Nashville we stopped her and did not find the experience to be satisfactory. The bathrooms needed a good cleaning and although our food was “made to order” it sat and sat while other drive thru orders were filled. When we finally inquired why we were waiting so long, they bagged our order and handed it to us without much of an apology. My husband’s fries were like warm and his Hamburg was cold. There appeared to be just a bunch of kids working. I didn’t see anyone who looked like a manager
Great American experience .... Fast food... Burgers were amazing .... Blueberry Cheesecake mixer was very good... Service was prompt and professional... They gave me a number like I was at a high class restaurant ... I loved it ... They brought me my food personally .... Bag was sealed... They have daily specials as well... They are known for Burgers and Ice Cream but them Wisconsin Cheese Curds are the best !!! Take your family there.... They all will love it !!!
Awful. We waited for carryout food for over 20 minutes. Stood and watched as the drive thru took precedence over customers inside. Listened to the drive thru people gripe about customers (always nice to hear right?). Got our food and had to leave (big truckgot on the highway fries were cold and super salty (salt all over fingers saltyand sandwiches were cold. No way we could turn around and take the food back with being on a schedule. Wasted time, wasted food (in trash and we had to end up stopping again for HOT food), and wasted money. Would not recommend stopping here. Attached is a picture of the swiss melt I had ordered (and was asked if I wanted swiss cheese 🤔). More bread than meat. Trash can was fed well today. Negative stars if I could.
One of my all-time favorite restaurants. Burgers are tender and cooked just right and the frozen custard is the ultimate treat, especially the turtle sundae flavor. Oh and the coffee was perfect too.
Nice place, nice food. Butterburger was awesome. They have outdoor seating and a big 4x4 game. The staff was courteous and friendly serving you with a smile.
ive been at Culvers before but this is the first time i actually ordered food. burgers at this price point = excellent. staff as polite as those at Chick fil A. and i LOVE that they honor our veterans. lots of families and senior citizens eating here.
I travel all over the country for work and anytime I get a chance to stop at Culvers I do. The food is always good, service is very friendly and fast at all locations I have stopped at definitely above the fast food giants...Keep it up!
