Good food, good service and good prices.

Best fast food experience I’ve had in years. Food was actually perfect. There was a rush as we arrived, but the employees were very professional, focused, and kind.

Tayte is such a kind and helpful worker. He was happy to provide us with takeout containers when we had leftovers after eating in the dining room. Overall, our food was hot and delicious! We will be back!

Great food, way better than McDonalds or Burger King any day. May be a little more expensive, but well worth the cost!!

Picked up the cashew chicken salad tonight for dinner. I was so disappointed - the chicken breast was so tough, you couldn’t chew it. What a waste of money!

Typical Culver’s. Excellent food and service! They were very busy for a Sunday mid afternoon. Order still came out as ordered. Definitely recommend Culver’s!

I like that they make the food fresh. It takes a little longer in wait time, but the food tastes better. I wish they had sweet onions.

Adam seems to be a cut above the rest when it comes to staff at this location. He is attentive, efficient and very polite and accommodating to his guests. I see big success in his future whatever that may lead to. He took good care of my family when we visited for dinner and the squeaky girl at the register forgot part of our order. She was very nice also, the pitch of her voice was almost alarming I thought she was faking it. Well be sure to visit again. Thanks.

Fast and good food. Its fast food tho but workers where friendly

Stopped for a butter burger on my way home from a work trip. The burger and fries were decent. The young woman who took my order was very convivial.

One of my favorite places to go. BUT.... The last couple times havent been very pleasant as the melt was very badly burned, the quality all together has went downhill from previous visits. Disappointing but will still return for future visits.

French fries hot. Cheese burger warm, cheese not melted. Relatively fast service. Dining area and rest rooms needed attending. Very busy

The spicy chicken sandwich is so good and I love that you can get a concert mixer instead of a drink. Just have patience in the drive thru..the wait can be long.

First time here, we had milkshakes and they were amazing!!!

One of the times I visited thus location they ran out of chicken tenders after we ordered and we waited around 15 minutes before asking and them telling us they were out and forgot to tell us. Highly unprofessional.

They may advertize their burgers more but the chicken is also great.

We’re not from the area we passed through on our way home Memorial Day weekend.I ordered the chicken sandwich. I wanted to cry it was so fresh. The bun, the chicken. It was so refreshing to have such a delicious fresh sandwich.Where I live the Culver’s isn’t ever fresh and delicious,The frys were fresh the entire order was accurate!We’re definitely stopping by next time we’re in your neck of the woods!Good job people please keep it up!!

The cheese curds have been severely downgraded. Hopefully this is at Just this location and not a corporate decision. They taste terrible compared to the old cheesecurds.

Big rapids culvers ,food was hot but did not pay attention when you order they put cheese on my hamburger and I did not order cheese and they forgot the fries

Generally most things are hot and good. We do not eat ice cream there. You get a small portion for the price. We have tried ordering ice cream a few times now but its always a disappointment. The taste is good but just not worth the price.

We stopped in for 8ce cream only. It was delicious . We were in Big Rapids. On the doors were big, beautiful Easter/Spring wreaths, the lights, shelves, were all decorated also. It was very pretty and cheery inside. All employees were very nice, other patrons were nice and friendly also.They held the doors for us, ok that could be because, it was three old ladies. We are between 60 and 75, lol.

Absolutely love their shakes! Staff us always super friendly and nice. Definitely worth the wait!

Thursday, April 7, 2022 Culver’s big Rapid Michigan, well this is the first time I’ve noticed food up not to par. The codfish sandwiches and the onion rings were dark and greasy like old grease. Strangely enough the french fries were OK may be a different fryer. So lesson learned going in the last two hours on a day before payday will not be five star food. I hope this is a one off. Especially since the prices are higher now. Seems like societies attention is being diverted still must be pandemic related. Over two years and it still seems like it’s going to take another 18 months for a recession to start and end. 😭

What a nice place to eat! Food always good! We ate at lunchtime and even though the place was busy, food didnt take long and you could always find a clean table! A nice patron came around and gave us a buy one get one sundae! Save room! These are the bomb!

Culvers prices are higher compared to other fast food restaurants, but its a better experience. The salad was top notch. Every one Ive brought to Culvers agrees it is better.

These 5 Stars go specifically for Landon! He was running food today.. he had a sense of urgency when running out to cars and most of all.. he kept his cool while being yelled at by an old Karen about her wait. He is full of awesomeness, I hope to stop by and see him working again soon!

All I am going to say is DOUBLE CHECK what the flavor of the day is for their ice cream. I went there tonight excited to get the caramel turtle but was given Oreo butter cake. I told the employee that the website didnt match, but she didnt say anything and went back inside. Luckily, the Oreo butter cake was actually pretty good! LOL

I love Culver’s. Eat at multiple locations everytime but this one hasn’t hit right and different occasions. Tonight me and my whole work crew went to stop there about 15 minutes before 9. Our trucks couldn’t fit through the drive thru and they made a big Huss n fuss that we wanted to come in and JUST order food and eat it in our trucks. Lol safe to say we will be sticking to Arby’s and never eating at this location again

Almost always worth the wait. Fries are obviously not made to order were not hot nor crisp. Disappointed. When you wait 15 minutes for 1 order of fries it should be perfection in a bag.

Another Culvers that was slower than molasses! The three Culvers I visit most frequently are fast, efficient and consistent. These ones I have visited recently in other parts of Michigan clearly do not meet corporate standards. I know there are staffing issues in the industry but this location appeared to have lots of staff.

I waited in line at drive thru for 20 minutes. When it finally arrived it was cold my fish sandwich had no top bun and what was there looked like Asian carp and boiled sea weed. I brought it inside and demanded a refund. Workers were giggling and that was very disrespectful. My order # was 55 at 600 pm 10 /7/21. I eat at Culvers in Traverse City and Cadillac and its usually pretty good. As far as Big Rapids goes I will just drive by for now on . And I think overall my business with all the Culvers franchise has come to an end. My only regret is that I did not photograph my meal and post it for the world to see. Thanks tor waiting my time .I give you zero stars

Good food for the price, nice staffs and clean facility.

Right off the bat, BE CAREFUL OF PRICES! Prices to not match what you are being charged! There is anywhere from .29 to .49 cents discrepancies, NOT including taxes. The cashiers cannot answer the questions as to why. There are literally 3 seated tables, including us, but yet the majority of the tables are dirty. When they brought us the food ( two separate ordersthey forgot to bring us our fries!I will say this, the good was really great!It is very apparent that the manager here doesnt know how to manage and train the employees. While I appreciate hiring college kids, they should be able to read receipts and screens. They should also possess the ability to answer questions and call upon the manager when they need assistance. Its ironic, college level learning, but yet not very bright.

We waited for 45 minutes to get our food. My kids were hungry tired and getting antsy. Finally a guy came out after almost 30 minutes of waiting and said they had to make our order over....what really??Then about 15 minutes later a lady came out with our food. They forgot the smoothie I ordered so she had to go back and get that. I spent $34 and some change for our food you would think some sort of compensation would have been given considering the ridiculous wait time. Then to top it off they changed my order without asking me what Id rather have because they were out of coleslaw....wont be going back for quite some time. Very disappointed. Should have asked for a refund when he came out and said they had to remake our food. The food ended up being salty and not worth the time nor money we spent waiting for it.

Love this place. In fact, its the best day food restaurant Ive ever been to. Excellent Butter Burger and North Atlantic Cod sandwich. Also love the white cheddar cheese curds with ranch and marinara sauce. Their chocolate custard sundae with hot fudge and peanut butter sauce is really to die for. Highly recommended!!
