Where do I start? I got 2 kittens for H.S. and Im very happy with them and they were to young for some of their vaccinations so they gave me a packet from VCA and told me that I could get the remaining vaccinations for free at VCA, well that was not true. After waiting in the lobby for over 1 hr past my schedule appointment they informed me that the $77 office visits was free and the cost would be $150 per kitten for there shots .I never called VCA they reached out to me and I wish they would of been Cristal clear about everything, I feel like it was a bait and switch and a waste of my time cuz I have my own vet.if youre trying to drum up more business youre going about it the wrong way.it was very descriptive, shame on you!

My pups only go to Dr. Julie Runnfeldt. DR. Runnfeldt and the staff at VCA animal hospital in Orange Park care for our dogs as if they were their own, They always take the time to educate us on things we didnt even know that we didnt know from growing older to doggie anxiety. They provide simple solutions to common doggie challenges without over medicating or over treating. And have an online portal for easy access to our pets records and send our monthly pet prescriptions right to our home. Their prices are reasonable and worth every penny. I wouldnt think of taking our dogs anywhere else.

Amazing animal clinic! The entire staff exceeded my expectations and it was very clear that they love our animals and what they do.Pros:-Incredible, kind, and knowledgeable staff-Quick and efficient from start time of appointment to end-Easy online portal for scheduling-Partnership is JHS made getting them getting all our new kittens information a breezeCons:-Location is a bit secluded with potholes on the road around it (not their fault though).

The office is large, always clean, professional and everyone from the front desk to the doctors are so nice. They also have boarding. We would see Dr. Runnfeldt and Dr. Manucy and both are great doctors. They are vey kind, gentle, and friendly. They explain everything thoroughly and you never are made to feel bad for being super involved and asking lots of questions, they even like it! Dr. Runnfeldt is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and truly cares for her patients. It is very obvious. She loves her work and you can ask her just about anything dog related and she knows the answer or can point you in the right direction. When my dog was very ill and had to be referred out, she would call us to check in and there are not that many doctors out there who care that much but she definitely does. She would always work us in to the schedule because she knew that I traveled a lot and was only home certain days. I seriously can’t say enough good things about her and this office. Highly recommend to anyone!!

This staff has been responsive, professional and compassionate from the appointment to exam and follow up.I truly believe that they care about our beloved girls.Its why we keep coming back.

I wish I’d gone here earlier! We came in for a second opinion for something on my dog. Very glad I did. If we weren’t moving, this would be our new vet. They were very kind to my dog and human kids.

Just an outstanding Vet Clinic. Everyone is very professional. Very responsive to the pet and customer. Been our vets for 27 years. Only Vet in North Florida I would take my Boxers too. Kelly one of there great receptionist goes the extra mile for the customer. She and Dr Runnfeldt are the greatest!

I love how you fixed my dogs Cherry Eye. I should have done it years ago but who knew. When the cherry eye grew larger, it was time to take care of it. WOW.. no after surgery issues. My dog appears to be happier and she looks great. When she looks at me, I can not tell she ever had an issue.. Thanks all.

Recommended by Jax Humane Society when we adopted our 10-week old, Butters. He wasnt himself; not tearing through the house, not eating or drinking, just sleeping and in pain. The staff was very responsive to my concerns and let us come in hours before our scheduled appointment, this would be our very first time there. Every person we met was incredibly professional, but so clearly dedicated to helping owners and their fur babies! They saw that I was upset and scared, they explained every step they were talking and why. Slowly, I relaxed knowing Butters was in good hands. Now, just one day later, his 104° fever has broken and he is already running around the house at 100mph. This is our place now, Dr. Barton is our doctor now, forever! Thank you so very much!

Due to covid they make the pets stay outside in the heat. This was my first visit and after meeting with the staff it was worth the wait outside. Everyone was very nice to me and treated me kindly and with respect. I will definitely be coming back.

Was very impressed with my first visit! The staff and doctors are very friendly and very knowledgeable! They also care about my dog and that is very important to me.

Overall the staff is friendly but I wouldn’t go back due to the lack of communication. I went for my complimentary visit from the Humane Society and after leaving I made a mental note to not come back. I spoke to SEVERAL people on the phone when scheduling my appointment and sending in the pets medical records ... none of them expressed that the actual flyer was needed at the appointment, I honestly got the indication that I didn’t need it. I understand the concept of it, but the adoption information has the place along with the adoption date listed so I don’t see why the flyer was needed, especially if the person on the phone said everything is good just come to the appointment. If the flyer is such a necessity why not have your staff mention to the person to bring it ? Especially, if they’re new to your clinic. It’s just odd to me ... this one item is so important that nobody mentions it & it doesn’t say anything about bringing. It’s a simple concept called customer service and there was a lack of it.

Best Vet ever. Staff is nice and helpful, Doctors are professional and very experienced and go above and beyond what others do, they love all animals!! We take our dogs and cats here and would hate to have to go somewhere else.

Dr. Velasco is probably one of the best vets in the country for ear cropping. Meticulous and takes an extreme amount of pride in his work. I had a vet at another clinic butcher my Dobermans ears. When I brought her into Dr Velasco her ears were extremely infected. He took her in, fixed the other vets mistakes and then kept her for 5 days to insure that she healed properly. When we got Kiki back she acted like we were only gone for a minute. Because of his excellent work our dogs have been able to be in photo shoots. He is knowledgeable, meticulous and takes pride in his work when it comes to ear cropping. Our second Doberman went straight to him and the methods that he uses make it so simple for aftercare. I have recommended him to several people with the same results. The rest of the staff is very friendly. Only downside was the office manager.

This was my first experience with this veterinarian. They were very professional, quick and efficient. The Vet came out at the end and talk to me in the car. I felt like they cared about not only the animal but you as a person.

This is the best vet clinic I have ever been to. My family and I have been bringing our pets here for several years.The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The office is clean and comfortable.Dr.Barton is fantastic, as are her colleagues. They try to lay out as many treatment and cost options possible to accommodate you and your pet(s).I have never been turned away in an emergency. Nor did I have to wait long upon arrival to have my pet seen.They offer appointment reminders via text which is so great when youre always on the go.I can call them anytime with a question. If it cannot be answered right away they always call me back.When we said goodbye to our little doxie girl Lucy we received the sweetest condolence card in the mail, hand written,& signed by the staff. That was a few years ago now and I still think about it from time to time.I highly recommend this clinic to those seeking medical care for their pet(s).

Really great first visit for my two pups. Everyone was so nice, doc was thorough, informative and happy to answer questions. Office is clean, bright and smells fresh. We found our new regular vet! The pups werent impressed, but thats because I told them we were just going for a ride. Ha!

They use to be good. Took my dogs in on Saturday, and I guess they were in a rush (probably because they over scheduled themselves, waited 30 minutes past our appointment before being seen). My dogs have never in all their lives ever snarled during a fecal collection, yes they dont like it, but I have never ever seen or heard them snarl. And yet my one dog did today and now he acts like his tail is hurt, and doesnt want us to touch it. My other dog is skittish and usually hides behind me. She hide under the chair and peed. They were in a rush and didnt seem to want to take the time to calm the dogs before just bulldozing their way through the appointment. This will be the last time we ever go there. Id much rather go anywhere else.

We love this clinic, everyone here is so caring and compassionate! Always do a great job with our 4 legged family.

Clinic is very clean and all staff are very caring and thorough with your pet. Dr. Velasco is great! He even called me on a Saturday morning with the results of my dogs routine blood work! Highly recommend!

Dr V. Has taken care of my pets for years. He is genuine and truly cares about your pets. He always shares personal stories and makes my pups feel right at home.

I wish I found them sooner! They make you feel very welcome and comfortable their location is very clean. Absolutely wonderful service. I Have couple more appointments with my cats and then we move to Washington. Like I said I wish I found them much sooner. I definitely recommend them. The staff is amazing! They reminded me of my old vet back in Pinellas who I truly miss now I have another office I will miss ,but recommend!

VCA All Animal Hospital has the best Drs and staff. I have taken my pets there for 22 years, had the same vet and alot of the staff is still there after all these years. They make me feel like my pets are their only patients. They are THE BEST !!

I have been going to this vet for years and years. They have given medical attention to 10 animals for me over the years. Always kind and concerned. We normally see Dr. Julie Runnfeldt, but have seen the other doctors as well from time to time. Staff is always wonderful. Really love these guys! Even more so than my own doctor. I would go there myself for medical care if I could!! :)

For the 40 years of experience with All Animal Clinic, there is no better place to take your loved pets! Professional and kind staff and wont lead you to unnecessary bills like I have heard from other places doing to their clients. Dr Valasco and his team are amazing!

Dr. Valasco has always been great, but recently we had an emergency and took our dog to all animal clinic to try and get some foreign objects out of him. Hes 7 months old and loves to chew and eat anything. After going to our usual vet, this very clinic, to try and get him taken care of we were told off by doctor Julie Runnfeldt and my husband was yelled at in the front lobby in front of everybody and she did not even try and help him and screamed at him just feed him some bread hell be fine. My husband was clearly in a panic and should not have been treated like this period she was very disrespectful and told them that she was a very well respected veterinarian, when the whole time he was respectful and courteous. After getting ahold of the person who seemed to be over everybody at that clinic, all my husband asked for was an apology from the veterinarian that went off on him, after she asked what realistically can be done to fix this. The lady that managed that clinic specifically allowed the doctor to refuse to apologize to him, and the whole staff seemed to even be on her side. Never have I ever had this terrible of service all of a sudden from the vetenary in that we have been going to For the past 7 months, I am highly disappointed, and I will make sure everybody I talk to will know never to go there again. We have never been treated like this in our lives.

Great customer service! The entire staff is a well organized family type unit with excellent customer service. They are understanding of your dog and especially wonderful bedside manner when your animal has an emergency or procedure. Dr. Valasco is the best, he has seen my yorkie for years. He has followed up even after hours to make sure she was doing better. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a vet to use them!!

You will never find a more caring, compassionate vet than ALL ANIMAL. Dr. Velasco truly cares about his clients and their furbabies. He takes the time to answer questions and personally calls clients with their animals test results. The staff are hands down THE BEST, and they always have a smile on their face,no matter how busy it may get. It is a phenomenal place to kennel your pet while youre on vacation.

I am very happy with the vets and staff. The only exception is Alice that no longer works at the front, she has no feelings or empathy, she was very nasty, rude when I was there to have my beloved JR Bailey put to sleep and she has never apologized for her behavior. Everyone else in the office is outstanding and I love Dr. Runnfeldt.

I have been to quite a few clinics and can truthfully say that All Animal Clinic is the best. The doctors and staff are extremely nice and helpful. The care they have given to my pets over the years has been phenomenal.

Best place to take your dog or cat hands down. I was referred here by a breeder, I was a little skeptical at first but they have been so helpful and more than welcoming. Our baby dobie Ace absolutely loves them, especially Dr. Velasco. Great prices and great people!

Best. Vet Clinic. Ever.Dr. Runnfeldt and Dr. Hanning are my two favorite vets at All Animal Clinic. I have complete trust in both of them. They are knowledgeable, friendly and will address any questions or concerns I have without making me feel stupid for asking. The staff is also very welcoming, they get to know their patients and owners and always make you feel like you’re a friend rather than just another random customer. The prices they charge are decent too. While they aren’t the absolute cheapest around, the prices really aren’t that bad, and the quality of care you get for your animal is 100% worth it!

We love all animal! All of the doctors and staff are phenomenal and go over and beyond. They make sure you understand the care plan for your animal and give a thorough exam. It’s a little more expensive than other places but you get what you pay for and it’s well worth it! Thank you for taking care of our family for so many years!

Dr. Velasco and the other vets that work there are very caring for both the patients and the patients owners. The staff is efficient and pleasant. Dr Velasco has seen my animals since they were puppys and kittens. I currently have 3 dogs that have been in his care. Whenever an emergency occurs, they work you right in. They are very caring and the front desk staff is the best. The care and treatment of my pets has been exceptional. I am sorry to say that on my last visit with my dog Aimee, I wasnt well and the dog was in pain. The doctor examined her and came to the conclusion that the problem had been resolved by me when I relocated the joint in her front leg. He told me what to do as far as medicating her and to keep an eye on her. I went out to check out and they charged me for the visit. As I said, I wasnt feeling well and I made an offhand comment as to the amount of the charge. I know the charge was for the office visit and I shouldnt have said anything. Since then, I have been contacted by mail informing me that they will not treat my animals any longer and to find another vet. I called to talk to the doctor but he refused to talk to me. I gave 5 stars because of the treatment of my pets, not the treatment of me.

Absolutely love this veterinary office. Dr Bledsoe is amazing with our two dogs. Always friendly and informative. Not afraid to get down in the floor with your animal if they are scared. Im always able to get an appointment or even a call from the doctor to discuss my concerns. Being open on a Saturday is very accommodating. Would absolutely recommend this vet to anyone.

The entire staff is friendly. They accommodated my drop off need to have my dogs urine checked for another UTI. Lab test showed yes, and I was able to get necessary meds to start treating. Doctors very helpful and kind.

Had to do the hardest thing today which was to put down my 13yr old black lab mix. Dr. Runnfeldt was extremely patient, her staff, the Vet Techs are awesome. My appointment was for 1120am, I walked out of the office at 1300, she took her time, gave me tons of time with my baby, during and after the procedure. I cant thank her and her staff enough. Thank you thank you thank you, you are all AMAZING

Dr Valescos office has taken care of multiple generations of my familys pets. All Animal Clinic is simply the best around. State of the art machinery, medicinal treatments, compassion for their clients and their pets unmatched by any other around. They value their clients and understand that their "critters" are by far more than just that, they are family. Over the past 15-20 years, I am thankful for the treatment & compassion that my parents and grandparents have received from this place. Every time my family walks through the doors, they are treated as though they are the most important visitor the company has received since the last time they were there.

As a New England resident residing in Orange Park for the winter months, Ive found All Animal Clinic to be the ideal place for my mini Schnauzer NICKI.
