CVS on N. Carpenter Rd. Is a great place to shop . Everyone at the store is very kind , helpful. Store is always organized and clean . Love going there.
Carlo Dillion is the managers name. Or at least the name he gave me. He rang me up for 50 dollars worth of stuff. I gave him my phone number and told him about the buy 1 get one 50% off on deodorant. He said I can wait for the other manager to get back from lunch to go check the sale price or just pay the full price. 🤔 I asked why he cant just go check or have an employee check and he slid my stuff over to the side and said you can wait here for a bit. I was baffled because im the next customer in line and trying to leave and give the company 50 dollars of my hard earned dollars. I then watched him help 2 other people behind me and then said to him "umm how long is it going to be before you check the posted sale price because I have somewhere to be?" He said "I dont know because shes on her lunch." LOL what? I asked for his name and CVS lost my business today. Of course they dont care because theyre big Corp. But to have a manager like that of no professionalism representing your company just blows my mind. And without the customers CVS isnt anything. I could of thought of a 100 different logical ways to handle a simple situation but thats why Im a successful business owner and will continue to support local all that I can.
cool
Had to wait for pharmacist to come back from lunch, (I got there as they were barely going to lunch)because they only have one person to consult new prescriptions with customers! Every time I come here there is always a issue!
THE WORST PHARAMCY IN MODESTO! They dont know what they are doing at all. This is what the 3rd time my insurance has called them to set them straight. On top of that they are rude! We only went to this place because its closest when we moved. They will not transfer prescriptions over. They have no idea how to process 2 insurances. Id rather drive 30 mins to have my medication done right than to ever go here again. We have had some luck with target on McHenry cvs go there is you have to do cvs otherwise STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION and CVS. They have no idea what they are doing, lie, and are rude about it. Ive had several nurses tell me that they hate working with CVS that alone should tell you its not a good pharmacy.
They are closed before 9 pm and the staff is doesn’t have good behavior
The staff is nice here, but they CLOSE AN HOUR EARLIER THAN whats posted online(Currently says 10pm). I showed up at 9:03 and the door was already locked and when I showed them the posted hours online, they said they know, but they close an hour early to do inventory/prepare for tomorrow? I drove down to the one on sisk and pretty much was greeted with the same situation so I just wanted to let others know to help avoiding the situation I was in.
Says they close at 10pm and even shows business confirmed these hours. Fix your online hours to 9pm.
Fui a las 9:00 pm y ya estaba cerrado, cuando supuestamente el horario es a las 10:00 pm, y las cajeras estaban riéndose de mi, por que quise entrar cuando ya habían cerrado.
Change your online hours if youre going to close at 9. Wasting peoples time.
i always come before closing and its already closed. they close at 10 pm, its 9:20 and theyre already closed and this isnt the first time
Lines can be long sometimes
I get a medication every month that according to them, I need to survive. Well Ive had it set up for delivery amd seems like every single month I have to come in about it. I dont get it in the mail andif I do, I always end up getting it days late, because It didnt get delivered. Last month they couldnt find it, and said, "the delivery guy might have it in his car". Wth!!! It was almost closing so why would he have it with him overnight? I find it very fishy and hate the way they always place the blame on him, when they dont have answers for their inconsideration and incompetence. I
Today I went in for my covid booster, I filled out some paperwork for it and next thing you know the employee made an “error” and injected me with the flu shot. I didn’t consent to this vaccine. I strictly went into CVS for the covid booster. Ended up leaving without the booster and with the flu shot that I didn’t consent to. They were nonchalant about the mistake they made as well. I feel extremely sick from it and I’m enraged about this.
Whatever you do do not come to this PharmacyThey lie to youAnd give you the runaroundI had a prescriptionOf NorcoOver a month agoAnd theyStill have notFill the orderI am in painAnd they just give me the runaroundEvery time theres an excuseIts lameWhy dont they just tell me the truth and say they do not want to give me those pillsI have a prescription from a
Close to home 🏡 😁!
Everything says that they close at 10:00 online on their signs but they are closed at 9:00
I have to say it very hot inside this cvs pharmacy and store 🥵every summer it the same thing they can never fix their AC with this coronavirus going and no AC at cvs to many germs come on fix this AC make it safe for the employees and everyone that shops at CVS.🤔
Pésimo personal.
I brought up 2 packs of basketball cards to buy for my 9 yr. old son and the cashier yanked them from me and said "since theyre not in the system we cant sell them to you." My son was devastated. I went back the next day and noticed that all the packs were gone...horrible, ridiculous experience. 4/29/21
I was in very tired and in a complete rush to get home and rest, but had to pass by CVS to purchase something. I didnt know where CVS was so I googled it with the GPS and took me to an empty place with a small house as you can see in the pictures. I had to go to the map and scroll down through road and find it, it has the exact same address, but the GPS takes you to the wrong location. Please fix this to not send people to a wrong location.
Miscommunication runs rampant. I tried to transfer my prescription to this pharmacy and got the confirmation email saying it was ready to pick up. Great! But they said they don’t have me in the system, or my prescription. But they can request the transfer! Great! I was told I’ll hear back by the end of the day. Never got the call so I went the next day. Another pharmacist said apparently the transfer would take 24-48 hours to complete. Slightly more inconvenient and I wish I wasn’t lied to, but okay. I can wait. I waited four days for the call because I was busy at work. Finally I went back to see what’s up. Apparently I had nothing at all in my file. No transfer, no request. Nothing. I was told to go back to my original pharmacy, which can’t give me my medicine because it was “transferred to CVS”. No, it wasn’t. They don’t have my medicine, and now I can’t get it from my original pharmacy either. I have to pay for a new appointment to get re-prescribed. Was I just lied to by two pharmacists? What happened to my transfer? Very inconvenient to be told twice to expect phone calls and then not receive any for no gain.
Trash
This used to be my preferred pharmacy, but not anymore. With lines that will snake through the store, poor customer service, and plenty of other options Ill gladly take my business elsewhere.
Good place to shop
This is the worst CVS in Modesto. The managers never know the store coupon or return policies. They are rude and very unprofessional. They can never seem to assist in solving any problems in the store when it comes to coupons or returns. They use the same excuse all the time "corporate policy". Even after reading to them the corporate policy they still make their own excuses. Last time I go to this CVS. I had enough of their nonsense and how unprofessional and uneducated their staff is on store policies.
I’m really disappointed in the quality of customer service at this pharmacy, a family member of mine was treated very bad there tonight trying to fill a prescription for vitamins. Everyone I talk to agrees that this store has really gone downhill since it switched from Longs to CVS years ago. I have also been waited on by a rude employee more than once in the front part of the store. It’s a shame what they have turned into, customer service used to mean something there. Not anymore
Asked to use their restroom. Clerk said, “We ain’t got no restroom. Go over to Panda Express.”August 01, 2018, 9:30 am, if anyone is reading this.
Long waits. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes in line for your prescription.
This is the only CVS I like to go the manager and employes are very friendly they always have in stock wath I need
Horrible. Meds not in stock. Two weeks later same story. Stood in 3 lines to hear that. They have always been a joke. I try them because it is close to home. Never again. Not the first time they have jerked me around and didnt care to make it right
When you walk in you see the not another a**hole customer face😣😂 stay in school people and you wont have to work jobs you hate.
Extremely rude and lazy. They treat you like you are the dumb one. The night cashiers look high AF! I guess you cant expect much from a Pharmacy in the hood.
The laziest staff I have EVER encountered.👎
Very unprofessional. Workers are rude toward couponers who are just trying to save a little bit here and there. Manager doesnt know the answer/solve a problem even though they are supposed to be the one who knows how to handle it. They are good at saying they dont know. Very bad experiences here.
This is a good place for come and find medicines
Very unprofessional. When you pick up your prescription they will yell it out to the other people on staff to get it for them at the counter. So everyone in the store hears your prescription. Very slow and will not lift a finger if they dont have to. One time my doctor sent over my prescription and they just held on to it and never told me it was there. Im suppose to get a text and email. Nothing at all. Then when I called days later they just said oh well we knew you would eventually call about it so we just waited. One time my doctor sent it over early with directions to fill it early and they told me no that I couldnt pick it up. When did pharmacist become doctors?
Very caring and professional pharmacist and technicians. They always try help patients with honesty and care. Im very thankful to be living near this pharmacy..
Good costumers service
