Nice store clean and well stocked
Worst customer service. The pharmacist dismissed me when I went to get home covid tests covered by my insurance. He told me go online and walked away. Finally a rude chubby red head who did nothing but talk about getting drunk after work rang me up and put my script in. The covid tests are in a box already behind the counterso all they had to do was put the script sticker on and they made me wait 45 mis and I was the only person there
Online says they closed at 9 but i was there today 8:30 pm closed
Cashier( malewas charging a weekday the same price of the Sunday paper when I ask for my money back he tell me to show my I.D. & then answers my questions on the machine that I did not agree to/ they need to closed that CVS down Im disable & a Senior citizen living in Eastpointe, MI. Shame on the ways they treat you
Very rude employees that dont know what their doing been doing business there for years but never again Im going to Walgreens from now on at least their employees know what their doing and arent so nasty and rude
I have literally never had such bad experiences trying to get my prescriptions. I usually refill my three prescriptions via phone, but EVERY single time I pull into the drive-thru at this specific CVS they tell me that my prescription has not been refilled. Then, after explaining that I have called and refilled it (sometimes even days before), they proceed to tell me that it will be ready in an hour. I just made the trip out here after calling for them to tell me that it hasnt been refilled? Insane. On top of that, they are SO rude about it. Today, I refilled my prescription online and made sure that all of my prescriptions were ready to be picked up before driving all the way out there. One of them is even set to auto-refill. I pull up to the drive-thru and have the exact same issue. None of my prescriptions have been refilled and the lady helping me was SO rude, again. After I pick up these prescriptions, whenever that may be, I will not be sending them back to this location. Just awful service and horrible efficiency. At times, this has forced me to miss days of taking my prescription because they take their time and act like they really dont care.If you want an easy, quick, problem free prescription pick-up, DO NOT USE THIS CVS.

Sent down wrong aisle. Literally spent 5 minutes going thru store. I was only customer in store at the time. Gal was too busy stocking shelves to assist me any further. Will never go back to this location!!
I had to get COVID tested to return to work. Its been over 3 days and no results. I specifically chose this location bc the store staff told me theyve been getting 24 hr turn-around times. I call the store and then send me to a different number for minute clinic, which isnt an option on the store system. When I told the store clerk I couldnt find a number, she got really sassy and said it was on the bag for my nasal swab test. I told her I threw it away because it was a plastic see-through bag. She continued to get sassy. Finally she gives me a number. I call this number and have been on a loop for 40 min. 2 operators put me back in the loop. This is getting really frustrating as I am now not able to work my second job until I get results. There really needs to be a faster process. Finally get transferred to someone, Autumn, who does an amazing job tracking someone down. However, that person now tells me to call back in tomorrow and that the website is wrong, it always takes 4 days, not 2-3 like it says online or 24 hrs like store clerks said on the phone. CVS, some of your pages says 2-3, some say 2-5, some say 24 hours. All of your pages need to match.

The pharmacy is a joke both them and the doctors office....the doctors office sent over the prescription over electronically 08/20 cvs still dont have it and both places are telling me to have the other call smfh
This place is very good but i just have 1 problem with the pharmacy part of the store his name is Saad but if u see a guy named Sam he is really nice so once Saad leaves the pharmacy i will give this a 5 🌟
2 times theyve made me wait 32 days for a 30 day prescription
I went to buy cereal in the morning. The correct ad wasnt out. I finally got the right ad., went to the back to grab cereal there was no sale labels that reflected the ad. Some rang up correctly others didnt . Lady was rude told me. Other lady told me to just bring to her for her to scan them. Which they could of gave me the sale price to their negligence and put up labels. She said Im not giving you anything in a nasty tone. I told her that she need to come back here to label these things and we wouldnt of had this problem. She stated "she would when its her time to do it" I said your time is now! , I had already been back there twice.. It was a big argument . Poor customer service, lazy, and bad attitude. Go to the other locations this one sucks. Second time I had a issue and will never go back. And emailed

Good selection of cosmetics. I understand there is a theft problem but all them tags and tape on my products is annoying and looks ghetto.
Everytime I come here I have an awful experience, staff is not helpful and rude. Never once have I asked a question and have been answered with respect. I will never bring my business there ever again. Waste of time everytime I step inside.
Staff is great, friendly & helpful, also the store is clean!But the pharmacy is often out of my prescription & I have gotten there a couple minutes before closing (the pharmacyto walk in and it already be closed for the night.
The store is always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful.
