Poor customer service, half the time the drive through is closed, they give inaccurate information, they do not answer their phones, and when you attempt to change your pharmacy they make it hard for the new pharmacy to obtain current prescriptions.

Went to pick up a prescription I have been on a long time. They said I have no profile. I am deceased. Am out of a medicine. This is outrageous!! Now I have to wait for doctors office to call in.

The Only reason i gave this 1 stars is because the the store is generally clean and close to home... However, the positivity ends there. Every and i mean EVERY time we get a prescription sent, there is always some sort of issue. From rude people at the pharmacy to, loosing orders, to the wrong items. Last visit, i was pick up my wifes prescription when they didnt have it completed 2 hours later. Then they told me it will be another 30 min. So we waited another 30 min. When i got back inside, they ignored me for 10 min while i stood there watching them joke back and forth. When they finally acknowledged me, they couldnt find my prescription. Then one of the girls found it on their desk and threw it across the pharmacy onto the ground. If you want to be treated like the read headed stepchild instead of a customer, youll feel at home here.If you want good customer service, go across the street to Rite Aid. Theyre always happy to help.

I know theyre short staffed but Ive been snapped at several times and they never pick up the phone. Ive gone in and seen them not doing a ton but they cant be bothered to answer phones. Now I need a prescription and I have to go in just to get it transferred to a branch that actually has the medicine I need. I cant wait three days but I cant do anything over the phone.

Kyla served me in the drive thru portion of the pharmacy. Rude/unapologetic outcome in my experience overall from this particular CSR. More training or a different area to work in the store is an experience in physical suggestion. I dropped off my sons prescription at 12 noon on Monday June 27th, 2022. I was told to come back in 2 hours for pick up. I also asked if I would need my sons insurance card upon pick up and was relayed that the pharmacy would call me if necessary to do so. I received no call. Showing back up around 2:35pm. My sons prescriptions still were not filled. I was then told by Kyla to come back in another 15 to 20 minutes. Upon my return at 3:10pm (mind you waiting in the lines in drive thru aswellI was then told by Kyla that my sons insurance needed renewed and that his prescriptions were written before renew was needed (the prescriptions were obtained yesterdayI then was told I could pay in cash or come inside the store to call my insurance myself. My phone had died by this time being out for over 3 hours waiting in the shopping mall and my children asleep with me in my vehicle. So I then went home. Called my insurance. My insurance said how they had no try for the insurance at all to fill said prescriptions or it would have shown a rejection in the insurance agents system. My insurance agent kindly called over to the CVS pharmacy relaying no rejection and my sons insurance processed the prescriptions no problem. The CVS pharmacy CSR in store on the phone said Ill put them in to be filled for tonight and hung up.. even though wed explained how my sick son has been waiting since myself his mother had dropped of prescriptions at 12 noon. I then went into the store to avoid any more errors. The prescriptions were still not ready at 5pm at this time. 😫

I also struggled with the pharmacy area as they take a while to assist. They do have a sign explaining they’re short staff (same as the world), but they have struggled with filling up prescriptions forever and not only in this branch, but other CVS have the same issue.Very well organized and most of the staff are willing to assist. I like the self checkout machines; it’s super convenient. I love the place not being crowded. I recommend this place.

I’m mobility impaired so I always use the drive thru when picking up my meds. So we moved away and use a Different cvs - but for some reason this one called my doctor and refilled a prescription, so I was angry about that but was in town for another reason so decided to just pickup the meds while there. So when I approached the drive thru there was a handwritten sign stating that the drive thru is only being used for covid tests, all medication needs will have to be taken came of inside the store. So yeah I’m angry but ok - so I’ll juat have the meds mailed to me as I have some and can wait. Once home I login to the cvs app and now see that mailing of meds is no longer free- there is a 4.99 delivery fee. Meds were being mailed without charge for over a year due to covid - seems that’s no longer a priority concern but it seems that covid is enough a priority that the drive thru is devoted to testing. Fairly to mostly disappointing and somewhat confusing.

When you need medication the most, the phone lines will not answer. Even if you make multiple attempts at waiting 30+ minutes. It just seems like there’s no sense of urgency from their customer service staff

Someone needs to train the cashier at the pharmacy not to announce to the world what the name of your prescriptions are you are picking up. Really? Ever hear of HIPPA?

This is the worst pharmacy ever to exist! Every time I come in here I’m waiting 30 plus minutes even though I get a text saying my order is ready. The drive thru line is always full and takes forever and if you go inside, you wait in line for them to tell you there was a problem with your order or to go to the consultation line to get the issue figured out. Completely disorganized and rude employees. I told them to transfer my prescriptions to the cvs inside target and they are so much nice over there!! Avoid this location at all costs!

This pharmacy is terribly disorganized. It appears that every customer has to wait almost 10 minutes just for a rep to find their order. There are prescriptions strewn everywhere, including in random bins all over the floor. One employee at this store actually told an elderly couple that they couldn’t receive a covid vaccination at any pharmacy in Pennsylvania in February, which is entirely untrue. I tried to explain this to the couple and the employee insisted no pharmacies were giving out vaccines to the public, when in fact Rite Aid had been doing so for weeks at that point. Today, they said they had no record of my prescription at the drive-through but when my doctor called, they miraculously found it (from the day beforeand started preparing it for me.

These people working in pharmacy are so overworked and understaffed. They do a good job, but way too busy for the amount of people that use that cvs. Can wait on hold for 20 minutes before phone is answered. Getting very close to changing drugstores.

The wait time to speak to ANYONE in the pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous!!!! I was on hold for 37 minutes and 12 seconds and NOONE ever picked up. So while I was on hold on my cell phone I called from my house phone and pressed the option as if I was a prescriber and all of a sudden someone was available to answer the call in 2 minutes and 7 seconds. I guess I know what option I will be picking from now on!!

If I can give 0 stars I would. This was and the first time I used this pharmacy and the last time I do. The staff treat you like trash. They always have an attitude when you call to check if medicine is ready or not.. they send you a message saying that is ready but it is NOT. I do not recommend this pharmacy to no one. Please deserve a better service and kindness.

I was told my husbands prescription would be ready by 8 a.m. this morning. I arrived at 1:09 to pick up his prescription, only to be told it wasnt ready! When i requested a manager, she came over to the window with a nasty expression on her face, and an instant attitude! I was told she was running a little behind, Sorry but 5 hours is not a bit late! Fortunately she did fill the prescription within 10mins, however it set me back and now I will be late for a birthday party Im attending!
