Staff is friendly. Only down fall is there is always a wait at the pharmacy
I gave a 2 star because the 2 cashiers Ive encountered were great. However others were rude and Ive witnessed are rude and inpatient with others as well.Hard to get anyone on the phone. On hold for 20 min. Called back no answer. On hold for another 30.Doc called meds in over 4 hours b4 I called yet they werent ready. Finally spoke to someone who told me it will be an hour. 1 1/2 hours later. They said give me another 30min. Ultimately they told me they dont have the meds. Then the pharmacist blamed me for Them not having it. Was the rudest experience of my pharmacy life. Sorry but that is unacceptable. He should be fired. So unprofessional. Especially since their was ample time to tell me they dont have the meds. And not to mention how he belittled staff tht was trying to Resolve the issue with courtesy. Getting upset with her for understanding what I was going thru. Just sad.Like Wow. Basically the pharmacists bad, unprofessional, rude attitude gave Ritr Aid a nee customer. Where their customer service was great on and off the phone. So...Thank you for that I guess. For being so bad they helped me find better
35 minutes on the phone and no one answer
Went in asked the nearest associate I would like a money order. Out of no where another associate says quite quickly and rudely with an aggressive attitude. “And make sure you have ID and cash”. I walked out and do not plan on going back to that store. Now I love CVS I just don’t appreciate an attitude where there isn’t one needed.
In and out nobody was there at 900am raining I was first customer
Lady on the phone was helpful and friendly and took the time to switch me to another brand of meds instead of making me wait an extra day to pick up my current generic. Thanks!
Drive through pickup for pharmacy is always closed. Kind of defeats the purpose of having one. And with super serious ultra deadly covid out there, herding everyone together indoors unnecessarily doesnt make sense.
They straight up gave me the wrong med. Thats not acceptable from a trained professional.
Pharmacy is awful. For years they just can’t figure out a system to serve customers in a reasonable time frame. The pharmacists are nice and I actually feel bad for them since they get harassed on the regular for wait times. But this is the pharmacy manager’s fault. Thousands of pharmacies in heavy traffic areas around the country have developed a system to handle high volumes of orders reasonably but you cannot. Shame on you for simply not making any adjustments to your process and probably just saying “there isn’t anything we can do.” Have some pride in your work, you’re a professional and should be replaced if you can’t keep up with demand. There are managers out there that CAN keep up.
I used the drive thru to pick up prescriptions. When they are ready I receive a text. This time no other vehicles were ahead of me in line. The individual working the drive thru was very polite, courteous and friendly. She gathered our prescriptions. I paid for them. Usually I have to unhook my seat belt and lean way out the window to reach the drawer to get the prescriptions. Today the window was open. She handed the bag to me. Thank you. Tall, over sized vehicles cannot reach the drawer without difficulty. So thank you for handling it to me out the window. I recommend this pharmacy.
The store itself is great and Adrian is a wonderful help every time Im there. I would give the store itself five stars, but that pharmacy is just the absolute worst that Ive ever been to. Ive never been able to get through when I call. Im currently on hold for over 25 minutes. Ive been using this pharmacy for 4 years, but Im definitely switching where I get my medications from my PCP at my next visit. Just because its right down the road from me does not mean that its convenient when they never have your meds or notify when theyre ready.
Got photos to hang on wall. One canvas of daughters family and 3-5x7s for me! They have Kodak keous which is best ever

HORRIBLE PHARMACY!! I was on hold for over 35 minutes and then hung up on. Called back and was put on hold again! The man answering the phone did not even allow me to state the reason of the call. He cut me off and transferred me to another 30 minute hold. They are not busy they just do not want to answer the phone. Very rude and lazy pharmacy staff
Always on hold for the pharmacy for like 30 minutes, then most of the time its people that have major attitudes in the drive thru. The drive thru is always long and takes forever.
Great locación and customer service. A huge variety of products . Well stocked.
called 5 times in today & stayed on hold for 15 mins each time. maybe i’ll try again tomorrow?? They never pick up. They don’t even deserve the one star.
I should always wait a half day to get my medication. Like today I called this morning to order my medicine. now its 5pm and its not ready yet.
I’ve been to pharmacies all across the country and that is the worst pharmacy service I have ever seen in my life they give you the wrong medicine they tell you come back in 20 minutes and then when you get back because you out so they said they never told you to come back that is a poor excuse for somebody handling medication . But people inside working the the other part of the store always kind polite and very helpful but the pharmacy side should be shut down restaffed and definitely get customer service training.
Just was on hold for 20 minutes about a prescription that has been past due for two months and got disconnected. I am a Pharmacy Tech at Rite Aid and it seems like we have things more organized over there.
Customer service at this location is horrible in the pharmacy. Ive used CVS for as long as I can remember and have never had an issue at the previous location. At this particular one, (Lancaster Ave shillingtonthey are rude, theres are never done when they say they will be or we receive notice that its ready for pickup and hasnt been filled when we arrive. The associates in the pharmacy are rude, mostly the younger Hispanic female that usually works drive thru. The manager was no better when I went to speak to her about the associate. Id rather drive across town to the other CVS than use this one.
Really never had a issue that the manager was not able to fix or help, some cashiers now that’s another issue but store very clean usually always in stock
The Pharmacy is a horible place. Medication is never available on time. They ask to do automatic refills but theyre never done, and you must put pressure on the pharmacy to get your medications available. Their customer service is horrible.I was just informed they took over Atnea which means I took on all these new clients so they dont have time adequately for anyone. I left to another Pharmacy.
Getting a prescription here is a nightmare. They never have it ready when told a time. And when they have an issue they just leave your prescription on the side and never notify you. The overall store is great, its wellstocked, and the front end staff are extremely pleasant and friendly. Pharmacy team seriously need to step up there game
This pharmacy is terrible. I was told to come back in a half hour for my prescription only to be told they didn’t have it in stock and to come back tomorrow. Went back the next day no prescription. Then told it would be ready by end of day. Next day still not ready (3rd day). Was told to come back so they could unpack it and get it ready. This pharmacy never has anything in stock, the staff is almost all VERY rude. I will never use them again. Just to put in perspective I’m a stage IV cancer patient. My meds are pretty serious.
I called this CVS on date:10/7/19 - time: 9:30am. I was on hold until 9:45am. The lady was really nice. The call went well being that i did not get what i wanted done. That was not the staff fault. It was something i had to do on my side.
The staff is always helpful. As soon as I walk in I am greated with a smile.
Worst customer service I had a situation with a manager that was giving me hard the with my coupon and trying to give me false information did not want to honor the discount prices that are on display at the store and trying to charge me full retail price and tells me that he hates coupons and was very disrespectful and this is a manager I think his name is Adrian l feel that if you dont like what you do then get another job I shop at CVS never had a issue like this as long as a store has employee like this I will not spend my money there
Like many big box pharmacies, the customer service is HORRIBLE. The prices are inflated, the folks behind the counter ignore you, kind of like they do the phone. They talk down to you, and regardless of prescription tend to make you feel like you’re doing something wrong picking up your own prescribed medication. On my list of poorest customer service possible.I switched pharmacies and haven’t encountered a single issue anywhere like what I experienced here over 2 years.
Came to pick up my automatic refills and to get a prescription filled.Got told two hours till its all ready. Two hours go by and they tell me its not ready so i have to go in.Two LONG lines as these people were fiddling around.I got my prescription but not my automatic refills. These people need to get it together because they make me miss Walmarts pharmacy. My two stars is me being generous.
Clean, organized store. Friendly, helpful staff. Always has awesome deals! My go-to place for cosmetics!
It’s ridiculous that this pharmacy opens at 9!!! What about us working folks? Worst decision ever, who do you work for? Not us customer that have a job.
Had gotten chewable allergy pills for my son. Everytime i went here for them they were crushed. But the store is nice and clean
Nathan is the friendliest pharmacy tech. He goes above and beyond to be helpful.
Staff very friendly and helpful
The store is clean, straightforward, and tidy. The people are polite and helpful.
I love the fact they know me and the family and fix things that dont seem accurate they are very informative. I just love them Nathan is a great Team player always makes us laugh!!!
Best service Ive ever received at a CVS. Both cashiers were quick, friendly & helpful. Called to check if a sale item was in stock, drove out of my way to pick it up, was in and out of the store in less then 3 minutes.
Never have my perscription ready when they are supposed to. Even when you call it in days in advance. I Always wait forever here. I brought an emergency perscription in and they took an hour and fifteen minutes to fill it while I sat there in agony waiting. Unfortunately Im stuck because of my insurance or I would go to Walgreens or rite aid. Avoid this place if you can.
This cvs works hard with all of the demand that they get. Clean store, nice people. I have had delays once in awhile but there was technical issues. So other then that. They call and let me know of the delays.
Typical CVS. Decent selection of products, clean store. Staff was difficult to find when we couldnt find what we needed, and pharmacist caused us a 30 minute delay even though we called to confirm the prescription was ready before we arrived. More or less par for the course with CVS these days.
