CVS in New Castle County

The store manager Tom is super nice, helpful & friendly. The pharmacy staff is top notch!!! On many occasions I was short a dollar or two, & these amazing people ( Sandyadded my missing money, until I could repay her the following day. The pharmacist go out of their way to help!! CVS needs to hire more employees so these people can breathe & take a break! God Bless Joanne, Jackie, Sandy, Robert, Caroline, Swarthie, Anne, & the gang!!( my apologies if I missed someone)

I dont like it.. meds are never ready and its all ways a problem..

Only used the pharmacy once and line was very long and THIS location has a serious lack of inventory. None of the others I have visited look this empty.

Ive never had any issues with the pharmacy at this location - they are always very helpful and fast. However, the retail side of this CVS is mediocre. Never stocked well, common healthcare items never there when you need them. For example, last week we needed infant tylenol in an emergency and they had none in any size, of either generic or brand name. Ive had this happen with other common over the counter items that a Pharmacy should always have. Its also available everywhere else, so its not like these items are missing due to supply chain. Its more like whoever is in charge of inventory for this store is always behind and never plans ahead.

The guys who just closed on the center that this CVS is located are absolute studs and works their A$$es off to ensure that this center is top notch. 5 stars, highly recommend Soundwater Properties!!!!

Kevin, the pharmacy tech, is wonderful. I watched him walk a customer to his car, you can tell he and the pharmacist really care for those they serve.

Excellent service, very clean store. Pharmacy employees bust theyre butts to get prescription filled. Cant ask for better service. The store employees are very polite and are helpful also. Pharmacy employees should get a raise!!

This place never restocks and if they do its only 2 items total. Its sadly going downhill... Also Swahili at the pharmacy counter is terrible at her job and snarky.

Well for starters your store is on Chichester AVENUE NOT ROAD 👀I picked prescription on 3/21/2019 they tried to charge me almost $90.00 for a prescription that should have been $3.00. Cashier said my insurance won’t cover this after she looked into the the computer said oh insurance doses cover it. I hope someone don’t get the wrong medication one day.

On 03/18/19, Heath the pharmacist said he would fill my RX on 03/19/2019. I come in on 03/20/19 and it wasnt filled. Now I have to drive here a 3rd time, waste gas and Im switching my RX to Walgreens. This shouldnt be rocket science. CVS has lost my business for good and I wish I could give 0 stars.03/21/19 Update: the shift lead on duty never gave the store manager my info. So now theres 2 associates working there that doesnt take their job seriously. What if my RX was needed for me to live? The head pharmacist only said "well its filled now, is there anything else you need?" Store manager didnt do anything to keep my business either, so here I come, Walgreens!
