CVS in Tift County

Rude and unprofessional Pharmacy Manager. Leadership is supposed to exemplify proper customer service and care. Manager had zero phone etiquette- Im sure CVS does not train staff to hang up phone on a patron- especially dealing with important medications. I am very appalled and will no longer do business with any CVS again.

CVS is a great place to shop! Fast and friendly service! The pharmacy and store is a great place to shop. Also enjoy the extra care bucks, and carepass!

My son has bronchitis and needs his steroid meds. When I picked up his other meds I was missing his steroid. I was not informed I had to wait for it to come in. I asked today where was it she said very rudely. We had to order it and it will be in today. I asked for a time, again very rudely the women said when you get a text or call. Very very rude service. Get your things filled at Walmart they are done in 10-20 minutes flat.

Horrible times for prescriptions. Rude staff

The store manager has a terable attitude toward customers. I will never set foot in the store again as long as she is the manager.

They do not refill my prescriptions on time. I always run out for a week before they finally refill them (they are on auto refill). I got sick and got tested for COVID in their drive thru and it took 14 days to get results!

Great pharmacy and great store. Always good customer service. You are greeted the moment you walk in the door.

just dont call pharmacy they ignore the announcements of pharmacy call i sit and watch them talk to each other about personal issues and completely ignore the pharmacy call notification

Literally took this pharmacy over 5 hours to fill my prescription. After MULTIPLE trips (come back in 20 minutes or we should have it for you in another hour or soI was able to get my medication. Upon inspection I noticed I was missing a medication, and the response I received was "We are out of that. Try getting it called it somewhere. else". FURY INDUCING INDIFFERENCE!!!!!!
