CVS in Macomb County

Bad customer service.

Worst pharmacy ever. Extremely slow and rude to customers.

They have the worst customer service for everyone. I would never recommend this store to others.

No person in front to help customers.

Usha and Christine in pharmacy are awesome!!! Very very helpful. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

slow service from the employees. there was a cashier who was sick; and honestly, should *not* have been working that close to customers (who arent sick).

Pharmacy staff are very friendly, but so dirty from main entrance thru out inside of the store.

I have never experienced such rude staff as i have at this pharmacy. They are consistently unfriendly every single time for no reason and it is because of this i will switch pharmacies. Its completely unnecessary to treat customers this poorly.

Either their phones dont work in the pharmacy, or their employees are actively hanging up on customers. Ive called four times in a row, get through all the prompts and the ads just for the call to get disconnected every single time, before I can speak to someone.

This place is awful.Its right next to my house and I actively avoid it. Every single time Ive regretted coming in and go--virtually anywhere else--with a vastly better experience.Long wait times, expensive prices (which I realize are for convenience, but that never pans out), if they actually have the item in stock....opens late and closes early for a pop-in place. I hate CVS. Go to Walgreens a block or so north, or even Target (a few blocks Westor Meijer (a few blocks Eastand still get in and out faster with more $ in your pocket.

Great store with an excellent staff. Always greeted when I come in. If I need help, although staff is minimal at times, someone is always willing to help.

People at pharmacy are very friendly and helpful.

Worst CVS I went to so far, the employee(lady)at front needs to be changed. She was very rude and racist. She was not helpful in anyways. We asked her if she can scan the price for few things and she was very rude and told us to go to the scanner when she obviously could have done at the front. We went just because it was near by my house, not going again. Very very disappointed. Not going there again for sure!05/07/176 pm

The person that was in the counter was not helpful and i found her rude. No help from her at all. Very un satisfied. Should look for better help.

Regular CVS store, nothing special.

Awhile back, I came to the Pharmacy. It was a Sunday morning, and a line had already formed. The Managers office is right next to it. in order to get to his office, the mgr. had to go through the line, of waiting customers. He went by us without acknowledging us, nor telling us that someone would be right out to help.I walked out.

Very racist needs to be shut down immediately
