Walk in to get a flu shot from the pharmacy/clinic and am turned away for not having an appointment. Despite their advertising of being able to accommodate walk-in flu shots.Other than 1 person waiting, there was nobody else there. They could have easily taken the 3 minutes to provide the flu shot, they just didnt want to.

I went in today to try to get some shopping in. There was a lovely sales associate, Nicole. She was honestly awesome. She made me feel so welcomed and was honestly one of the nicest employees I have ever encountered. This is by far my favorite CVS to go to!

This was possibly the worse CVS minute Clinic I have ever been to since Covid- 19 started!!!!!The lady, who would not give her name because she was "already frustrated" does not follow CDC guidelines, about masks and wearing gloves. She has very poor communication skills and very rude to customers.Our appointments were at 8:50am and 9:05am. We arrived at 8:45 am and followed directions on the signs and waited. When no one called or showed up, we drove around to find the pharmacy window to find it closed. When we got out of the car, she opened her door and said wait for the call. No call came through till 9:05am and 9:09am when we were in front of her answering questions.My boss and I who are both healthcare workers made the appointments before the clinic started so we could make it back in time. When we arrived, no one came out to acknowledge we where there so we drove to the drive through thinking thats were the appointment was but it was not so we drove back to the parking side of the clinic. we waited for 15 min and by this time it was already 9:00am and we knocked asking if we could be seen during our appointment time and the lady claimed there were others in front of us but no one else was there but me and my boss. She even says she saw us pull into the parking lot the first time and yet did not acknowledge us. She then proceeds to say she called me three times which she did not and called me when I was physically in the room at 9:05 am.She was not wearing a mask until someone walked into the room where she finally adjusted her mask correctly and she was not wearing gloves when handling the specimens or the testing materials. Who knows how many other test she has done when she was dealing with my test without gloves. She then proceeds to talk down to me and treat me like I am incompetent when I said nothing to but asked if we could be seen. She then begins to talk about my boss in front of me and complain about her and that we dont understand how appointments work and that she technically shouldnt be seeing and that she as doing us a favor! She was very rude and unprofessional. Not to mention she could not even read my bosss name and yells at her to "just read it". I would never recommend this place to anyone who needs testing unless you liked being treated poorly.

I came in today for my Covid booster and flu vaccine. The male pharmacy tech asked me for my vaccine card which I did not have but I was able to provide him a picture. All of a sudden another pharmacy tech who was a young female with long brown hair rudely interrupts and tells me that I HAVE to have my physical card. Really, there was no reason to talk to me like that. If your having a bad day don’t take it out on your customers.So I made another 30 minute round-trip to go get my vaccine card and I’m standing in line when the person in front of me says they do not have their vaccine card and they accept a picture. 🤔 CVS, your employees have got to do a better job. Apparently there was no reason for me to drive another 30 minutes other than one of your employees pulling a power trip or another employee not doing what they are supposed to do.The person who gave me my vaccine however was just simply lovely and I would come back to do a vaccine just because of her.

NOT a walk in clinic, appointment required - please do not tell people you are a walk in clinic so they drag their ill bodies all the way here and then not be able to see them that day

I booked two different appointments for the drive through Covid test (one for me and one for my dad). On both occasions, the staff at the drive through pharmacy was extremely helpful and guided me through every step systematically. I got the results back in 24hrs. All in all, a very efficient and satisfactory experience.

Been to this particular location a few times with my husband now, first time we both got covid tested and all was fine. Came back a few days later to get tested again and they refused to test me as Im a Norwegian citizen although they tested me before without issues. My husband still got tested and we left, then another doctor called with his results he told him what happened and the doctor offered to test me so we turned around and went back. Got told that its random if I can get tested or not cause some doctors will and some wont because Im a grey zone for not being a US citizen. Went back today for an appointment at 1200, waited until 1300 cause they were so backed up with only 1 doctor in I eventually just gave up waiting and left.

Observation: When you type in on the Google Search using the address of 2984 Kildare Farm Road the ATM location shows up, not the pharmacy. I had to call another CVS pharmacy to get the Hemlock Farms CVS phone number. When I mentioned this to the three people at the pharmacy desk they were rather kurt and didnt seem to want to understand why I could not get their number using Google Search.

Friendly staff, up front, who are the only ones I have dealt with. They seem to have the same stock as all the other CVS locations and I was rather surprised with the seasonal selection (Fall). This location is convenient from my apartment on Ten - Ten road, and every time I walk in they ask if I am looking for something in particular from the shopping area.

When you go into the Pharmacy, they make you wait as they answer the phone. When I call, I can hold for 45 minutes or more and no one ever answers the phone. Do they just pretend to get on the phone in order to ignore the customers.Phone system, refill a prescription. System tells me it will be ready Friday (I called Monday). Show up Friday and they dont have it. They tell me they couldnt reach my Doctor. I asked how I was supposed to know that, you didnt tell me you couldnt do your job. I called my Doctor, they said they sent it in and sent it in again for me. Next Friday...calling to see if my prescription is ready. Two phone calls, one for 48 minutes before I hung up, and second one on hold for 12 minutes and 45 seconds now.This place needs someone to run it properly. Absolutely ridiculous. Do your jobs! People need their medication!

If there was a way to give this location 0 zero stars I totally would. Came in today to get my prescription that’s on automatic refill, waited for 30 minutes, for them to tell me they didn’t have my prescription. This has happened to me multiple times now and I’m fed up. Not to mention the pharmacist seems like she has no clue what she’s doing. I’m done with CVS. Do not waste tour time here. I will be switching to Walgreens which seems much more efficient and quick based off of what I’ve heard. This CVS either needs to be shut down or new management needs to get involved.

If I could give a 0 I would. The cashiers are so unfriendly and act like you bother them when standing waiting for service. I’m done-never going to a CVS again. The girl today didn’t even ask for my phone number so I could receive any discount. When I asked when can I give my phone # she was so dramatic in redoing the transaction I was ready to leave. She was so rude and that little weird dude looked happy that she was rude. Like I said I’m done! I don’t recommend this CVS to anyone. You may be revamping your place but with the rude pharmacists and cashiers don’t bother.

30+ minute wait anytime you visit, I’d go to any CVS but this one. 1 Star is being generous. I would hate to see anyone out of a job but the people who run this store wouldn’t be fit to run a lemonade stand.

This is the worst pharmacy. They should not be able to stay open. Complaints from my doctors office and insurance company. They never answer the phone . Prescriptions are never right and they are rude. Will be transferring my prescriptions to CVS on Sunset. They are what a pharmacist should be. The only way I could post this was giving them a star but believe me they don’t deserve it

Worst CVS pharmacy ever. Receive prescriptions on a weekday and staff dont order or inform you if not in stock. You come in on a weekend for pickup and they tell you they dont have in stock and cant order until Monday!!!! Problems each time i try to pick up prescriptions!!!! Are all CVS pharmacies like this????

Scheduled appointments for myself and my daughter for flu vaccines. We used the website to "get in line". We were taken a minute after checking into the kiosk. The NP, Lauren, was very friendly, helpful and quick! So much faster than a trip to pediatrician and primary care physician!

This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever gone to in my life. Prescription one day costs 600 without the pharma coupon, they enter the coupon the next day and its 750 and they couldnt/wouldnt state why - it made no sense. For another prescription, they wanted to give me a 30 day supply rather than 90 day which costs me more. Good thing I noticed because of course they didnt communicate that to me. They dont care, customer service is AWFUL. I have to go in whenever I want to speak with them since they DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. I left my prescriptions there. Id rather go without than give them any of my hard earned dollars. Ive complained to corporate - lets see if I get a call back.

Horrible pharmacy. They never answer the phone. Medication is out of stock and there’s no way to get in touch with someone over the phone to get the RX transferred somewhere else. Called up another pharmacy down the road on Kildaire Farm and they mentioned too that this cvs on hemlock never answers the phone. There are tons of great pharmacies in Cary so definitely avoid this CVS.

Quite easily THE worst CVS I have ever been to. I sat at the drop off window of the pharmacy for 15 minutes. The woman behind the counter chose to help the people at the pickup counter- ignoring me completely. I was there before any of the other customers that were helped. They clearly could not care about customer service. I certainly will never use this location again. If you want a good location- go to the beaver creek target cvs- exceptional.

If zero were an option, I give no stars to the pharmacy (the rest of the store is fine. The pharmacy did not have the dosage that was prescribed, so gave me a lower dose pill and increased the quantity, but they did the math wrong in two places. Their simple count error and multiplication error (multiplying by 5, not calculus!resulted in me getting too few pills (much too fewand being given a higher dose than prescribed (not by a lot, but it was WRONG). The did give me the rest of the pills when I pointed out the error, but I choose to take the script to another pharmacy to help verify the dosage.If you arent very good with math or if you would like to trust your pharmacy without double checking the script and the math, go somewhere else.

Very rude. Failed to tell me both on the phone and in the drive through they only had 6 of the 40 pills and didn’t realize it until I was home. Called back and they said that no one in the area had that in stock. I was going to run out of the pills before they could even get it in! Was able to get it filled at a local Walgreens! Five stars for Walgreens! Will be talking to our insurance company about the incident and hopefully we won’t be locked into this horrible company anymore!

Common meds are not there, never got proscription refilled in one go. They make you go around in circles saying take 3 tablets now and get rest later and when you come later again they are short on one or the other thing. When you ask staff they are rude especially at pharmacy lady by the name Laura.

I hate to add to the negative reviews but if I could give this pharmacy half or better yet a quarter of a star, I would. The building looks like a disaster and the pharmacy almost ALWAYS have my prescriptions on back order. I am so tired of their tired messages noting this. Even when medications come in form backorder staff members are to lazy to check. I found out about this serendipitously when I appealed a to the technician that it might be there since it was promised but the next day another technician told me that the the medication was indeed there the day before. Some of the pharmacy staff are good but others are quite uncaring and rude. if my prescriptions were not administer by CVS Caremark and this CVS pharmacy wasnt the closest to my residence, you bet I would go elsewhere. I bet this might be the sentiment of many who are tied to this place via their insurance providers. I am surprised this pharmacy is still in business. Perhaps my quarter star might mean something to this establishment and impact changes.

Took my 5 year old daughter in for the flu. I made an appt online and we waited about 5 mins when we got there. The NP, Jaymar, was absolutely wonderful. She was very kind and made my daughter feel comfortable. I hope we get her again if we ever have to go back!

The customer service in the pharmacy needs major improvement. I went in to get my medication today, and I had no idea my insurance didn’t cover it. I have the flu, and I’m noticeabley in a lot of pain. A woman in the pharmacy was incredibly rude to me about my insurance.. she let me know that I can only get it if I pay in full, which is understandable but I didn’t need the attitude. I was embarrassed and also disgusted by her lack of sympathy. You’re working in a health field, you need to develop warmth and care, and not be cold and dry. The gentleman working the pick up was amazing though. He could see that I was upset, he was apologizing and he gave me a discount on my medicine.. he’s the only reason I’m giving two stars. Really caring, sweet kid.

Incredibly inefficient and poor communication. We keep using this pharmacy because it is near our home but this is the 3rd time in the past 2 months we have been told a prescription is filled and when we get there it hasn’t been filled yet. Customer service is lacking and the staff are not over helpful. Unfortunately our insurance requires that we use CVS so I guess we will have to travel back to our CVS in Morrisville to get the customer service and to save time.

Expected wait time was 30 minutes when we arrived. Apparently, time stopped twelve minutes after we got here and 45 min later we still have an 18 minute and holding expected wait. No one else was ahead of us either.

Excellent. I checked in online first and was seen within the 25 minute window I was given. The woman who saw me was a PA, very pleasant, very competent. She did seem irritated with CVSs electronic chart system and with the fact they wanted her to be a flu shot evangelist. I think part of the reason people get frustrated at these clinics is because they only exist to make CVS money. But Im thankful that there are still good nurses and PAs working in places like this or the whole thing would be a waste of time.

This is the most convenient location to our home via our US1 commute. We mainly use the pharmacy, and the staff is professional and honest. If they cant do something, theyll tell you. They know us, they recognize our voices over the phone... its impressive service. They arent gushy sweet, and they expect you to listen and read their requests and do your part. If you can be a responsible person, this cvs pharmacy will be a delight to work with.

Exactly what I needed. I went in for a sinus infection and was out with my prescription within an hour. The PA working was delightfully helpful and very kind. Do much faster than going to the doctor.

Dont trust the name...its NOT a minute. Try more like 120 minutes. The estimated wait times are completely worthless. Example, it says your wait time is 15 min when the single name ahead of you is actually a family of 4 for complete physicals. Will NEVER be back.

Took son in at 5:00PM for a simple physical and treatment for poison ivy. Place was open till 5:30PM but wouldnt take him. Said they werent allowed "overtime". Will not go back.

The pharmacy is the worst in town. Stopped to pick up prescription 8 hours after doctor called it in. Not ready but told it would be in 25 min. Called an hour later. Spent 16 min on hold. Told it would be ready in 20 min. Went there and joined the five people grumbling in line. Still standing in line so will keep writing..... 20 min in line and finally got it.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Its been 3 weeks and just told for 3rd time itll be another week. 1st it was insurance had to approve (understandablebut now its about 3 weeks past. These techs are clueless and not helpful. Everytime I show up they dont have me listed I have to explain they say that everytime and then they find me. Pulled up to drive through and nobody there, I then go inside and theres 5 people in the weeds with 3 customers (you got me). I dont believe this to be a real CVS. Told friend at work that lives down the street he said he had same experience when he went there and hasnt been back.
