The CVS located at 120th street in Ocean City had my order ready for pickup in a very reasonable time frame, the store had others things that I was looking for when I went pickup my order, the store was clean, organized, and the staff was helpful.
Debated wether to go to this CVS or my usual one. This was closer. I get there and it’s closed!!!! Not open until 11 as stated. Now I don’t have time to make it to the other one because it closes at 10. Thanks. Tired of all these stores false advertising their hours. It’s not that hard to update.
My prescription was sent here instead of my normal pharmacy. This is the third day I’ve tried calling the pharmacy and I was on hold for over 40 minutes multiple times, still haven’t gotten an answer. Pick up the phones please!!
This is all about the farmasist from UMBA. He was bussy doing his job next to the drop off window. I was there about 6 ft infront of him to drop off a prescription for about 25 minutes. We made an eye contact at list five times. He never ask if I need some hepl. A person came cut infront of me then he jump to the windo to hep her. I told her I was infront of her to drop off this so cold farmasist said he didnt see me.on top of he had to lie. Is this a merson one should trust? This person should be cleaning windows and floors and should be kept out of sight from customers. Hope I will never encounter such a person again.
Absolute slowest worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Guy at checkout talks nonstop even though there’s long lines. Takes them HOURS to fill one prescription that was sent in a week ago! Avoid at ALL costs!
Horrible attitude from the store manager. Any question I had the answer was "I dont know". She looked like she didnt want to be bothered. Like I am waisting her time. Dont go there unless you know what u want and use self checkout. Other employees not friendly either. Probably learning "the skills" from the top.
The woman working the front of the store, presumably the manager (?), has an extremely off-putting attitude and poor customer service skills. She ought not be working in contact with customers, because a nasty disposition is something you cant re or de-train.
1 star customer service experience
This location is supposed to offer COVID testing. Through the CVS website you can book a test here; do not do it. Find another location. They don’t perform COVID testing.
Very eventful place.
The employees of this establishment are not friendly. They got an attitude whenever a question was asked or got a "tone" with some of the customers, which I found to be HIGHLY unprofessional. I do NOT recommend using this pharmacy. The wait took forever as well- the woman at the front told me the prescription would be ready in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later they call my name to come get it. I walk up to the counter (off to the sideand the employee says, "Um- you need to go wait in line." Waited in line for another 25 minutes. Im still wondering why they called me up to the counter if I couldnt just pick the order up, sign my name, and go. (It was free!!Highly disappointed!
Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience I have ever had. We are on vacation from out of state. I brought two scripts to the drive thru yesterday and nicely asked Lauren to be sure they were in stock as we are leaving in two days. She told me after giving insurance info that they would be ready today at 8am. I told her I would come at lunchtime since we were going to the beach.I get a text stating they are on order and not available for 3 days.I just went to pick up the scripts which I now have to figure out since we leave tomorrow and not even an apology from Lauren or the pharmacist working there. She told me her name is Kaitlyn. I explained what Lauren had said and now I have no meds for my son who has special needs and needs medicine and she said it takes 48 hours to fill. I pointed at Lauren and said she said they would be ready by 8am.What a disgrace. Nobody seems to know nor care about what is happening. Unbelievable.
PLEASE, GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE OTHER THAN HERE!!! I rarely complain, much less publicly, so keeping that in mind, I cannot emphasize enough how absolutely awful my experience was. I am patient, and I understand that there is a global workforce shortage crisis, so I did not mind initially being told there would be a 15 minute wait for my prescription to be ready, even though I had received a text notifying me that it was ready for pickup. To make a VERY long story as short as possible, I ended up waiting an hour and 15 minutes, I listened to the woman behind the counter announce to every single person that "she was supposed to get off an hour ago" and we all need to be patient. I believe she may have had a hearing impairment because she was quite literally screaming, and I assure you I am not making fun of her or being mean if she does, but if so, she should be in a different role at CVS, because there was ZERO discretion or privacy for anyone picking up a prescription, and I saw MANY people walk away looking completely embarrassed. (Nobody wants the fact that their foot fungal cream is out of stock, or their eczema cream prescription has no refills left, or that Plan B is kept behind the counter and not on the shelves, announced so loudly that the entire waiting area could hear. The worst part though, was that after waiting over an hour, I finally asked the pharmacist if he could transfer my prescription to my pharmacy back home because I had to leave (this was my last day of vacation). He said "I called your name ages ago, your prescriptions have been ready" in a VERY snarky tone. This was a COMPLETE lie, as I never left the room once, I quite literally sat in a chair directly in front of him for over an hour, and I had about 6 other people back me up when I mentioned to him, nicely, that he never called my name. He glared at me and said "well theyre ready but you have to go get in line to pay for them". The line, mind you, was 9 people deep, and took another 20 minutes before I got to the register. Even then, I was still nice and not even remotely rude, even though the loud girl and the pharmacist were blatantly cold toward me. Oh, lastly, they did not answer the phone ONCE the entire time I was there. Every 30 seconds an announcement came on telling them how many callers were on hold, at one point it was up to 9. Worst experience ever! DO BETTER, CVS on 120th street!
Absolutely horrible service went in two separate times and received the same treatment both times and was given excuses both times as to why the service was bad
Worst pharmacy service ever! I’m not asking for instant gratification but waiting over 45 minutes to speak to someone on the phone (I had to actually call the front of the store and request helpand then once my RX was ready for pick up…waiting another 30 with 1 vehicle in front of me in the drive thru- just not sure how that’s acceptable service in any form of the term.
The Pharmacist, Kelly, was absolutely amazing. I had a bit of an issue getting my prescription refill from my surgeon and she was able to assist and get it filled when I needed it most. She was so professional, knowledgeable, very sweet and kind. Not to mention very beautiful. I would absolutely recommend everyone to see her for any and all of their pharmacy needs.
I have been trying to pick some prescriptions from the pharmacy for two hours. Went inside and there was a long line, with a female pharmacist who was speaking very loudly with a patient. I could clearly hear all her medical instructions and what the patient was taking. I was over 12 feet always. After that, I decided to go to the drive thru. Waited 45 mins to be told that my prescriptions had to be repackaged due to insurance and I should come back in twenty minutes. So, I came back in 40 minutes. Been waiting in the drive thru now for another 49 minutes. Line has not moved at all. How can you treat sick people so poorly? I could have literally driven back to Baltimore and picked up my prescriptions there faster.
I am a local and this is my "go to" pharmacy and drugstore. Harvey, the pharmacist, is personable, polite and helpful. I am guesding folks who wrote otherwise do not understand that OC, being a resort town, is overwhelmed during the summer seadon in many ways, medical issues as wrll. CVS does not send Harvey extra help during those times. I have NEVER had anyone in the store treat me poorly. On the flip side I see tourists acting discourtesy ALL the time.
Great, l just got my script filled. I highly recommend
Had 3 younger girls standing behind the registers and none of them would ring us up.
The manager of the CVS itself is so wonderful. He is so polite and kind each time I come in and usually jokes around politely as I check out. However; the Pharmacist(older gentlemanis always overwhelmed and can never help me every time I go to cvs. On two separate occasions that I have gone to pick up my prescription, he is always “too busy” to fill it, after waiting all day to pick it up. I have also been told BY HIM that he will fill it for me immediately while I’m waiting at the counter, then 20-30 minutes later says “you can just keep waiting if you want but if you have better things to do, you can go”. Not any apology or anything remotely sincere. I’ve also heard this man talk very badly about CVS pharmacy customers(which I’m sure everyone does in any client servicing centerbut spoke badly of someone in front of other customers(myselfI’ve mostly just had it with this pharmacy and will be moving my pick ups somewhere else!
They were absolutely very nice. I will use them again.
Very helpful in the pharmacy department.
They were friendly and helpful. Even the lady at the pharmacy. Not the norm for places.
Terrible. I went to the MinuteClinic to get a screening to get insurance incentives, got there 5 minutes before they closed, and was told come back tomorrow. I lived half an hour away, had to meet a deadline that passed, and had to deal with a blizzard coming that the guy knew about.
Good service, friendly staff. The lady in the pharmacy helped me to find the right product.
This is the best pharmacy I have ever used. I am always pleasantly greeted, and store is always clean and stocked. The pharmacy staff is truly outstanding...very knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you!
Friendly staff
Manager was disrespectul to me saying I couldnt park in the lot. I have nothing to do with the loitering hotrod people in his lot. Just trying to do some shopping.
Best CVS experience I have ever had. Started with the store manager being very helpful and friendly. Then the pharmacist, Peg, was beyond amazing and helpful. After my great start I got seen in the minute clinic by Steve, who also was beyond helpful and great. A better experience then I have had at any doctors office. Highly recommend!
I got my cashews and almonds and my green tea. I was helped in the store today ands the front cashiers were very nice and attentive. overall : Great customer service.
The store opens at 8am, yet Google has the start open listed at 7am.
I dont know what planet the individuals who rated this store a "1" but this is one of the best CVS stores Ive ever shopped. The Pharmacy professionals are helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Ive never walked into the store without someone asking if they can help me with my purchase. The store is well stocked and a great place to shop.
Are these reviews real or a bunch of nut jobs on the loose ?
I went in to buy a drink and some meds for my headache; the manager ask everyone but me if they were okay or needed help finding anything.. I felt unfairly treated! very disappointed!!! I know when I come back to ocean city I will make sure not to shop there anymore...
Manager was very unprofessional. Cant believe cvs hired this guy
The manager was totally unprofessional!
Racist
Rediculous management
I have always had a wonderful experience with this CVS store, especially with the manager.
piss poor to tow customers cars away after spending money in your establishment during a car cruise event in oc,md
As I pulled up to the cvs for some Mountain Dew and some chips the manager comes out pulling his eyes so they squint and say " ah a no service for a you" in a what seemed to be Asian accent. I politely asked him what he meant because I was thirsty. Then out of no where he pushes me up against my aggressive looking Dodge Ram and slams my head into my front heavy duty front bumper. I will never come to cvs again. 7-11 has my business now.
A bit pricey but I like it.
