First off I’d like to say, the pharmacy at this place is the most horrible & they don’t care about one thing at all we can be standing in line and they walk right by us and don’t even say a word or acknowledge anyone. That is not the way to treat customers who need their medicine. I have been trying to get my medicine since the 29th of August and they can’t do it because my doctor is also a NP and he’s been the one sending my medicine in and they cannot give my medicine because in the state of DE a nurse can’t do it, but how come last month I was able to get the same medicine by the same person who is trying to put my medicine through. Explain that please.
Drugstore
Pricey, but that’s most CVS’s
A medication ordered on the 6th with pick up on or before the 13th was ordered by the pharmacy on the 13th. The prescription expired on the 14th. Why did they wait until the 13th to order the medication? It is now the 19th so I have been off of my meds since the 13th. CVS never notified me that the delay would cause a problem. The pharmacist said she was sorry but that "this is a summer beach pharmacy and things like this happen." Really comforting response and appropriate (sarcasm font.I have to contact my out of state MD and hope she will send in another prescription. To a different pharmacy though, I am too angry to spend any more money at this store.
This Cvs on Sea Blossom is without a doubt the best Pharmacy in the area.Prompt serviceKnowledgeable serviceThe best Problem solving servicecI have been using this store niece for one year and during this time I have never experienced a problem or delayI cant say enough good things about this store
My mother has been trying to get her prescription filled since yesterday morning. I stopped by the Lewes location after work and they asked me to check back tomorrow. My Mom called today and Lewes said they didnt have the medicine, so they asked us to call Rehoboth. Rehoboth said they could fill the prescription and would text when it was completed. My Mom received a text so I called Rehoboth CVS to confirm, was on hold for at least 10-15 mins. The person who answered said the prescription was being filled in Lewes, and he said he couldnt transfer me to Lewes CVS. So now Im on hold again, after dialing the Lewes CVS location, someone would pick up the line and then place my call back on hold, I was on hold for 20 min and no one ever answered. Horrible customer service.
Kind and hardworking people
I Came in for a quick seasonal item trip and just overall the store seemed to give off a filthy vibe. Carpets seemed like they have not been cleaned in a long time. I dont use them as a pharmacy but I dont think I would give how the store looked.
Waited on line to correct a RX error, wrong strength, for 16 minutes! I just wont pick it up. Its frustrating!!!! They can call you, but you cant call or even email them.
Went to get my seasonal flu shot today. Previously saw ads that said you could make a reservation online or walk in. Sign on the entrance door says “walk ins welcome”. After standing in line for 25 minutes, I was told walk ins are only from 9:00 - 12:00 and it was 12:30. Nowhere does it say on their sign the limited hours. If I had known, I would not have gotten in line and wasted 25 minutes. I suggested they add the hours to their sign and received a very rude reply for my suggestion. Drove 5 minutes North, walked in Walgreens, and got my shot with no problem. If you go to CVS for your shot, just be aware it is limited to 9:00-12:00 even though their sign says “walk ins welcome”.
Currently on hold for 55 mins (with no end in sight)to speak to someone in the pharmacy department. Doctor called in a prescription yesterday morning. It’s 2:00 the next day and it’s still not ready. They are terribly understaffed. This happens EVERY time we need a prescription filled.
Literally the worst place Ive ever gone. Called to see if I had a prescription ready and waited on hold for over 13 mins both times and nobody ever answered
Tienes de todo encuentras desde medicamentos hasta cosas de limpieza me gusta comprar en el cvs
Doctor just sent in my prescriptions and the pharmacy closed before I could get them. It’s Saturday at 6:05pm. I’m supposed to take medication tonight !! Not wait until9am tomorrow morning. Very poor business planning!!
One of the best CVS locations I have been to. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. I wish all locations could be like this. Thank you for the enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this location.
Was told @230pm a post surgery prescription would be ready in 1-2 hours. The woman said they would call me when it was ready. I called @445, & was told it would be ready in about an hour. I Called again before they closed @8, & it still wasn’t ready. When I went the next morning, 2 employees crawled around on their knees for 10 minutes & couldn’t find it! It was still on the pharmacists desk. He said he left it there because he wanted to speak w/me about an allergy reference he found.I called 20 minutes later to discuss what I found, & listened to their hold music for 20 minutes before I hung up. I will never spend another dollar isn’t this terrible customer service environment. There are plenty of other drugstores in the area.
Jason, the manager is extremely welcoming and nice! The employees were all helpful and smiling. Customer service here is top notch in my book. I joined their new care pass program, and I think its great!
They are extremely slow at getting orders ready and also very uncooperative in helping customers. It’s far from where I live and there isn’t a closer Cvs to out here in this part of Delaware.
Pharmacy personnel fantastic.Drive up window always fast service. They have dog treats for the dog big plus !
It’s a CVS.
I just got here with only 10 mins before closing. Because the store was clean and well organized, I was able to quickly find the item that I needed. Also thanks for the friendly service at checkout. Customer service means a lot to me.
Horribly sassy customer service on a phone call
All those people working in pharmacy department never smiled with they customers
Never had any issues before, pharmacy side or retail. Everyone in there is friendly and super helpful!
Pharmacist was on the phone talking to her family while I waited :15 minutes for a consultation. She saw me standing there and continued to ignore me and giggle on the phone. She finally said “ I have to go someone is staring at me”. So rude and unprofessional.
Was from out of town vacationing. Had an injury, hospital gave me pain prescription. This CVS was rude, did not have the medication and would not help me find it anywhere else.
Pharmacy staff was accommodating, fun and pleasant at end of day. So pleased and appreciative of their service. Thank you Tracy B and Ashley P. You saved our vacation. You both went above and beyond!
Been using this pharmacy for years and I think Im finally at the point that the drive to a different pharmacy is worth avoiding the horrible cvs service. Multiple times I have missed prescriptions because of incompetent clerical errors. They refuse to acknowledge good rx prices and every time I pick up my prescriptions Im made to feel like an abuser. Im type 1 diabetic and have been using syringes since I was 12... have had pharmascists outright refuse to sell to me because Im not operating through insurance. To be clear , no prescription is required for syringes.Plus, walking through the front door is an anxiety attack due to the overbearing ," Welcome to CVS, how can I help you? Do you know about blah blah?"I feel bad because my guess is the systematic failure is due to sour middle management. Blaming the employees would be missing the point. As I sit at the pharmacy writing this review , I have witnessed two other conflicts between the clerk and a customer.
Very convenient and well stocked, however do not go there to buy more than one thing at a time as the cashier named B—-n can be depended upon to screw up your checkout experience. Happened 10/10 times we’ve encountered him. If you see him and really need to get more than one thing there, come back another time because management refuses to do anything about it.
Great store!
Great prices. Easy access. Friendly staff and pharmacy.
