We recently had my sons 6th birthday party here and it was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for us. They talked through timings, gave suggestions and even cut the cake and wrapped it for me. The booking was easy. All the information you needed was privided. They answered all my questions and were super helpful. All this contributed to me having the most chilled birthday party ever. You will not be disappointed booking here. I would highly recommend it.

We used the baby soft play and sensory room. It was a lovely experience. The sensory room was lovely and clean and relaxing. The onlymminor nit pick I would have is that the room was a little chilly. But other than that we had a great time.I had a lovely panini for food. The staff were lovely and accommodating and made us feel welcome. Would definitely go again.

We decided to have my 5 year olds birthday party at Cwtsh Newydd to save on hassle and I have to say we were blown away by the service. The staff couldnt do enough for us when we were booking and during the party. It was well organised, value for money and they had thoughtful little extras like being able to book personalised balloons. Ive never been so relaxed before and during a kids party, and the kids had an amazing time - would highly recommend!

Huge thank you to Cwtch for being so accommodating and lovely always. We always have such a warm, positive welcome from all the staff and they are always so helpful. Thank you to the staff for all your hard work.The soft play is brilliant, my 3 year old loves all the slides and being able to climb. There is also stuff there for younger toddlers and babies and my 18 month year old loves the smaller slides and sensory room.Also, the food there is really nice and there is a lots of selection. Its really nice that they cater for adults and children. I love the coffee and cakes there.My son recently had his third birthday party there and it was the best experience we could have asked for. It was completely stress free, they sorted everything and we were just able to enjoy. All the food for the kids was excellent and all the adults enjoyed theirs too. I just want to say a huge thank you again for making it such a wonderful experience. I have already booked my sons second birthday party for the venue, I would highly recommend cwtch for any occassion.Thanks again to Emma and all the team.

Booked for 2 hours play and food for our 4 year old. Been here numerous times, fab soft play area, lovely food and friendly staff. The place is spotless and will definitely return!!Have also attended parties here and they have been brilliant also!! Thankyou

Celebrated my sons 4th birthday here. Would definitely recommend to friends and return for future birthdays. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was lovely. Everyone had a great time.

We had a party tonight at cwtsh newydd with 40 odd children. Ive got to say, the staff are fantastic, plenty to keep the kids entertained and a friendly atmosphere. Will definitely be booking a party there again in the future xx Thankyou so much

Lovely place for the children!

Pre-booking due to Covid is a great idea. Was still very busy which is good to see for a local business. Soft play was a sensible size, and kept clean considering how busy it was. Possibly could do with a cap on the upper age inside soft play with the exception of parents of course. Cafeteria was a bit disappointing, Juices boxes and fruit shoots on offer but would have been potentially a great idea to stock milk in a centre aimed at the demographic that should be drinking it! Drinks served with uht milk mini portions or straight from machine so no availability for our two year old. Hopefully they’ll rethink their stocked items as it’s always sensible for a business aimed at young children to be ethically minded and responsible with their offerings.

Great play area but absolutely freezing there today.

We went to the santa and play session absolutely fab! The staff were all so friendly and chatty. Very well organised, not too many people around all sat on our own tables. Santa experience was lovely we were called up individually and had a lovely chat with santa 🎅 we weren’t rushed and the kids enjoyed, thought the photo frame was fab!! 🙂Very clean and a lot of effort out in.Thank you Emma!Highly recommend 5*

Had my 6 year olds birthday party here today. Staff were excellent, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They regularly checked in that we were happy with how it was going and there was always someone available if needed. My son and his friends had a brilliant time. Delicious food and drinks available for the adults too. Thank you Cwtsh Newydd! See you next year!

Clean and frendly staff who couldnt be more helpfull

It was good, well organised and felt like enough space but lots of the play equipment has been removed. Im not sure if this is temporary due to covid or permanent. If its the latter then I think it would not have enough equipment to justify the entry fee.

A fantastic place for kids to go and have a great time.

A lovely play centre for the little ones, my daughter loves going here. All staff are so friendly and welcoming the play areas, seating areas and toilets are always spotlessly clean. Food is lovely, huge selection of drinks and snacks . 2 hours of fun! I would highly recommend this soft play to anyone looking to entertain the little ones for a couple of hours.

Been here about 3 times since they’ve been allowed to reopen. Cannot fault it. Can tell the owner really thinks about children’s needs, especially for under 5s, rather than just trying to stuff it full for profit. There’s plenty of space for the kids and everything is really well looked after.It’s always spotless. Staff are super friendly. The food is spot on for a play centre; nothing too complicated or expensive but not barrel scraping cheap rubbish. Just well made good food with decent choices.The booking system is excellent as well.Recently went to the lego even which was great. There’s certainly room for them to do more events like this so looking forward to seeing what else they come up with! 11/10

Amazing place to go highly recommended very clean.. great place to go I went for the princess afternoon term and it was so well organised.

Princess afternoon high tea was a success for the gals, they loved the foam machine, dancing with the princesses and taking part in the disney quiz. Cakes were scrumptious too. Thank you cwtsh newydd

My granddaughter had her birthday party here, it was well planned out with a play session before food, and another after.

Very helpful friendly staff clean play area and fantastic sensory room

Been here few times since opened back up after lockdown for sensory room and play and every time i have felt safe to bring my children here, clean tables set away from others,hand sanitizers set out throughout,sensory room is a lovely calm environment for babies my little girl loves it, would defo recommend to others.

Absolutely love it here, and so do the kids! We are surprised more people dont take advantage of the Thursday after school slot because we seem to be one of a handful of families there (though this does mean that its not so crowded which is fab!the owners are brilliant, and they are so friendly! There is a good range of climbing frames etc for the kids to go on, the only thing thats missing is a ball PT however with how things are, we understand why its had to be removed.The price is fantastic too, who doesnt want over 2 hours of soft play, plus food for the kids for less than a Tenner per child?! And when your there the prices of things like drinks and snacks arent over inflated. The menu for adults is pretty well stocked too, light snacks to meals, again at fantastic prices! We love it here so much so far weve been every Thursday since they reopened after the covid restrictions allowed and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future!On a bit about Covid, they seem to have made a lot of changes to the place......no ball but for ease of cleaning, spread the tables out so there are 2m between people attending, and well marked floors for busy periods so everyone knows where to stand safely. They have gaps in the day where they close to clean between sessions and it is always spotless considering its a kids play place! Even the toilets are impeccably clean which can be hard to keep up with when youre running front of house, watching to ensure everyone is following guidelines, and maintaining everyones safety!!Well done guys and gals, keep it up, the kids love coming there and so do we!! We used the sensory room and it was absolutely fantastic. My baby loved it and did not stop smiling for the whole session. It was so clean and the staff went above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. We will certainly be visiting again.

Love this place, so well laid out that wherever you are sitting you can see your kids and keep a safe eye on them. Prices are very cheap to get in, also the food and drinks selection are plentiful not to mention there fresh cakes section. All in its great to keep the kids busy and to keep the parents mouths from getting hungry.

Had a private surprise party. Food was wonderful, staff delightful & facilities great. Highly recommended as everyone enjoyed it , Shall definitely be recommending it to friends.
