Cynthia Ruiz was the rudest, most impatient, and frankly unprofessional notary I have ever met. Notary services are something I solicit every year and I walked into her office as I was in town and drove past her business. Not only was she barking at me for not making an appointment, but she did this in front of other customers.No thank you. You clearly do not value my business nor do you have basic manners. Save yourself the berating - if you need a notary and are a Spanish speaker, a quick Google search will get you to better hands.
