Left with my fingers bleeding. And nail polish is getting little air bubbles. Not worth 65$Called to speak with them again, and they told me to put glue on the cut.And the lady who did my nails said she saw no blood…. 🙄Yeah definitely not coming back and would not recommend.

It was probably the fastest pedicure experience Ive had, and I dont know if its good or bad. I think I was out of there in 15-20 minutes. I think I wouldve liked a little bit longer to soak my feet .

The owner is a skilled barber and very nice guy. Far more affordable than other barbers. Hes got a private barber room downstairs away from the nails, and puts on fishing shows while he cuts your hair. Get the word out, great place for a haircut.

Not worth waisting your money here.The main lady and her husband were kind but they’re not that great and she said she’s done nails for over 12 years.She rushed the whole time with me but rushed even more when a lady who comes in frequently I guess asked her if she was going to even have time to do her pedicure. She did the first layer of color alright but the second layer she did 3/4 of my mail so it was uneven and I asked her to even it out and she focused on the other side still. Four of my nails you can see they have dents and they’re not smooth. My nieces acrylic were all shaped similar but some seemed much longer than others. The “art” for two nails was poorly done and it was just two smiley faces, super simple and got charged an extra $5 for it.Again kind people, but the place needs a good deep cleaning and they need to focus more on the work they’re doing and not rush just to get as many people in in the day.I did call in the tell them about how unhappy I was with the work done and didn’t appreciate how she rushed just to get to the lady with the pedicure. she did ask me to come back in to redo my nails but at that point I’d already dropped my niece off at home and went back to salt lake and told her it’s not worth the drive back.Update: 2 days later, 5 nails lifted and I had to go to another salon to get them repainted.

Worst nail set I have ever paid for. They look like a child was learning how to do them; uneven; horrible painting job, these were done saturday the 7th, photo taken monday the 9th. Cuticles not taken care of, never asked to wash my hands, seriously worst nail salon experience i have ever had. They had openings on a Saturday, now I understand why. the inside of the building was disgusting, like they have never vacuumed.

Everyone at this location does a great job on my nails. The way they take care of my cuticles makes my manicure last almost a week longer. They take their time and listen to what you have in mind. I will continue to visit this salon to get my nails done in the future.

I am not picky and normally never leave reviews. But after my visit today, I feel inclined to do so. I got a full set of acrylics today. I dont get nails consistently, but I have gotten numerous full sets in the past year I would say. I am not entirely delighted or satisfied after any visit I have here. I have wanted to write a review several times but dont ever because it just isnt who I am. I always try to tell myself that my next visit will be better and they might improve. And I always resort to going back to D pro because they are very quick, and very easy to get into. Not anymore. After today, I have to talk about the things I have experienced here and will not be going back, nor will I be recommending this place to anyone. I dont speak up or explain my feelings enough. But I am going to now. I always am polite and nice when they ask if I like what they have done. But time after time I have gone here, I am unsatisfied. My gels lift very quickly within a matter of days. There is always polish all over my skin, the edges are rough, the paint doesnt cover the whole nail, the acrylic does not go to my cuticle, and the shape is never what I ask for. Like I said, I am not picky and if these things happened once in a while, I would be totally content. Maybe even if one of these things were to happen per visit I would still be content. But it is all of these things, every time. It is so frustrating. Yes the services are cheap. Yes the employees are very nice. But they rush everything and do not pay attention to detail. They also only like cash payments and I never have cash on me. It is annoying that they are inconvenienced when you say you need to pay with card!

Poor job on nail art candy canes for my grand daughter. Would have made them redo them but did not have time. Do it again….absolutely not. I could have done them at home for free for the way they turned out. Will probably paint over them as they are embarrassing for people to see.

I cannot recommend this place enough if you want cheap yet very good looking gel nails, every time Ive gotten gels theyve looks very professional and has always got me coming back for another gel set to be put on after theyve popped off of my nails. If your going to charge $40 for a pedicure, make it a good one. The girl I had only had been doing nails for 2 months. I understand $40 is on the lower end of things, but I could have gotten the same quality at a nail school. The gel polish was all over my cuticles.

I have came here for years. It is clean and everyone is friendly. I always leave satisfied and am so thankful for this place. Best nails in town!

Literally worst pedicure. Took 15 minutes did not clean my nails, buff them or massage. I had to sit in a manicure chair and she painted my toes from underneath a desk. Horrible. Will be complaining. Don’t go here.

Ive brought my daughters here a few times to get their nails done as a special treat. They like all the color options and how quickly they can get done. The gel coat lasts a long time.

I got Acrylic gel nails and they didnt shape my nails. They didnt even try to cover my entire nail with the Acrylic gel. The color and Acrylic didnt even go to my cuticle. The people were polite and helpful.

I have been coming here for years . They have a great service . Lupita is the master of the pedicures . I love how she does my pedicures very detailing . Worth the money pay .

This is a wonderful place to have your nails done they are very professional and very kind of children Duke took the time to get my little girls nails done and did an excellent job made her feel like one of the big girls.

After only two days of having a full set of nails done, they look like this! Grown out cuticles, jagged cuticle lines, white paint and the acrylic is yellow/brown (non smokerand to add the original paint I had under the acrylic is still visible! The nail artist complained about how long it took to take my polish off and then rushed through applying my brand new set of nails.

Worst Gel nails Ive ever gotten. The girl who did mine sped through without ANY attention to detail. I had two nails chip within hours of leaving. I wasnt even doing anything strenuous. There was gel paint on my skin and almost no filing done. I will never go back to this spot.

Never had worse acrylics, and I’m not picky! Service was rushed and my nails weren’t properly prepped for gel polish - less than an hour after my appointment the gel was coming off of my nail & now they look trashed. Never ever going back, try anywhere else.

I got French nails here, done by Duke, super sweet guy, he was fast, they look amazing, and I got an awesome deal, plus I added extra. (Glitter)

i literally come from a different town to get my nails done here and not once have i felt as bad as i did then when i walked into here today, i came to get a fill from a set that i also got done here and when i asked the guy to change the shape a bit he seemed very annoyed and i apologized but he filed each side of my nail with polish still on it ONE time and asked if it was better and i said i wanted them a little more shaped, another lady walked in and he angrily told me that SHE was his appointment and he couldnt do my nails and then said to wait for someone else to do my nails after i had had an appointment and already waited 15 minutes on top of that. i sat back down literally on the verge of tears only to wait for another 5 minutes until i walked out of there entirely. i got a call from the woman who also works there after i walked out apologizing for him and saying she would do my nails and give me a discount if i came back in now, i told her i didnt want to come back to a place and sit in a room with someone who made me feel bad in front of a salon full of people. it was nice of her to call back, just not nice how i was treated.i never leave reviews and i feel bad to leave a bad one but ive been coming here since high school and will definitely not come back after what i experienced today!

I came to get a pedicure. They got me and a friend in right away which i always appreciate. The pedicure was good quality, however it felt very rushed. I wish they would have taken a little more time. Also, they prefer cash or check. I assume most people want to pay with a card?? But they seemed so inconvenienced that I could only pay with a card. Overall an average experience.

Got my nails and toes done at D-pro last week, I got the dip powder nails with no acrylic. With acrylic these nails should last about 3 weeks. So youd assume theyd last longer on a normal nail. FOUR nails have chipped within one week. I dont do any sort of manual labor or something that would ruin my nails but they are already chipped. I also paid for the full manicure but all she did was polish. She didnt cut my nails, do the cuticles, nothing. Just filed a little bit and painted them. Probably one of the worst manicures Ive ever had.

Me personally, I always call ahead. But they accept walk ins too which is awesome! They are always quick about getting me in which is super convenient for me. The staff there is so Kind I love Duke and Lynn! and they always make sure you leave happy. I recommend them to every body.

Ive been going here off an on for a couple of years now, and Ive always been content with what they do. Its always clean, have a ton of color selection and are very friendly. Some days feel a tad rushed, others not at all. I think it all just depends on how busy they are, but they always make sure youre satisfied. They even went outside the box for me when I requested deer antlers painted on my big toes. They obliged and did rather well. :Ive been other places but I just keep coming back.

I like this place, but my daughter is attending cosmetology school at MTECH and have learned a few things about this place. They do not use new nail files, so you are using the nail file from probably the 100 customers before you (eww, very unsanitary). The surface area is not sanitized between customers. The only plus, is they do great gel nail art work. But its not worth the health risk.

Love that they accept walk-ins! I was able to get in fairly quickly. They did an excellent job on my spa pedicure. Sometimes when youre from out of town itsi hard to fine a great place that is super clean with people who are meticulous in their work, but the gals at D-Pro Nails made me feel at home. Walked out feeling like a million bucks!

Writing reviews after trying 4 different places and so frustrated. This place was hard to breath. The smell from the products was so strong we got headaches from the 30 min we were in there. Yes, only 20 for a fill with gel color. Why so quick? Because she would only do one coat very thinly and the edges look like they are dripping off my daughters nail. Among other quality issues.The color is almost see through thin. She didnt care about quality, it was more quantity of customers she could push through. And for the record, we did make an appointment to make sure they had time. By the way, cash only....not that I find a sign anywhere to warn you and they do have a cc machine behind the counter but they would rather argue with you to leave you daughter with them while you go pull cash. Poor service!

I was waiting to write a review until I knew how my nails would hold up.Pros: they had quick service, I was able to get in on short notice, and my nails don’t have any peeling after 3 weeks.Cons: (1skills are limited. I came in with 4 different pictures of ideas I wanted. The nail tech said he either didn’t have the skills for it, they didn’t have metallic, or it was too complicated. Each time he kept trying to steer me into just doing a straight color. I ended up choosing something on the fly, and when I asked if he could do an arrow/ triangle on my pinkie he looked annoyed.(2they expect you to pay cash or check. I handed him my card twice and he kept saying, “do you have cash?” I didn’t want to spend my cash, but I ended up just doing it to get out of there.I won’t be going back even though the quality was okay I just want some flashy nails some times and it looks like they’re not an option for creativity.

She was in such a hurry and there was literally no one else there but me. My nails are crooked, no cuticle oil, no clean up and all I went in for was a fill. My cost was $32 ... Yes for a fill. I guess they will have to do until I can find a decent nail place in this area. But Im truly not happy, and bummed I just wasted the money when I have to go somewhere else anyway. Im new to the area (Springvilleso if you have a recommendation Im all ears.

I absolutely love Lynn she is so sweet and gentle and always does an amazing job, she deserves 5 stars however my last few experiences here are why I will never come back. The time before today I made an appointment in advance for my nieces birthday so we could sit together, they separated us and someone walked in wanting a hair cut so the man doin her nails rushed through it to do this mans hair. Her nails looked awful and her first salon experience was not good. Today I had an older women do my nails and it was the worst experience. Again we called ahead so we could sit together. When we got there we discovered 4 other people had made an appointment at the same time as well. They only have 3 employees. It was disappointing my sister and I had to take turns watching each other get our nails done especially being on a tight schedule and the fact that they didn’t honor our appointment time .Lady started out doing my nails just fine except when she went to cut my nails she about cut the tip of my finger off when I jumped back trying to stop her from clipping off the tip of my finger she got upset with me and was very rough with me the rest of the time doing my nails she was not polite at all and did a terrible job my nails look awful she also made myself and my sister bleed on serval fingers, she was way too rough with the filer and fingers still hurt and I have to fix it myself, it’s frustrating to pay someone to do my nails only to fix them. Which I’ve had to do the last two times going here. Skip this place and go somewhere worth the time and money especially if you want somewhere relaxing and luxurious. Unless you go here for Lynn she is a true artist and one of my all time favorites it’s a shame her place of business ruins it for me

Amazing service! I got a full set of acrylics with gel color and a pedicure. My nails look amazing and it was the best basic pedicure I have ever had. They sanitize the equipment after each treatment! They do prefer you pay with cash or check!

Looks like Im the first guy to leave a review. My feet get in bad shape and the owner of this place made me feel comfortable and cleaned my feet up. Felt like Id lost pounds!!! My feet felt much better. He even pulled out a couple of ingrown toenails for no extra charge. Would have cost me at least the copay at the doctor so I actually saved money by going here. I need to go back.Guys should get pedicures. Just wish there was something else on the TV besides a talk show.

I think it was great however, they prefer you pay cash or check only which is hard sometimes so bring cash. I received a pedicure and it was pretty great overall it just felt a little rushed.. didnt get much time spent actually cleaning and scrubbing my feet which is my fav part. My nails the full set I did was awesome. Id go back to give them another go around.

These guys are awesome! Made an appt at another salon, they closed for the day and didnt notify us, D Pro Nails took us right in! I liked how quick it was, about 45 minutes, and I didnt feel rushed. We chatted with the nail technicians and each other because the tables are close enough so that was nice. They were able to do a quick beautiful design on top of my acrylic, very talented.

I got a gel manicure done by a male manicurist and he did a terrible job. My nails looked like a kid did them because the edges were not clean and polish was all over my skin. I realized this after they were cured so there wasnt much to do but buff polish off of my skin and I didnt want to waste more time getting them fixed. I would not recommend this specific manicurist. The facilities were fairly clean though and they did give me 20% off, but I would have rather paid double to have nice nails.

I felt rushed with my pedicure and mani. The staff was nice but I really wanted to relax longer than just 30 minutes. They worked on my hands and feet at the same time. I also asked for gel nails and the NEXT day they were already peeling. They didnt do a great job and I wont be going back.

Went in for a pedicure. I intended to read the whole time, but the massage chair was so fantastic all I could do was sit there and enjoy it. The pedicure was great as well. It is in an old Subway Store, so it doesnt look like much from the outside, but the inside is clean and nice. I will definitely go back.

They were wonderful!! My group of friends all went and we had a blast! They were so nice. The hospitality was wonderful. The nails were amazing and the prices were great! Also the place is very clean and put together, felt very welcome. They also offered me a water because I had a bad cough. Very great people and GREAT service! I will defiantly go back!

I was pretty disappointed with the experience. I had an appointment for a pedicure but there were two people waiting to get manicures once I was done. I felt rushed, it was maybe 20 minutes from sitting to paying. There was only one coat of polish and no top coat. I wont be going back and I wont be recommending them.

Wonderful place! My pedicure looks amazing. Staff was awesome and friendly. Very accommodating. They stayed late just to do our nails with no problem. Highly recommend. Clean and great atmosphere.

I absolutely LOVE this place! The staff is so kind and happy and they ALWAYS have a smile on their face! Theyre super quick but yet they do an amazing job! Theyre prices are perfect and their salon is very clean, tidy, and organized. Theyre Salon also smells good too! They always make sure you are taken care of and that you like your nails. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! They definitely deserve 5 stars!
