We want to thank the team at DW Swick for being amazing during the tragedy of losing our brother. Although we weren’t sure how things worked Lorenzo, Mr. Cooper, and the whole team were there to guide my other little brother and I through the process. They are compassionate, accommodating, professional, and you might even say family-like. Nobody ever truly knows how to deal with the loss of a loved one, but having the team at DW Swick was a blessing.

They care and want to make sure to help with anything needed along the way and keep in touch.

With the passing of my loved one, I needed help getting everything in place and it seemed like Lorenzo could help with almost all of it. His experience in this area made me feel at ease. D.W. Swick’s in New Boston was wonderful with everything we requested. While the passing of my loved one was the hardest trial in my life, Swick’s also reached out to me with resources for grief and healing. This truly goes beyond just doing good business. I know that they sincerely care! Thank you for doing what you do and being so accommodating and caring!

Mr. Swick was so caring and compassionate in our familys time of need. He helped us arrange my moms funeral and answered all of the questions we had. He was very helpful and gave us plenty of options and suggestions. Mr. Swick made the whole process so effortless as you know when you lose someone dear to you, you need someone to guide you and help you along. A few things that he went over and above for our family was, we told him the songs we would like to be played during the visitation and the service. He made a playlist and took care of everything. He brought a food tray to our house and picked up the clothes my mom would wear so we could be with our loved ones. He gave my dad a Christmas ornament of my mom. He has checked in on our family to see how we are doing. My family has had several funerals at DW Swick Funeral Home throughout the years because of the compassion he puts into what he does. Its not just a job to him, he truly cares for people and wants the best for them. We cant say enough positive things about Mr. Swick and his staff. My family and I want to thank him and his staff for all they did for our family in our time of need. Thank you very much, Mr. Swick!

When my Father passed away we had him here at DW Swick in New Boston and they went above and beyond to make sure we were ok with everything. They are a bunch of wonderful and sweet people!! This is the 4th one passing in our family and we have all had them here! Plus other family members! We Thank them all

They helped me in time of our need on behalf of my mom and dad that passed eight weeks apart last year. My mom first on May 19th then my dad on July 14th. It till this day hurts so much. But Mr. Swick and his employees were courteous and so caring. Mr. Swick helped us through dealing with our insurance company. Thanks much Mr. Swick and employees so very much appreciated.
