Dairy Queen in Pike County

The ladies working here are amazing and they are very nice. It was the best stop we had in forever. kodus to the ladies. keep it up!

Surprisingly yummy burgers on top of the great ice cream options.. The girls were really friendly too.. The booths were really small though, Im a size 16/XL and felt like I couldnt sit comfortably. Since there isnt a drive-through, inside seating should be more inclusive. Someone on the larger end would not fit at all.

We travel a LOT , and eat at a LOT of restaurants. ... we stopped here on Aug 1st around 5pm, it was by far, the BEST burger/service/desert weve had in a long time! ... 2 girls working, very friendly, food tasted amazing, blizzards looked better than the commercial! Not sure who they were working, but dairy queen should make them district management!!

OMG we went there Saturday night and almost threw up!!! The place smelled like garbage/vomit. The floors were grossly dirty and actually so was the entire ice cream area. We walked out and went elsewhere. Needless to say, we wont be back. Just gross.

A young lady was able to dip a cherry and chocolate ice cream for my wife. She was very happy with that

Weve been coming here for many years. We always receive great service and of course the ice cream is delicious. The place is getting a bit run down and could use a facelift and some nicer exterior facilities but if you just stopping in to get something yummy on your way you cant go wrong with stopping here.

Failed the blizzard test and it fell on the floor. Didnt get a new one. I am now depressed and divorced and my life has spiralled out of control ever since this happened. I was kicked out of my apartment and tripped over a turtle while on a walk the other day.

The staff is always nice. The food is good. Ice cream and cakes are delicious. Its just the place itself has looked the same for years. Maybe a little updating would be good.

It smelled like cat and the tables werent clean

Clean the place!! The games, the tables, the gumball machine..all disgusting!! I wont let my grandson touch anything inside that place...dirty fingerprints on everything, so gross.

I bought an ice cream cake which was yummy. I have a little trouble with stairs so they carried it out to my car for me. Great customer service!

Every since I was little my parents always got my birthday or special occasion ice cream cakes here. They are always so good! Everytime it gets better and better! I have also had a bite to eat and desserts. Everything was always good! Go check then out!

Was a last minute stop because our original choice (roy rogersis permanently closed. Food was mediocre. Could have went to Perkins and spent the same amount of money or less and got better food. Probably wont be going out of my way to go back. There are 2 grill and chills in PA that are a million times better.

Got a fantastic picture ice cream cake from here for my buddies birthday. The photo came out near perfect and I got a hot lunch while I was waiting that was fantastic, love the chicken strip meal with a blizzard.

Not very updated but the food was good, the service was adequate and it wasnt dirty by any means, it was clean in fact. Still...this place needed a facelift yesterday.

I walked in an was immediately greeted by a young man who was about six foot three and a pleasure to speak to. He got me my order without delay however, while I was enjoying my meal a piece of food lodged itself within my esophagus, as my vision began to fade and I felt deaths cold grip wrapping around my neck this young man took notice of my situation and quickly rushed to my side and swiftly, without hesitation, began preforming the Heimlich Maneuver. This exceptionally tall young man saved my life and while doing the Heimlich he was also able to accurately diagnose me with skin cancer which I am now getting treated. I am eternally in debt to this young man.

This is an older DQ. It could definitely use some updates. But in many years of stopping in now and then. I have never had anything that I would consider bad. Although I mainly stop in for ice cream products. The food I have gotten has always been decent.I think this DQ has a disadvantage being at the end of the section where these businesses are located. But they have an advantage of having more unique products than just fast food or worse yet, gas station food.In my opinion, a much better option than most of the local businesses for food or ice cream.

Grill and Chill. Fried cheese curds are a mid-West staple that you cant find in many places. Accompany that with some Blizzards, burgers, and pretzels and all is well. The staff are always happy to help, and get you on your way quickly.

It’s 10:15 and they still didn’t open the store. 10.02.21. Truckers don’t even bother stopping at this place.

It was a terrible experience we waited 30 minutes fir our food. then when we got our food for the price it was such a small amount if food, my salad had 4 little pieces of chicken and my sons order was much worse. Will never go back to thus dairy Queen in Montague again.

I like stopping by for a blizzard. They also have good fries and burgers and chicken fingers. Nice, courteous young people employed, reminds me of wonderful summer jobs I had growing up in Texas. HUGS and GOD up ALL

Waited 1/2 hr for a chicken sandwich and a hot dog! Hotdog was all shriveled up, disgusting. Stick with ice cream. Stay out of the food business.

I love their ice cream and they give you the amount of ice cream for your order and dont over due it.. Always kind and courteous and welcoming..

Stopped in for a cotton candy blizzard as a treat for my son.He said it was the best hed had in along time. Thanks for making hes day great!

Food was excellently cooked. One person behind the counter seemed alil overwellemed with orders. Long wait. But worth it!

This Dairy Queen has great burgers. Every time Ill get the $6 burger combo and get the $1 blizzard, havent been disappointed yet. Definitely recommend for a great once in a while spot to eat out 🙂

Poor service & not much better food. Was probably the worst DQ Ive ever eaten at. We had a double burger meal, & a chicken basket. The food was very tasteless.Quite run down inside, & needed a good cleaning.

We were traveling with a two year old, and we asked for a kiddie cone with just a tiny bit of ice cream. Usually when we ask for that, we get WAY more ice cream than we want. The girl behind the counter gave us exactly what we asked for!

Even though they serve more than just sweet desserts, their ice cream really is their signature item. The sundaes are to die for, with hot fudge, whipped cream, and a cherry on top, who could resist? From the service to the quality of the food, this particular Dairy Queen was quite good. Perfect for a once in a while treat.

It’s a DQ so the ice creams great. The staff is nice too. Quick and polite. However, the dining areas, both inside and out, leave a lot to be desired.

Food was great as always, gave 3 stars because the blizzards were a little on the runny side, they did the tip but not fully. Its the one thing my child loves and she wasnt happy with it 😞

Dairy Queen is always great.. except when you are ordering actual food. Its not that the food is necessarily bad, but it just takes way too long to make and serve. They should at least look into trying to stepping things up just a hair.. #imo

Horrible service. Extremely slow and doesnt look too clean in the back where they were prepping the food. 45 min for a burger and melted banana split that they were upset to redo when I pointed out it was melted from sitting since I ordered opened on the counter for about 30 min. Quick food stop off the highway turned into a long wait for subpar food and horrid service, no stars if I could. Dont bother stopping here!!!

We stood in line for almost 10 minutes as the line was to the door and it was packed inside. When we went to place our order, we were told they were not taking any "food" orders because they have a very large order that was being worked on! We had to leave and go some where else for lunch! Kids were disappointed (we didnt have a Dairy Queen where we live)! The staff really should have put a sign on the door so we and other customers didnt waste time standing there!

Many moons ago, at the height of the nations Jersey Shore obsession, my younger and more vulnerable self ducked into this Dairy Queen for a quick snack before climbing up High Point.I went to use the restroom on the side of the Dairy Queen after partaking a delightful Blizzard, and came to find a deceased raccoon inside the bowl, sprawled out like a sunbather deep within a Sunday dream.And had this deterred previous patrons from using the facilities? Your imagination is capable of filling in the gaps!In short, I recieved wonderful ice cream and a terrific story Ive used to shock delicate company for nearly a decade. Recommended to all!

My family and I visit often. The staff are friendly. The portions are huge. The ice cream taste great. We have not tried the food yet but it looks good.

This is my favorite Dairy Queen in the USA. They load up your blizzard and the cooked food is done well. I just get a little bit better food and ice cream at this location compared to others.

I love going to DQ while Im on my way to High Point State Park in New Jersey or just for some delicious ice cream on a warm day. I adore their chicken tenders with honey mustard dipping sauce. The staff is always friendly and eager to assist. The line at the register can get a bit confusing when its long because its right in front of the entrance and no one really knows where it ends but there is something particularly satisfying/calming about a line for ice cream that no one gets their panties in a bunch and everyone is served. Only thing I would change, which I recognize has nothing to do with the staff, is move the restroom inside instead of having it outdoors. Other than that, love this place.

While it is an older place, it is well loved in the area. Nice staff, prompt service. All of our food has been good (not greatand the ice cream is tasty and well made.
