We bought a 2016 GMC Acadia from Dale Howard on Friday, July 8th. Reece , Ryan, and all of the others who helped or greeted us were wonderful! The entire experience from start to finish was a pleasure. At no time was there any pressure to buy a car or to look at something we were not interested in. We drove away in a car that exceeded our expectations and was very fairly priced. The showroom and repair shop were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We cannot recommend Dale Howard and Reece Raymond highly enough. When it comes time to replace our second car or add a third one when our kids start driving in a few years, we will be contacting Reece and driving over to Dale Howard where the quality of vehicles and customer service are simply the best. Weve been working with Dale Howard Auto Center for around 2 years or more and have found them to be helpful, clear with us on what needs to be done with out cars, and been willing to do a bit more than the oil change we had scheduled to diagnose problems.

The service was great, thats why only 2 stars because it cost triple the amount when I provided my own personally bought fobs. Waaaaay outrageous price for the work. It is because of the cost that the stars are few.

Drove 4 hours for a ram 1500 and everything was as described. I worked with Reece and he made it a seamless buying process. Everything was ready to go when I got there. Great prices and people. No haggling or added fees.

I made an appointment to have my navigation updated. They asked make and model when I made the appointment. I waited over 40 minutes to be informed that I need to do the update myself using the internet. So after wasting two hours of my time and 2 gallons of my gas I still do not have my navigation updated. I find it hard to believe that they could not have told me that when I called to make the appointment. Only plus was they did not charge me.

I almost changed my mind to drive over an hour to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee I saw on their web page and I’m so glad I did! I stopped and looked at another very similar Jeep on the way there. Always have great service and are very friendly. Been going there for buying our cars and service for many years starting with Howard. I know I can call them up for anything I need or questions I may Have with my car or truck.

Logan the sales specialist was polite. Quick response with communication. The dealer had the truck I was looking for. It was priced just lower then market value. So not really a great deal on purchase price. Typical sales manager approach with low balling trade in value and bully tactics. Claiming how generous they are being with a low kbb report. Classic " you wont this get offer with private sale ". My counter offer was so confidently declined so I left. 30 miles down the road they call to let me know they would accept my offer. Waste of time and gas.I followed up next day to make arrangements to purchase and they continued to harrass me for a down payment or they would offer the truck for sale.Ended up buying the truck ( thanks logan for the tank of fuelBut was a horrible experience. They definitely wont see this truck for any service business.

Kelsey was so pleasant to work with. Knew the ins and outs of the autos we test drove. Went over and walked me through all the other options on the lot. She always had a smile on her face. Logan was amazing!! We bought. 2016 Jeep Wrangler, we came from out of town and everything was ready to roll when we got there! We made it home to realize we forgot our garage door opener in our old vehicle (may I add they bought at a great priceand they’re overnight mailing it to us!! i had a very pleasant experience at the Dale Howard auto center starting with the sales rep Promise W. No pressure whatsoever from the young lady. She asked me what i was interested in and she followed up immediately. She kept me informed and followed up in a timely manner with any questions i had. One the best car buying experiences I have ever had! My son and I live 8 hours away, so our trust in the sales person had to be there for us to make the trip. Sara quickly built that trust by answering all our questions and highlighting the good and the bad in the minivan we were looking at! Her 4 minute walk around video was thorough and on point and the "iPacket" information they sent us had everything we needed about the van in one communication! The price negotiation was non-pressured, quick and satisfying. Jerry in finance took the time to help me educate my son on his first car purchase, that was greatly appreciated! They were also very patient waiting for us to come get the vehicle as we canceled our trip 3 times due to snow storms and schedule changes! To top it all off, Sara came in on her day off to show us the van which was in the exact condition as described and we are very happy customers. We highly recommend the team at Dale Howard.

After spending several months looking for a newer vehicle we just by chance found this dealership. They happened to have just what we were looking for in a used Chevy Tahoe. Sara in sales was most helpful and pleasant to work with. Jerry in financing was able to secure the little bit of financing we wanted on great terms. Our overall experience was much better than we thought we would have since it has been 11 years since we have bought a vehicle and times change. This was like the old time buying experience. No pressure to buy although they had a hard time with us saying no decision would be made the day we looked at the vehicle and the deal was on the table. Made them wait till next business day. Dale Howard Auto Center has great service and great prices! I bought my first car here last week and it was my dream Jeep Cherokee 2019! She is sparkling green and I named her Olive! Very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous staff and if they dont have exactly what you want on the lot, they can find it for you. This is a great place to get your next vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership!
