We are always treated with respect. All of our questions are answered. They make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. We have bought several vehicles from Brenner Ford and will continue to purchase vehicles in the future. We are part of Ford pass, but corporate has not set up the smaller dealerships, so we couldnt use our points for an oil change.

I didnt feel welcomed at all, wasnt greeter, I had to ask someone to just show me a truck and he seemed so bothered; I ended up just asking two questions and once I realized he didnt want to sell me anything, I just left. There wasnt anyone there, so its not like they had much to do.

We have bought several Ford Expeditions over the years and just got a great deal on a pre-owned F350. Honest and straightforward, friendly and genuine - they care about their customers! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new ride… and they back it up after the sale with a great service department for all of your maintenance needs.

We were driving back home from Shawnee KS to Colorado when our trucks check engine light came on. We pulled in early on a Saturday morning, they were booked for weeks but my husband, being a master automotive diesel technician, had an idea what sensor failed and they had the part in stock. Mr. Larry and his staff were INCREDIBLY nice and helpful!Theres nothing worse than encountering a vehicle warning light in your, almost new (2022Ford Explorer on a 10 hour trip, in the middle of a severe dust storm.We actually stopped at a closer Ford dealer and were dismissed (stating, they could not assist us), so we drove further until we reached the next Ford dealership that popped up on our Ford app.Brenner Ford was a Godsend! Not only did ALL the employees treat us with utmost respect, they also double checked our issue and reset the system in the vehicle.They were all very knowledgeable and restored our faith in the Ford brand.We would DEFINITELY recommend Dan Brenner Ford for all your vehicle needs.

Excellent Service. Our Ford Transit had starting issue after driving through heavy rain. We were 2 families with kids stuck at Goodland,KS on our way to Camping ground at Grand Canyon. First thing Monday Morning we asked for help from the Ford dealership and towed the van. Team Ford found ECU is damaged due to water leakage. Tuesday morning wrong part arrived. Another day setback. Wednesday morning Ford Technician (Chancearrived before 8am to fix the issue by swapping the ECU and Transit was ready before I went to pickup at 8:30am. Excellent service from Ford service department at Goodland, KS. – Thank you team Ford

Bought our 2011 expedition el here a few weeks ago. Great buying experience

We were on the way to Colorado towing our camper with our F-250 and stopped at a rest area about 15 miles east of town when I noticed that the pinion seal on my rear diff was leaking badly. Brenner was the only Ford dealer around and was able to get us in first thing the next morning and even gave us a loaner car while we waited for the seal to be replaced. This was the second time in 10k miles that the seal had failed. These seals should fail that frequently. I was worried about there being a much bigger issue with the axle. I was very revealed to hear that the tech found that the diff vent had clogged with rust which caused the failure. He cleaned it out which should prevent future failures. The last dealer we took it to didnt find that problem. It gave me great peace of mind that the root cause of the failure had been discovered and fixed so I wasnt worried about the diff blowing the seal again as we climbed the mountains in the heat. I hope I never have a reason to visit Brenner again, but if I do, I know theyll take care of us! Thanks guys!

I have done business here five times and each and every single time something came back either damaged not fixed or something else was broke that wasnt broke before. I last time I dealt business with them they lied and said they would fix it but in the long run and ended up costing me an engine cuz they did not fix it like they said they did! this business has literally costing me over $10,000 in damages to my vehicles and Ive had to take them somewhere else to be repaired after they attempted to repair them I would not do any business here ever again cuz either my vehicles come back damaged something else was broke that wasnt broke before and they will lie and said they didnt damage it or if they did they will not fix the damages

On a recent trip through Kansas, towing a fifth-wheel RV, I experienced an electrical problem on my Ford 350. and in an emergency went to the Ford Agency in Goodland, It was on Wednesday July 3rd and in spite of the next day holiday, the service personnel made time to check the problem and within a short time, I was on my way. The Service manager was very helpful and his actions reflected a very professional customer service for the Dan Brenner Ford Agency, along with the fine ethics of the Goodland People.This is a great Service oriented and professional agency, highly recommended for any need.Frank D. Dan and his staff stayed for hours after closing time on a Saturday to get my friends and me a truck after our band van broke down on our way from Colorado Springs to Minneapolis. We were stranded and in a pinch, yet the sale never felt pressured. I would highly recommend this place if you are in the Goodland area. (And I would very much not recommend trying to drive a 95 Ford Econoline 13 hrs home with a questionable transmission.)

My wife and I were traveling with our Travel Trailer and our check engine light came on. We figured out the code and called Brenner Fords Service Department. Brook and his crew got me in for a diagnosis and was able to fix my issue within 20 minutes of me pulling into the dealership. Thank you all so much for the super fast and wonderful service.

Service department is pretty awesome. Took my later model vehicle in for repair and they were very open to hearing about the diagnostic steps I had already taken. Ended up having to pull the valve covers off to repair, and I was without a vehicle for about a week, which was a long time for me. However, considering it was the first time ever getting service here, Im happy with the result.
