Dr. Peterson is great. Always willing to listen and hear my concerns and answers any questions I might have. Office staff is also so nice and professional. I have never had to wait a long time to get in to see Dr. Peterson. Would recommend for anyone looking for a doctor.

Severe ear infection, Dr. Petersen and team able to get me in shortly before opening to do a check on healing. Everyone is very professional and kind.

Dr. Petersen took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable during my check up. The nurses were all very friendly and easy to talk to. Even the ladies at the front desk are all very sweet. I always have a good experience when I call to make an appointment and have had no issues during any of my appointments.

Update - I recently saw Dr. Petersen for an ongoing issue. She referred me to a specialist. I wish that the large practice that I was sent to was as patient oriented..... Highly recommend Dr. Petersen!Dr. Petersen took the time to answer my questions. I didnt feel rushed. I know that doctors are very busy, but I have been to other providers where they seem irritated by questions. Dr. Petersen doesnt get irritated with questions and has great bedside manner.

New patient with genetic predisposition for high blood pressure. I was looking to get away from Ogden Clinic due to their large size, and poor service. I LOVED the small facility size, reminding me of doctors offices when I was young. Dr. Peterson took her time in explaining everything and felt that she wasnt rushed at all. So far its been a breath of fresh air.

Ive been going here for 1.5 years for annual check ups and standard colds/illness/pains. Ive always easily been able to schedule appointments and the front desk staff is so kind and helpful. Never too much waiting when I arrive for my appointment. Dr Peterson is great - knowledgeable and friendly.Something to note, I fell & injured my knee while skiing and came in the same day. I couldnt walk and had swelling. I was told I tore a quad muscle. According to the internet and my PT, quad tears are quite rare. After 2 months of PT, I decided to get an MRI which revealed my completely torn ACL. I am surprised the PA missed it as its a common ski injury. Im going to stick with seeing Dr Peterson!

I love how quick I can get in at rock run. Dr Peterson is the best doctor. She truly cares and takes time to talk with you and has a wealth of knowledge. Highly recommend!

I have had a good experience every time I go to the clinic. When I first went to Dr Peterson she spent a whole hour with me, getting to know me. I think she really cares about me . When I had COVID she was genuinely interested in my progress . I would recommend this doctors office to anyone.

I’ve lived all across the US and I’ve been a patient to many doctors. Dr. Peterson stands out as one of my favorite primary care physicians. Dr. Peterson and her team are attentive, empathetic, and they listened to my concerns and questions, paying special attention to getting to the root of any medical diagnosis in order to properly treat it. The team at Rock Run Family Medicine has a fantastic way of explaining procedures and diagnoses in layman’s terms without being condescending. I’m grateful for the care I received at this office for the last four years - from flus to COVID-19 testing to everything else (they’re also excellent at referring out to specialists), I highly recommend Dr. Peterson and her team.

The folks that work at Rock Run are friendly and helpful. I had a great experience there for a physical exam with Dr. Petersen. She was quite thorough and addressed all of my concerns. I had my annual checkup. I was pleased with the time she spent with me and reviewing all my documents from other doctors to see my overall health. I would recommend Dr Darlene Petersen to all that I meet. I like her staff and the nurse practitioners. They are a good clinic to help you with your overall health.

I have used Dr. Peterson for a couple years now as my primary care doctor. She makes you feel like your medical issues are her most important issue of her day. I like the way she tells you her opinion straight up. She is very sincere and kind. She isnt like the 15 minute doctors, when your 15 minutes are up the doctor is gone. If you need more time to discuss your issues or concerns Dr. Peterson will spend the time it takes making sure you fully understand. I trust her, which is very important to me when seeing a doctor. I highly recommend her.

I was very impressed by everyone at the office. The staff all had masks on and they were very kind and helpful. Dr. Petersen answered all my questions and I didnt feel rushed. The nurses went out of their way to make my kids feel safe and comfortable.

Love Dr. Petersen! She always makes me feel listened to. She’s very intelligent and really knows her stuff when you ask questions. She doesn’t seem in a rush and is very thorough in her time with her patients. Dr. Anderson is very impressive as well, he was so kind and attentive when I took my 9 year old to see him. He addressed what needed to be done to test for strep throat directly to my child and was a calm and assuring presence throughout the testing process. All of the staff has been fantastic! Doctor Darlene Peterson Is one of the most caring and understanding doctors Ive ever seen. She takes her time to understand the nature and reason for your visit. Youre not been a find a more caring and truly sympathetic doctor out there. It also has to be mentioned that her staff right from the time you walk in until you leave is personable, friendly and professional. Ive been with doctor Peterson for about 10 years now and have no plans on ever changing.

Office staff are friendly & easy to work with, whether it’s to schedule an appointment or check in & process payments. Wait times have always been brief. I have multiple serious medical issues, & age working against me, but Dr. Petersen is thorough & an excellent listener! I feel all my concerns are heard & addressed appropriately. I am treated with understanding & respect. Even though taking medications & weight control are difficult challenges for me, I am supported in my efforts to manage these issues & never feel embarrassed to discuss them with my compassionate Care Giver!

I tried to come back to Dr. Brannick Riggs after he was back on my insurance, but found he had recently left Rock Run Medical to work for DoTerra. Dr. Peterson was my only other option to see a Dr there so I figured I would give her a try for my annual physical and try to establish for a family Dr. Not a chance. She was grumpy and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her day from the moment she walked in the exam room. Ive had a rough year with my health and she actually only made me feel worse about things I wanted to discuss with her. She barely even checked my heart while I was with her and didnt let me get through my list of current health concerns before she basically just got up and left the room. Shes probably useful in an emergency, but for a family Dr I would absolutely not recommend her.
