Andrew was amazing, this was my first time selling a house and he was extremely patient with me and all my random stupid questions. The selling experience was 1000 times better than my first buying experience. He had my house photographed and posted within days of me making my final decision. He made some minor suggestions about how to “stage” my house, but it wasn’t crazy, which I liked. I talked to a couple other realtors before choosing Andrew and they wanted me to removed basically everything from my house while it was being shown, that just wasn’t cool. Over the past several years, I have worked with Andrew from Davenport Real Estate Service multiple times. The first was as our realtor. As first time home buyers Andrew was in our corner showing us well over 15 homes at all hours day and night. We were the impossible clients, picky taste and refused to pay closing cost ourselves. Our recent home purchase process was fast and furious with not enough Dwayne Johnson. I would advise against impulse buying homes but if you find yourself in a position to need a quick mortgage broker then Davenport is for you. From initial late night loan approval letter to the final recording of the simultaneous closings the team was responsive and proactive in getting everything taken care of. And they really did cover our not-so-small closing costs. Sure a few hiccups snuck up in our complicated situation but the team handled those like champs. 👍

Andrew is the grand master of refi. We almost signed papers with another mortgage officer. When we met Andrew we found out he could save us thousands of dollars in closing costs alone. He worked his magic and quickly got the docs together. The process was simple and worked like a charm.
