The staff at this agency is wonderful. Being in an industry myself, where working with the public is involved, most individuals calling an insurance agency are calling because their rates have gone up, because theyve run into a situation that they need to take advantage of insurance, or they have just bought a car and are scrambling to get insurance. I dont think anyone calls when they are happy-go-lucky. The staff is well trained in handling these situations, however no person working in the customer service industry has to take insults or belittling. I have never encountered anything negative pertaining to this agency and if my rates ever go up I realize it is the company and not the individual agents who are doing it. There are also two sides to every story so I can only take the previous two reviews with a grain of salt.
