In the past 6 months I have had a chance to work with David Tovar, and his dedication to his clients is impressive... way to go David! Thank you! :)

David Tovar was very unprofessional as a realtor. He signed a form stating that his client made all the repairs she agreed to, but only a couple were actually done. He told us that she wasnt well and I guess he expected us to feel sorry for her. Escrow closed, David got his money, and his client wouldnt move out. He and his horrible broker, Lorenzo Castillo, did nothing to make this right. "What do you want me to do?" He was very rude and did nothing to help.. "Its between you and the seller now. Yet after my realtor spoke to Lorenzo, he agreed to visit the property, talk to the seller, and find out when shed be out of our new home. He couldnt even bother to do that much, even though its just a few minutes away. They did just enough to get their paychecks. In fact, they are so unorganized, they still have our property showing on their website three weeks after escrow closed!
