Jessica moulden is the rudest staff member I’ve ever spoke with. She’s never happy always has a smart mouth. I would never recommend this funeral home to anyone bc of Jessica!!!!

The younger lady was very impatient and snappy with my distraught grandfather, very unprofessional. We also had issues with racism. My grandmother’s name is Japanese and we wanted to include her real name but were told something about how that wasn’t done in America. They didn’t approve of using Japanese music for the memorial service either. Just don’t be too ethnic I guess.
