We brought our work box truck in for repairs after an accident. We had approval from the adjustor and gave John Davis all the information. He said it would take about 30 days to fix. My husband called a few times to check on the truck and they said it would be done at the time they stated. John knew we needed the truck back ASAP as we had to rent a truck in the meantime.When it came close to the 30 days, we called again and was told THEY DID NOT EVEN START working on it! They hadnt even ordered the parts. John then told us it took two weeks to get approval which was LIE, as they had approval when we dropped it off. He then said they were busy and behind schedule. Not once did they call us to let us know it would take an additional 3 weeks.We went and got our truck and brought it somewhere else. When my husband picked up the truck, they were very non-apologetic. We were totally disappointed with their lack of integrity and no attempt to right their mistake.

Employees do real good work and the owner is an honest man!
