Its a shame that a grown adult who supposedly went to school likes to falsely chart things. No interest on wanting to help, just collect a paycheck. Avoid this place if you need medical care. The office staff is very nice at least.

I have had different exams and procedures done here and this team is top notch! I travel 45 mins to get this quality care. The womens health clinic, specialty clinic, and hospital. From the time you arrive, through admissions, lab work, physicians answering all my questions like I was their priority, to the surgery department, not one negative thing to say! Thank you for prioritizing patient care!!

Update!Makes me sad. They used to be so caring. The on call ER doctor had already diagnosed me before ever talking to me (by reading my chart)…which I guess is full of misinformation because he informed me I had been seen two days prior for a pre-op visit. I have no procedures scheduled. He was rough with his exam and physically hurt me (not implying that it was intentionaljust didn’t care or try to be gentle. I came away with no help and no answers. So hard when you get into a bind on a Thursday, and can’t get help until you can find another resource. I guess I’ll go somewhere else on Monday, since my doctor is on vacation and I cannot wait another ten days for help. Again…just so sad.Outpatient services…great. My Primary Care doctor…great!Update: one of the staff has helped me to get the care I needed so desperately! Thanks CBCH staff!

From the beautiful facility to the smiling faces when I first walked in the doors, to the quality of care I received in my visits to the clinic and hospital respectively; I can only speak highly of this great resource to our community. My friend was also recently hospitalized, and his care staff went above and beyond in meeting his needs. The doctor spent extra time speaking with him directly to assuage his anxiety surrounding hospitals in general, and to ensure that all his concerns were addressed. I highly recommend going here and saving yourself a drive to a bigger city for worse care.

I have been to this facility for a sonogram and the lady that worked with me was very rude!! I will not return to this place!I took my daughter to the ER and the lady in the ER was extremely rude. They called my daughter back to a room while I had stepped out of the lobby. I asked the lady in the ER if I could back with her and she said that she would check on it for me. She then checked in 4 more people that came in after they took my daughter back and I never made it back there with her. She was done by the time this lady got everyone checked in. She never apologized or anything. These kinds of people dont need to be working with patients. I will not go back to this place. I would not suggest being seen here. Go to CMH in Bolivar or out to Springfield. You will get much better care and everyone is friendly there.

They were great at first until they saw my friends come to pick me up. They had disgust and judgment all in their tone. All because he was black. They then sent me home with a concussion. I ended up in the er the next day with severe symptoms that had they kept me not gotten as bad.

There are great new things happening now that it has been bought out by Cox, and there are many more things to come that will improve this place even better. Cox is great at checkups and quick to get you in for anything you need with a smile. As you walk in to the doctors office they have amazing staff to help you feel as comfortable as possible as they get the job done. By far a good place to go to for anything you need.
