Deerpark Oil in Pike County

I must have made 15 phone calls to various well companies, Jeff was the, "only" person who helped us out immediately, once he found out that we were out of water for 3 weeks. Thank you so much. Jeff treats each job as if he was doing it for himself and doesnt do things half ast. Great job and my well is now working again better than ever. Sincerely, lance & Eileen.

There are absolutely no words to express my gratitude to this company. Jeff and his crew are top notch they always make time no matter how busy they are to address my issues. They are extremely professional and do the job right. On several occasions they went above and beyond.. I wouldn’t allow another company to do any work in my home.absolutely have faith in them. I would recommend staying away from this company. We received a call from Dee Dee about our bill & she was nasty & insulting. When Jeff, the owner, called back he insulted my wife & threatened her & cursed at her calling her the "C" word. Totally unprofessional & I am contemplating filing a police report. Keep away from this company.

Big shout out to Jeff Clune and his team for coming to our rescue (againlast Friday. I called Friday morning with no water pressure and Jeff called me right back to walk me through some diagnostics in the basement. When he didnt like the answers, he suspected that we need a new well pump but couldnt get here himself as one of his other customers was in a dire sewer emergency...so he sent his brother up all the way from PA who isnt even really in the business anymore. Don came and determined that we needed a new well pump and then came back at 5pm (on a Fridaywith a team of 3 to pull out the old pump and install new. I cant say enough good things about the great service we have always enjoyed with Deerpark Oil for the past 15 years. Jeff is an intuitive plumber and in my experience, when he tells you what he thinks the problem might be - BELIEVE him! 5 stars to Jeff and his crew

Dee Dee works for the company claiming to be the manager. There must have been a mix-up with the company. When I tried to remedy that mix-up she told me the truck had not come I told her I did not want it I already had oil from another company she said okay. Then called me back at closing time telling me the truck had already come and gone and I never even authorized a payment I wanted an emergency fill last week and I couldnt pay so I canceled they ran my card this week and now Im out $400 I will never use them again and I will tell everyone not to use them. A MAN "JEFF "CALLED HE WAS AWSOME.

I was recently another companies customer and needed a same day delivery was going to be charged a fee so i decided to call deerpark to see if i can get same day delivery they told me yes with no fee so guess what i will now be a dedicated deerpark customer and bye bye other company you lost me thanks so much deerpark you helped so much i appreciate this

We ran out of heating oil and needed and emergency delivery and our regular company quoted us an outrageous fee and basically told us to go out and buy some kerosene or dyed diesel and put it in the tank until they could get to us to avoid the outrageous fee. It is cold outside and I wanted the oil tank filled right away. I made several phone calls and no one was able to accommodate me until I called Deepark Oil. I was quoted a fair fee for an emergency delivery and they did not demand prepayment or a credit card over the phone, the gal named Dee Dee was very helpful and within three hours their employee Joe came to check our tank, fill out tank and re-start the furnace. I honestly believe that you should always have a plan b and at this point, my plan b might become my "go to place". I am so shocked that my propane and heating oil supplier who made over $2500 on us for a new oil tank and a larger tank for propane and piping for a generator in 2016 would be so cold to a good customer. Had they quoted me $100, I would have gladly paid it to have them come today, $175 is robbery. When I called and said I was cancelling my delivery for tomorrow, they only asked if I wanted to re-schedule it. I thought my loyalty to Bottini meant something...it did not. I was happy to give Deerpark Oil the $75 emergency fee because they treated a STRANGER better than Bottini treated a customer of over 3 years. If you need oil, please give Deerpark Oil a call for a price. The driver even gave my one dog a treat that he had in his pocket which I thought was very nice too.
