Had amazing service from start to finish, Jemma was incredibly helpful in getting me booked in and answering my questions. Dr Arreni was absolutely fantastic in explaining everything and making me feel at ease throughout the whole process. Would highly recommend to anyone needing any service at this clinic!

My first time seeking any cosmetic filler treatment, I chose Define Clinic after seeing an ad on instagram. After watching some of their videos I opted for a consultation with Dr Teuta Berisha.From the initial phone call to the check up, she has acted with total professionalism, transparency and integrity. She informed me of all possibilities and reassured me with how the filler works and addressed any concerns I had fully. She advised of the best treatment after the in person assessment, which was different to what I would have chosen initially which showed her knowledge and expertise!I am really happy with the results, and that I chose Define and Dr Teuta. I have had a bit of lymph build up that I had mistaken as filler clumping, to which she addressed in the check up and explained what is temporarily happening, which put my mind at ease. The aftercare is excellent and the clinic is very professional, welcoming and clean. Will definitely recommend this clinic :Thank you x

The staff are all really lovely, friendly and welcoming. You dont feel rushed. The procedures are explained in detail and you are given time for all the questions you may have. The follow up care is excellent. You really will feel cared about.

Dr Arreni was brilliant and professional from start to finish. There was a lot of time allocated so nothing was rushed. It was a very in depth consultation to find out concerns and what was wanting to be achieved. I can’t recommend her and the clinic enough. The ladies on reception were really lovely and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. I’m very happy I chose define clinic and I will definitely be back to see them!

I had a horrible experience with Ashley who did cool sculpting for me. I paid a huge amount of money and noticed Zero effect post sessions. Ash was clueless about my diastasis recti and gave me false hopes and false expectations. Going to define clinic to do coolsculpting is the greatest regret in my life. What a foolish waste of money. Mummies please don’t go there for cool sculpting after you have had children.

I had Botox treatment for the first time ever back in 2021, with Dr Teuta Berisha. I have since gone back twice for a top-up and will remain a loyal client of hers. I am very picky and (understandablyselective with my face, but Dr Berisha made me so comfortable and her attention to detail is to be praised. She is a perfectionist and really cares for her clients. I’m really pleased with the results. I couldn’t recommend her enough!

I’m very happy with the treatment I had with Dr Benji Dhillon, he explained everything in full detail and I’m extremely happy with the results. All the team at Define made me feel very welcome and I would highly recommend this clinic.

I went for my second treatment (skin pen and facialand loved it. The place is plush and what you’d expect from a high end clinic and the staff are friendly and well informed. My therapist was Elena and I would recommend her. My only issue with the service is that I wished it had been even longer as I loved the soothing stone roller (sorry don’t know the technical termon my face. Note to self ‘shave next time’ to receive the full benefits of the treatment.

I had a 45 min assessment with Teuta which I was very satisfied with . Although it was my first visit , I felt I was assessed well and Teuta was informative and enlightening. I learned about the different options available to me and really valued her opinion. My friend accompanied me and she is experienced in this field having had work done herself in London and she was most impressed with My first appointment at Define Clinic .The clinic is situated in the most beautiful building in Beaconsfield which makes the experience all the lovelier !

The experience I have had so far has been exemplary. Dr Dhillon and his team at Define are true experts in their fields and professionals to the core. I would recommend their services to anyone who is looking for an aesthetic clinic, for skin issues or anti-aging. Very welcoming and reassuring at Define Clinic. For my CoolSculpting appointment, I was very well informed by the practitioner, walked through the process step by step and generally taken care of very well. The procedure itself was virtually painless (abdomen and flanks). Some very mild discomfort in the first 5 minutes and then barely noticeable thereafter. Writing this review the same day as my treatment so time will tell on the results, but certainly nothing to worry about as far as the actual procedure is concerned. I was made to feel quite relaxed.Following the above review is my review for my most recent visit.At my 6 and 12 week reviews, I was very pleased with my results and decided to return for a second CoolSculpting treatment to supplement the good progress. I returned to Define on 02/02/22 for a second treatment and again received exemplary care and service from Paige, the CoolSculpting practitioner. The second treatment was identical to the first; some mild discomfort but all entirely bearable. Possible side effects were all very clearly explained to me and after my first treatment, I experienced some tenderness and numbness in the treated areas that steadily dissipated week by week until approximately 5 weeks after treatment. By week 6, completely normal sensation had returned. Currently a little sore but no more than the first time. Looking forward to seeing my progress in a few weeks time.

Cannot rate this clinic more highly.Benji and his team are professional, informative, caring and accommodating in every aspect.No question is too much trouble and the advice given is fantastic.Would recommend in a heartbeat.

I spent a great deal of time researching the pros and cons of having fillers before I decided to book an appointment with Dr Dhillon. I had lots of questions and concerns and I wanted to discuss these before I went ahead with the procedures. On meeting Dr Dhillon and his team, I was immediately put at ease, my questions were discussed in depth and I felt completely reassured about the treatments. I subsequently went ahead with both fillers and botox and I couldnt be more delighted, the results are incredibly natural and Ive since had numerous comments on how well I look. I cant recommend Dr Dhillon and his team highly enough, you immediately feel that you are in the care of a true expert and someone that cares about giving you the best outcome.

I cant recommend Define Clinic highly enough. I saw Dr Benjii Dhillon for a consultation and he was brilliant. The appointment was consultative and my options were explained in detail. My priority was to never look like Ive had work done. This very much seemed to be Dr Dhillons own professional mantra which was incredibly reassuring. The whole clinic experience was extremely friendly and it definitely has a spa-like feel from the minute you walk in. I went ahead with some treatment after my consultation and have since been provided with a suggested treatment plan. There are so many dodgy practitioners offering aesthetics and I am shocked on a regular basis by rigid faces and huge pouting lips; if this is your thing, Define is definitely not the clinic for you. If, however, you want a more natural and subtle result then there is no where better. Thank you to all at Define for a brilliant experience.

I have just finished my last of three treatments of Potenza radio frequency micro needling with Elena at Define Clinic. They say no pain no gain but her meticulous preparation and great knowledge of the equipment made this more than bearable. We discussed my concerns beforehand and she was able to increase or decrease the intensity according to my needs making this a very bespoke treatment. I’ve noticed a tightening and definition of the jawline and neck and a clearer brighter more even skintone already. Can’t wait to see the final result!

From consultation through to treatment, I cannot recommend Define Clinic enough, made to feel welcome, comfortable at all times and the results are amazing ! Treatments have been made not to look obvious but to look a fresher rejuvenated version of me thank you Benji for amazing talent and Georgia who always had a smile and very welcoming.

I highly recommend Define Clinic. I decided to travelled there from Norfolk following a very informative phone consultation with Ashleigh. Im pleased to say the treatment and service did not disappoint. On arrival I was welcomed with a smile (under our masks!and both Ashleigh and Benji were really reassuring and friendly throughout. Well worth the 2.5 hr journey to get there.

This clinic is by far one of the best I have ever been to and I have been to a few over the years .I have been several times over the last year and I can honestly say that I love the consistency that flows throughout the practice with each and every visit. From the delightful ladies who greet you I don’t know all theirs names but they are all incredibly welcoming and professional, Ashleigh is a delight. Dr Benji Dhilion is incredibly easy to talk to and explains everything in great detail he has real warmth as a person and you never ever feel pressured into anything . I have been twice during the COVID pandemic and I can honestly say I feel far safer at the Define Clinic than anywhere else I have had to go to. The place is beyond spotless it is gleaming ( it was even before COVID, I feel safe I feel secure and I feel even better after a treatment especially during these difficult times. I would not hesitate to recommend this place it is in the beautiful town of beaconsfield and has a large car park which always makes the entire process so much easier. If you decide to treat yourself this Christmas to one thing as I have done it would be to visit this beautiful clinic I can assure , you will not be disappointed as I look forward to each and every visit.

After years & years of being very unhappy with the symmetry of my nose I did my research and decided to have a non-surgical rhinoplasty with the amazing Dr Benji Dhillon, from the very first video consultation to the thorough face to face I felt confident & comfortable I was in very good hands! The procedure was quick and painless and the results were past my expectations - I am thrilled with the finished result.

Just moved from San Francisco to London, and so glad I found such a talented Doctor.The service in California was excellent but by all means, this is really so much better. I did not feel anything during the treatment and everyone was so thorough. After 12 years of being a true dental phobic, and convincing myself that I would lose all of my teeth, I found the courage to visit the Define clinic in Beaconsfield. The entire team were welcoming and non judgmental and Dr Mark Hughes and I worked on a plan that didn’t involve me losing my teeth! 4 hygienist appointments and 1 week of whitening completed so far and the results are staggering. The entire team will make you feel relaxed and valued. The plan is personally tailored to you with realistic expectations. Going to the dentist will never be a favourite for me but Define make it easier than I could ever have imagined.

A lovely experience with Dr McGrath and Becky. They both really put me at ease and I felt very comfortable in there care. Dr McGrath was extremely professional but very approachable and friendly and I felt at ease to ask any questions I had and I feel that I have chosen the best options for me with regards to the treatment plan. Also the facilities are excellent - very relaxing with amazing state of theart equipment and loads of car parking spaces ( so no stress if worrying where to park). I had the pleasure of visiting Dr Benji Dhillon this week at his stunning premises for some much needed lower face rejuvenation. I felt that during consultation, Benji knew exactly what I was aiming for; which was to feel and look better, but still natural and without being obvious. He has a wonderful manner, friendly and putting me at ease and the procedure was less daunting and painful than I thought. I was also impressed with how he talked me through the procedure, which I found very interesting! I am utterly thrilled with the results, and feel I look like ‘the old me.’ but in a very subtle way. I had a Miradry treatment with Dr Dhillon about 6 weeks ago now. The idea of not needing to bother with deodorant, which irritates my skin, and not having to think about the colour or material I wear to work is great.Dr Dhillon and his aesthetician explained the whole procedure to me, and although it’s a pretty weird experience, made me feel very comfortable, informed and assured throughout. It has worked brilliantly, and I’m facing the summer with confidence!Benji has a fantastic “bedside manner” and has the patience of a saint in terms of explaining procedures to his patients. When I first saw Dr Benji I was super nervous as I wanted all my treatments to look as natural as possible. I have seen Dr. Dhillon for a few years now and he is an excellent aesthetic physician.
