Del Taco in Stanislaus County

I got a burrito and it was cold. The fries were hot at least but unseasoned. The worst Del Taco I’ve been to.

Rude , disgusting foul mouthed employees , he looked filthy, was perspiring like a animal and had a bad attitude. The sylvan location is really clean and friendly.

Dont get me wrong, I love DeTaco but this location sucks! You cant go inside and their drive thru takes forever! When you ask why no inside service they say the doors are broke! How do they get in and out🤔🤔 Its been like this since Covid, We are now almost 3 years after! They just dont wanna have to clean the inside, And the outside of the restaurant is uncared for as well! Wish there was another DelTaco around!

I loved their chicken ranch tacos and also the strawberry sprite

We just had tostadas at del Taco on Mitchell and dont get me wrong del Taco was one of my favorite places to eat there was so little beans on it I couldnt even taste it I dont know if Ill be going back and thats just the beginning

Bought the breakfast wrap, Carne asada , and hash browns. It was extremely small, not grilled, and service was spotty at best. Microphone at the drive thru is horrible to communicate with. And the hash browns were smashed . Unsatisfied.

I like the menu and the prices are ok. Staff seems friendly. Food did take a long time to prepare though. If you order online and change or add anything to your food make sure you tell them at the window, they do not check. Also later at night dont go for beef, they run out often.

The drive thru lady probably worked all night with a attitude but understandable 8:00 am in the morning and already with a line..I truly hope her day gets better.the food from 1 to 10 a well deserve 8...

I have an illness that limits my eating abilities and limits what I can eat without it causing me pain. This is the first time Ive gotten fries from Del Taco that were cooked perfectly and I could eat them. Usually I have to just throw them away. But these were perfect and the Tostada also was so good.10 👍 up for this location!!!I love food and being that I cant tolerate many things this means alot to me. I will come here more often now to grab this order again! Keep up the good food DTIts Tuesday Feb. 15th at 10:45 am so check the ones working this shift, they are good and very kind!

If i could give zero stars i would. They obviously are trying to cut costs. Theres no logos on their cups and no paper bags or large plastic bags. Now they give you food in a produce bag to make sure it gets super soggy and stale by the time you get home. If this sounds great to you then please! Co tinue eating here. As for me i would rather see them shut down than to continue serving food like this.

Dont expect them to answer the phone... ever. gets my orders wrong every time. They close whenever they want. Says there open till 11 they hide in the back after 1030 but dont turn off the open sign or menu till 11 leaving cars in the drivethru staring and honking

Always so polite and helpful. I always give them huge churros order and they always make sure there all fresh. Everyone working is so friendly and customer service is amazing.

The food at Del Taco was so salted down I couldnt even finish them everything was salted down with extra salt. and I order nachos that came with no cheese. everything was salted they need to fired the cook back there but the lady in the Drive-Thru was very nice.

Back in drive thru again waisting time n gas because they didnt give me my whole order I paid for and it has happened the last 3 times I have chose to eat here. The 2nd time they were rude to me and I was told by a female employee that shes not allowed to give her mangers name to me...so I can make a complaint.

Had the monster burrito and it was monstrous and very good what we could eat of it. They have the best fries when fresh beats McDonalds any day. Service was fast and friendly.

This place made my tacos perfectly. Can tell they were freshly made, packaged, and delivered by one Jocelyn. She added my extra chipotle and i dont usually refer to food as thicc but damn... There is a reason i say they make the #1 hardshell taco. Keep killing it Jocelyn.

Definitely not the best Del Taco I’ve been to. Last time I was there my tortilla was burned and as I far as I know it’s not even supposed to be grilled or anything like that. Besides that all of the food we ordered was thrown together so fast everything was falling out of the terribly rolled burritos as soon as we opened them. Of all the 15 Del Taco’s I’ve been to over the last 20 years in 4 different states, I’ve never seen one this bad. I, personally, do not recommend this location in particular if Del Taco is what you are craving.

We went through the drive through and no one answered the speaker and we saw people inside who were working. Then we drove up to the window and the people who were their left like they were hiding. We stayed for 2 minutes then drove off. Horrible service didn’t even take a order or talk to us just ignored us.

Overall great food and most times decently staffed with good customer service employees but just like every so often u get a bad one here or there but still go back, its cuz the food is that good

What I like about del taco is the value menu. Me and my husband always get their $1 chicken rollers. 2 and a drink can fill me up. Other stuff on their menu is pricey especially fries. The service is nice other than speed. They could be a little faster which is why I give 4 stars.

This place has some of the best burritos Ive ever had. You get a lot of food for a pretty good price. Worth the money. Very inexpensive and just terrific food

While going through the drive thru I had ordered an egg and cheese breakfast burrito. I told cashier, Elizabeth several times not put hot sauce in the burrito. I also reminded her at the window no hot sauce in the burrito, she said "yes" understanding my request. And when I get home guess whats inside the burrito? Thats right! HOT SAUCE!!😣

The food was alright. Not really my cup of tea I find taco bell tastes better the prices were fair however waiting 20 minutes for a generic order when the place was empty. 2 stars for taste and wait

The indoor play place didnt smell like feet this time. Just wished they did a really good job at cleaning the play area bc thereis dust bunnies on the top. I ordered through the drice through then decided to come inside. But had to wait for 15 mins for my food...

I work graveyard and it says they closes at 3:00 A.M. and showed up at 2:30 and they told me “sorry we are out of food”. And then told me “well sorry we are running low and can’t cook”. How you gonna be a fast food place and be that low on food that you can’t serve one person? Rather you be honest and tell me your lazy and don’t wanna make food cause you wanna get off work at 3. Sorry I’m going to jack from now on.

Maybe it was the shift but our food wasnt tasty at all! Had the battered fish tacos, they were overcooked! No flavor. And the kids cheeseburger was terrible, my kid didnt even want it after one bite. The milkshake machine was out of order and none of the pastries advertised were also unavailable! I asked why, i was told in a rude way that they wont be offering them never again. So. The only thing good that came out of this visit, was my kid was able to play on the indoor play structure. Food-0 starz. Playtime got the 2 starz. So 2 out of 5

The fish tacos are acceptable though not a comparison to a Mexican food truck. The hamburger was small and only had ketchup and cheese. No lettuce, pickles, etc. It resembled the McDonalds hamburger of many years ago.

This is the first time Ive gone into any fast food restaurant and actually got what I asked for And Actually getting what I ordered. I ordered 2 Tacos one was a Del Taco and the other one was a Grilled Chicken soft Taco. I had asked for little lettuce extra cheese and let me tell u! I got what I asked for and then some. Thank You Del Taco for listening to me and making my food the way I wanted it. Thank You Cathrine Hassler

Me and my family went thru the drive thru and were very pleased with the over all service and treatment we received. The girls at the window were dolls, the food was right out and very hot and definitely delish and or shakes we scrumptious.

Will never go back. Filthy dining. VERY FILTHY playland with ALOT of possible child injuries. Did not stay!! Where is OSHA?? Playland has holes in climbing net, openings to the suppose to be blocked off section to get to back, why furtilizer is in there is beyond me and food and trash all underneath with discusting smell of wet carpet.If I could give a -5 star I would.

The tacos are better than the one across the intersection.they put more meat and cheese on the tacos.Great fries I get them macho sized. Another plus is they are open until 3 am. They have an excellent breakfast menu.

I received great customer service through the drive thru, and made sure all needs met with my order. And best of all was the smile after and thanked me for ordering with the company and to enjoy my evening. Thanks for the great service Del Taco, a definite returning customer!

Everybody that knows me knows I love Del Taco they have good food and its cheap you really cant beat it the only thing negative I would have to say is I wish they hired people that spoke more English out of five workers there maybe one or two if you are lucky speak English and that kind of annoys me because I cant ask for something I have to sit and wait for somebody that speaks English to come around it gets irritating trying to talk to somebody that doesnt understand are native language

Each time we go here it gets a little worse. this time they completely messed up the order. repeatedly when we order fries we order them extra crispy and we get mushy fries even when we remind them 2 to 3 times, its getting pretty old!!! I dont think we will be visiting this establishment anytime in the near future Id rather drive farther for something better that actually gets order right.

I was enjoying my salad until I found a pubic hair on my Fork.. Disgusting. The play structure is closed for renovation and kids are upset. Other then this They all enjoyed their food. My wifes hamburger look Juicy and Delicious.

Was using the restroom and one of the staff just decided to open the door. Very rude. Unlike most mannered people they did not knock on the door before just entering. Use a freaking brain you idiots, knock on the damn door before you just decide to unlock and open the door!!! Had to hit 1 star to post or it wouldnt let me. They deserve negative star ratings
