Called multiply times, however none of my calls have been returned. Drove all the way to the shop to talk to someone. They asked for the VIN. Number and Ive never gotten any of the calls returned.
Ok
Great fair and honest guy. Knows his stuff. Very busy though.
Delbert is awesome fixed my daughters car. Went out of his way to help us. If she has anymore problems while shes in college we will definitely go to Delberts Garage. Thanks again.
Great place to visit and for repair!!
Friendly folks great place for business!!
2 separate times months apart never received any call back for messages left. I realize he is busy but not responding is no way to handle patrons
Very reasonably priced and service was good.
Delbert is always honest and fair and DOESNT take advantage of people. Hard to find a good mechanic!
Has always given me great service and charges a fair price.
Delberts is the shiznit! I wouldnt take my vehicle to anyone else!!
Called to make an appointment and Delbert pretty much grunted at me. Dropped my car off and Delbert looked at his phone a good five minutes before acknowledging my existence. Didn’t ask me a single question about what the issue was. Didn’t tell me when I could expect it to be looked at. Didn’t even ask what kind of vehicle it was or where I parked it. Just told me to leave the keys in it where anyone could steal it. No thanks. Treat your customers with more respect.
Delbert is exceptionally knowledgeable and doesnt cut corners. His prices are fair and he provides a fast turnaround.
Dropped my car off around 11 am because my break pads were failing. By 4:30 pm Delbert called me and my car was done and ready to be picked up. Super fast, quality work for a fair price!!
Our car had air conditioner problems. They kept it for 2 and a half lf weeks and we drove 3 blocks away and the car was not fixed. They kept it for a nother 2 weeks and it was not fixed. We gave up and took it to another mechanic. Lots of money spent no help. Worthless....
No matter where my siblings live, Delbert always has our families backs!
1st visit to a very busy shop. Addressed problems and was good at explaining what was wrong with my vehicle.
My son is a student at NWSU and his car broke down recently. Not living in Maryville we had no idea who to send his car to be fixed. Delbert was recommended by a friend and he did an outstanding job at a very reasonable price. He even gave us the name of a tow truck company who was more than fair on the cost to tow the car to the shop. I hope we dont need anymore work for my sons car but if we do when hes in Maryville, we will call Delbert!
The guys were decently nice there. They got me in pretty quick, but I am NOT pleased with my visit. I had a coolant leak and my car was overheating so I went in to get it fixed. A few hours (and $40later, I was told there was “nothing wrong.” A few weeks later, a blown gasket, destroyed pipe, a replaced water pump, and a $300 bill from another garage, and it’s finally fixed. But thanks for the great diagnosis. (That’s sarcasm P.S.)
They have capable staff. It is a very good place to take your vehicle for any kind of service.
The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they actually did fix my car. Im a college student and my car is my only form of transportation, considering I live off campus. That doesnt excuse the fact that they held my car for a week and a half and never called me to give me an update. As a matter of fact, I tried to call them at different points in time and they wouldnt pick up the phone. When my car finally was ready, they called me and I went to pick it up. I ended up waiting an hour (nobody else was in the front office but me). Somebody only came out when an older gentleman walked in.That being said, they did do a good job on my car, but their lack of communication skills is ultimately what will keep me from going back there. If you need your car repaired in a timely manner, with people who will actually keep you updated, please take your car elsewhere.
great busines, with excellent service allways, del treats his customers fair, honesty, and has the best integrity.the community of Maryville has grown to enjoy, and still has time for FAMILY commitment and a great father
I have known Delbert since junior high, he is honest, fair and helpful. The negative comments about him are completely ridiculous. He does a great job and his fees are affordable. He’s always very busy, but if you have an emergency issue he does all he can to help you as quickly as possible. I highly recommend him.
I dropped off my truck on a Friday morning asking Delbert to take a look at it when he got a chance to find out what was wrong with it. I told him it was making a grinding noise somewhere in the rear axle and thought it was something to do with the brakes. I remember specifically asking if he could take a look and then get back to me on it. Being that it was a Friday he said he wouldnt get to it until the following week, to which I responded that was okay because I travel week by week for work and wouldnt be back until next Friday. So Saturday comes around and I get a call from delbert saying that the truck is finished and the drum brakes were replaced and the battery was replaced as well. Surprised, he had already fixed it practically overnight I got a ride to his garage to pick up my truck. When I got there he showed me the bill which was $600+ so the reason I am leaving a three star review is because I appreciate that he got it done so extremely fast and the problem was fixed. But, I dont appreciate that he never once called me to tell me what the problem was, never called to tell me the price was starting to get up there in number, and took it upon himself to go buy a battery without consulting me at all. I checked to see if all the parts were quality parts and it seems as though they are, so thats good there for now. The battery he bought then chardged me for was 128 dollars alone and yet I didnt get a phone call to ask if that was okay to do or not. The work itself seems very good at delberts but wouldnt it be common knowledge to call a customer when the bill starts getting that high. Ecspecialy after I asked him to let me know what the problem was when I dropped it off. So if someone from delberts does read this please start communicating with your customers, its not a good feeling to have your vehicle held ransom for a repair bill that you were blindsided with.
Fantastic! Immediately found a vacuum hose loose that we missed and fixed it, no charge!!! I want him working on all my repairs!
I bought a Suzuki X90 that he said he got for his son, but his son wanted something more macho. He said he rebuilt the engine but forgot to change the valve seats.I bought it and took it to my mechanic to change the valve seat on. He said that when he took the top of the engine off, there were lose bolts just lying there. Other bolts werent tightened and the block was cracked. I lost my money on a car that I can not drive.I dont have money to throw away, Im a disabled veteran with no car now.Delberts is a liar, con man, thief, scum of the earth. How does someone look someone else in the eye and lie like he did?
