Riding by the other evening and decided to pop in to see if they had a seat post for my new seat on my electric bike. Not only did he have the post he put my new seat on. Took the time to make sure it was the right height. His service is excellent. Enjoyed my time talking to the owner about bikes. We’ll be back

Been coming to this place since i was a kid and will continue. John has bent over backwards to help me with all my repairs and has worked hard to make sure i was taken care of. He always gives me the time of day to make sure all my questions are answered. Just picked up a new bike and john made sure it was a proper fit and set up to my needs. Thanks again!

Stopped in today to get my sons tire patched on his old and withering away bike. First time I stepped foot in the store & ended up leaving with a new bmx bike. John was phenomenal. Offered to fix the old bike, get it up and running for a great price. He was very accommodating, upfront, honest, and willing to work with me when I started looking around and decided to replace the bike instead. I’ll be going here when I need anything for my and my kids bikes. Couldn’t have left here happier 😁 thank you again!!!

John is amazing! We took our kids bike to have training wheels put on, he tried putting them but it was not possible. My husband recently had and accident with one of his electric bikes and John took care of him. My husband wanted to come back home in the bike but John put his foot down and said No. John specialty is not electric bikes but he will not turn you down. He will try to help you no matter what. If he can’t fix it he will tell you and won’t give you bs. He will tell you what you need to know and point you in the right direction. John is a bike shop owner who you can depend on and trust.

Took my vintage Raleigh bike in for a tune up and some new add ons. It’s a great experience when the person working on your bike truly loves them. The owner answered every question and helped me out with a few suggestions. Very fortunate to have a local shop like this in Lebanon. 100% recommend to anyone needing service or looking for that perfect bike.

Recently encountered an unexpected derailleur cable malfunction on my Specialized Road bike. I called Deluxx Bike Shop and the owner John asked me about my issue and to bring it in as soon as possible. He noted that with the derailleur cable being integrated within the frame may take a bit longer but he would try and get it done before the weekend so that I would have it to ride. To my surprise I received a text the next day that it was complete. Upon pickup John discussed the service performed along with things to consider in the future, all without being pushy. The charges were fair and reflected the work done.I highly recommend this Shop for all your cycling needs.I also notice all the grease and grime I put on the frame when the cable broke was all cleaned off to a shine. Small detail but so appreciated!Thanks John!!

I couldnt be more impressed by the Service and Expertise provided by Deluxx Bikes in downtown Lebanon. The owner is very knowledgable and provides an excellent turn-around time in taking care of service/repairs at a very reasonable cost.....This will be my go to place for all my bike riding needs!

Great, great shop. I had an issue with my bike, he had the replacement parts in stock, fixed everything, and tuned my bike up all within my lunch break. I will definitely be back and recommending Deluxx to everyone I know.

By far the most outstanding part of this shop is the service after the sale. They will not only make sure you get what you need but they will take care of you well after the initial sale. I Bought bikes from another shop big mistake, the bikes were never even ridden. ONE HAD A BROKEN DERAILER HANGER AND MISSING 4 TEETH ON DERAILUER and chain hobbled together with a BMX link. THE OTHER SHOP DIDNT EVEN OFFER TO LOOK AT IT. But not Jon at deluxx said bring it in in less than 3 days all back together fixed and safe. And the other one needed tuned up so that it was safe. Deluxx bikes awesome experience and very fair. Everyone do your self a favor for you and your families safety go to deluxx and stay away from Cambletown bike shop.

Salesmen seemed really unknowledgeable about bicycles, couldnt even figure out which tube to replace for a flat when we brought the old one with us.

I was having brake issues after purchasing my new bike from target. The next day I called up the first bike shop near me, and John told me to bring it in anytime. So I did, and right off the bat he put the bike up and started fixing my problem. He even fixed parts on the bike that the assembler didnt do properly. I am greatly appreciative for his awesome customer service. As well as being honest. He will be the only one I go to now.

Deluxx Bikes WOW what a amazing gem to have right here in Lebanon PA. i went in today to have my bike adapted to electric assist. I bought a conversion kit online and it would not fit into my forks. Went into Deluxx and the owner worked on it until it fit perfectly!! I am so thrilled that he helped me or I would have had to return it. This meant a lot to me to have this on my bike so I am thrilled he helped me!!!!! THANKS A MILLION Deluxx Bikes I give you a 5 plus star rating!!

I have know bought 5 bikes from John every purchase better than the last. He always give an honest answer without breaking the bank. Always my go to bike shop even now that have to drive over an hour to get to him. Its worth the drive.

People whine about John being straight forward...I will tell you what from buying multiple bikes from him there is no other way he should be. Honest straight forward and knows what he is doing.It’s a shame more shops aren’t like that and other shops just want to sell you anything.John knows what he sells knows the size you need and gets it fast.NUFF SAID!

Had to get tires for my mountain bike and found the owner to be incredibly knowledgeable. I cannot complain about the pricing either. I have a few issues with my bike I was discussing and I dropped it off with the satisfaction of knowing that it is in good hands. Very conscious of my time and informative, people like that are hard to come by and its good to know he does not just want to fix it and get me out the door. He wants to get me back on the trail. I do believe I have found a winner for who Id like to handle my bicycle.

I called and ordered the the scott scale mountain bike I wanted,he had it at the shop and made the tires tubeless for me it was ready within a couple days from the day I ordered it.. He was very friendly and knowledgeable I will be back in the near future to do business with him again.

Needed to get my Trek in for a tune up for rail trail riding this year. Called and John said bring it in right away. Two days later he had my bike ready to go. Very happy with the speed of his service. Will call again.

The owner, John, is the man. I called him and let him know the the pivot bolt by the BB of my Scott Genius LT Tuned had snapped while torquing all rear suspension pivots. Apparently Scott had marked the torque values too high on some of their nuts and bolts. Without any further questions he had Scott sending him a full rear suspension pivot rebuild kit. He gave me a call when the kit came in and hooked me up free of charge. When I came to pick up the rebuild kit, I brought with a vintage Litespeed Ti bike I am rebuilding for a family member and he enlightened me on some of the older components and how to go about finding these older parts. I have had trouble with local bike shops in the past and John at Deluxx Bicycles was beyond helpful. I could not have asked for a better experience. If you appreciate great customer service, Deluxx Bicycles is the place to be.

The owner was not very welcoming or friendly. Went in with my son to purchase an item for his bike, he slammed it on counter and acted like we were bothering him by being there. I proceeded to ask a question and again got the feeling that I was waiting his time.Is a shame not many bike shops in the area...I will just got our parts on ebay...cheaper too

I was in the market to purchase a bike for a while. I spent considerable time reviewing bikes, visiting shops, testing bikes and the like. Each shop obviously had a different business approach, they all showed initial interest in what I wanted, however, Deluxx was the first and only shop to truly ask questions I felt were important to how I intend to ride the bike and then gave me several options based upon what he felt was the correct bike for its intended use. Then the guy took the time to fit me, the only shop I visited to do so, answer numerous questions, explain in detail every question and made sure I felt comfortable on the bike I chose from the line-up he suggested.Proceeding my first visit to Deluxx I stopped at a shop I had never gone to before, just for good measure. The customer service was friendly, which was never an issue, however, just like the other shops I felt rushed or was being vectored towards a specific bike, something I certainly do not like.This prompted me to go back to Deluxx and purchase the bike I chose a couple days prior. I purchased a blue and black Scott Metrix 40 and couldnt be any happier. The fit is great, the ride is great and the bike is sharp. I will be leaving the area for at least a year due to Military training, but when I come back to the Harrisburg area I intend to have all of my maintenance done at Deluxx, as well as purchase a bike for my wife.Good customer service, straight answers and good people to work with.
