I was surprised at how great the customer service was at the office. It’s been a while since I was greeted and acknowledged right when I walked in the door of an agency. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxed. I really enjoyed my first visit to this office. I was able to take care of all of my insurance needs in one stop. I really appreciate the great customer service here.

What amazing customer service! I have never felt more educated about insurance in my entire life! And not just auto insurance but home owner and life insurance ! Dennis you truly knocked it out of the park! I was originally with progressive and Dennis broke down step by step what they actually covered for me and it was awful!! Only 15k in property damage if I totaled someone’s car they would own me! Dennis was able to bundle my auto, home, and new addition life insurance for $50 less than what I have been paying!! Honestly everyone take the time to get some education from this man! It will definitely be worth it and I bet it will save you money as well! 😊

I was already a happy auto policy owner but when I spoke with Dennis at the Home Show in Canon City he asked about my homeowners policy.What a great question! We are relatively new to the area. Went in for a review of our coverage and to purchase a new product. Dennis went over current coverage and made a few suggestions and tweaked our coverage. We never felt pressured and left with what we went for and more. What else can you ask of a product that you pay for and never hope to use?

She helped me switch agents (my last agent was less than satisfactory to be politeHelped me set up a new life ins policy, which ended up being way less, with more coverage than I expected and she was Courteous and Very knowledgeable! She answered all of my questions and helped me understand the differences and even ran quotes a couple different ways so I could make the best decision for my family. The lady who took my first policy was rude and not much help,shy wrote my policy and my homeowner policy I recieved a call the next day to me being dropped and my son. So I went dow to there office the next morning spent a hour with Dennis he said he would have the same person do it again ,received a call the next day only to here shy wanted personal information on my son who dos not live with me.shy was being rude again and told me shy would not go further with out this information and told Dennis I caused at he.the next call was inappropriate as he screamed at me from the second I answered (quote)DOT YOU EVER CALL MY F*^%n office again and cuss at my employees. Wow never had this happen I explained that I had not said that to her and he basically told me I was a lier.so you do what you all like but as for me (never again?)

My name is Becky and I was looking for insurance on my first home purchase and called up Jeremy at State Farm. He was able to get me a very reasonable quote on insurance and also save me $30 a month on my auto insurance. I had such good service when we purchased another car. They changed all the information, printed temporary proof of insurance cards and figured out the new premium. I had called a few days before with some questions which were answered immediately. I am so glad we have a local agent in town for all of our needs. Professional staff and comfortable office setting. Sales staff answered all of my questions, and was VERY patient with me (thanks Heather! Sales staff made sure I was comfortable with new policies and coverage before I left the office. It can be hard to change to a new insurance carrier, but the process was quick, and painless!

I have been a State Farm Customer for over three decades and have been a very satisfied customer. This review is specific to the experience I had with the Podzemny Agency specifically and not State Farm generally.I have had to move my policies several times due to work-related relocations that took me out of state and my insurance transfers have always been very smooth, quick and efficient...until now. After just two weeks of being with this agency, I have transferred my business. Follow-up to questions, adding policies and getting actual binders has been a long exercise in frustration. The continual excuse has been the busyness of the office along with an apology for not getting back to me or a statement that I was the next on the list to be addressed. I dont know if the issue is truly understaffing or if the issue is with one employee. Either way, I got tired of being the one to push the process.Great product but a rare experience in poor service. I wish my experience had been what some of the reviews indicate.

When we stopped in to the State Farm office. We were welcomed and made to feel very welcome. Our concerns were voiced and heard. Dennis invited us into his office where He did his magic on getting us insurance on our little home with solar. We had been to many insurance company’s and they were not able to get us insurance. I have only been with this insurance for a year, but they are top notch. I was with the other agent in Canon but was very unhappy with the service they provided they never answered my calls or returned my calls. My calls are always answered when I call Denniss office. For many years now we have had insurance through Dennis and his team. We could not be more pleased at the service they provide. He gave suggestions as to things that would help us as our kids get older, into driving ages. He also suggested different policy changes he would make AND why. I have been with this office of State Farm for almost 2 years now. I am on a limited income from SSI and SSD due to a medical condition. This office has worked with me and helped me to be able to continue to have not only auto insurance but renters insurance too!! In all this time I have never been spoken down to. Everyone, including Mr Podzemny has always been nice and warm hearted to me about my situation. They really have gone out of their way to help me keep my insurance on my income of $774.00 a month. Most businesses dont want to be bothered with such a small amount. But I guarantee they dont treat me any different than the person who owns large plots of land and the biggest house in the county. You just cant go wrong doing business with folks like this. Special thanks to the office staff, Brittney, Karen and Joe and Mr Podzemny too!! I hope I didnt forget anyone! You guys are AWESOME!

Amazing what a little shopping around will do! Dennis Podzemny single-handedly made mine the best insured business vehicles in four counties(this statement totally unverifiedat a much better rate than I was paying w my old insurance company(this one has). Hes great to work with and friendly. Thus far the stuff hasnt hit the fan but I trust we will be dealt with fairly if it does.

Dont walk away from this agent...run! This is the type of office that is glad to take your money and call it good. Every time Ive tried to contact them theyre either in a "meeting" or busy. Email doesnt work either. Be prepared to pester them to get a response. In the event you get a response be ready to talk to someone who is angry and unprofessional and treats you like your an idiot. I went with this company for a bad reason. My Mom has been a loyal customer for years. (Again the only thing their good at is taking your moneyWhen the hail storm this summer damaged our roof I found out I had a 10,000 deductible. Every roofer Ive talked to is amazed at how awful my policy is. When I talked to this agent about making a claim I was pressured to not make a claim. When I did make a claim the adjuster for State Farm ignored my request to have my contractor be present when he inspected my property. I tried calling the claim adjuster to request my contractor be present...but he doesnt have an answering machine. Im pretty much screwed. I just hope that this review helps someone else avoid this company at all costs. On a positive note it was very easy to choose a new insurance company that did better. The bar is set very low with your Canon City State Farm agent.
