The food was good however it was very busy and slow to receive our meals

Started out a little sketchy as we stood waiting to be seated. Waitress came out enjoying her breakfast while she seated us for ours. No chocolate milk, no mushrooms, no creamer. Put our order in hoping for the best. Breakfast came out promptly and was absolutely perfect.. sometimes you just have to wait till the end to see how things go.

Staff was rude, food was horrible. Even found hair in our food.

Service was good. Food was very good.

I mean its Dennys lol. Food was pretty good got to hear the staff yelling to each other. Rolled the dice on some sirloin, it wasnt bad did survive. Lol

Dennys is always good. The help worked really hard even though they are short on help.

Food was ok. Clean quiet environment. The server was attentive.

Ordered two items online, only received one but billed for two. No explanation as to how to recover funds other than contact DoorDash. Still trying to understand why, if the restaurant didnt have a particular menu item, they charged me for it anyway instead of refunding it BEFORE DoorDash arrived to pick up.

Tried a new sandwich tonight while visiting with family. Our server was awesome. Food was good. Only out of 1 thing and the gravy was runny.

No matter which Dennys you choose to go to, the food never disappoints. The staff at this establishment were wonderful. Friendly, attentive, but not overly/annoyingly attentive.

The food is great, and the staff is friendly, but it felt like there was always an "oops" or a health code violation.. like dirty cups and silverware or sticking their fingers in their mouth... 😬

I have gone to the Tiffin Denny’s twice in the past couple months. Once a friend and I went for a breakfast date and the other my family met for breakfast for a late Father’s Day get together. Both times they always seat you very fast and the service is always fast and friendly. The food is delicious and I don’t always drink coffee but their coffee always hits the spot! The restaurant is always clean and atmosphere is very laid back, but if you’re a cold little bean like me make sure you take a sweater it’s usually pretty chilly!! 😉

Never use to be a fan of Dennys, this one was a game changer, seemed to be newer than most, clean, nice decor great staff and lunch was quite good

The visit I had today was not the best. Waited 15 minutes just waiting for someone to seat us,and there were only 8 customers in there. Ordered food got the wrong things. Food was hot and good though. Food for thought hire more than one waitress.

Terrible service. Not attentive to customers. Yelling back and forth from the kitchen. Family members came in and were in the back with them all. I will not be going back there. The food as not very good either.

Service has been interesting . Ive ordered Togo meals and Ive dinned I. Im also a dasher ...nothing like having to wait longer bc its a dash meal bc they put the people who dine in first... Dont order door dash unless you are willing to wait between a half hour to an hour for your meal to be made plus delivery time . And Rhonda is the worst with dashers ... Rude as hell

Food was great and a magician showed up and made the night even better.

I went in with my two smallest kids and the staff was great. The food was delicious and the waitress was very kind.Edit: post covid- minimal staff thats over worked, food is decent, prices have doubled since last visit.

Brandi our server was the worst one yet. We were only people in restaurant but we heard all the drama and how she hasn’t been making good money. How she was on verge of being fired. Was the absolute worst experience here and typically is good. Food sucked. My fiancé coffee was cold. Took for ever to get us checked on. She went out back and came back higher then a kite.

Customer service was great and my omelet was full of fresh veggies!! I definitely recommend this location!!

Ok so I can see why the parking lot is always empty. I ordered chicken fried chicken what I got was burnt fried burnt ended up breaking a tooth trying to eat just the first 2 bites of my meal. My son ordered a mid rare steak what he got was mid well and as for wait staff all I can say is what wait staff waited at the door between 5-10 minutes before they realize we were there. Dennys used to be a good place but not sure if I will return to one ever after this experience. Thanks guys for destroying one of the best places to eat must be really proud of yourselves on this.

My favorite Dennys because of its layout, staff and its not noisy like some smaller ones. Took a long time to get our food but it was really good so maybe short staff in the kitchen.

We havent visited for quite a while, and found some Menu changes a few favorites like the tater tots will be missed but there new burger menu , with there hand crafted burgers is Great !!!

Horrible!! Took forever to get food. Waitress didnt give us silverware. I had to get it myself. Food was cold when it came. Never again will I eat there.

Incredible as always. I really like that this one still has the claw machines, cant lie. A lot of Dennys restaurants have gotten rid of them but Ill still play once in awhile just for the childhood memories. 😅❣️

Dennys has changed alot over the last five years. Food was great! Service was not very involved with taking care of us but it wouldnt stop me from stopping back.

Dennys is ole reliable when trying to pick a place that has something for everyone on the menu. Excellent omelettes and coffee but pancakes are bit inconsistent from one visit to next but not a big desl. Sandwiches are very tasty and the fries are EXCELLENT. Also, the staff is always friendly and on top of things.

Slower service but well offset by the fact the staff were very friendly and communicative, the food was good and reasonably priced, overall a great experience!

Our waitress was great tonight. They were pretty busy and she had multiple tables plus seated people & cashed them out. Food was great!

Went to a Dennys years ago at a truck shop the food was greasy, I figured it was at a truck stop ,heavy volume, no time to drain the grease, ok. Years later we went to one by our daughters college and thought it would be better, well its still the same throughout the company and that grease went right through me, I could have tipped the plate up and the grease would have run down, was hesitant about going to another, next time I wont.

The waitress was pushy and rushing me. I asked for a minute. She returned with same attitude continues to rush me Gee give me a couple of minutes not seconds. At this point I wanted to leave. I ordered anyhow. My scrambled eggs where dripping with butter they used to cook them. Gross and did not taste good. Wont be back.

It was really good the service was great waiter kept checking up on making sure we have refills at making sure food taste it all right

Used to work here as a manager until the gm started to run it in the ground. Few good workers there but most of them are toxic liars and out for themselves. The 3 o55s (non-salary managersare not management material and need to be fired

Waited nearly an hour ans 20 minutes a for food. Drinks we waited 10 to 15 minutes. Didnt get all of our food for table. Couldnt get condiments for r food. My food wasnt cooked all the way. Manager didnt know what to say about the food. He was speechless. He was only gonna take 20% off. I said food wasnt cooked, my husband was cold, couldnt get butter and my daughter didnt get all her food. 😒 will never go back.

The one in Tiffin Ohio is Great and great service and clean. I dont recommend Findlay Ohio Dennys at all anymore. The place in Findlay Ohio is a total failure now food is not good at all and its cold and place is insanitary and service is negative. But Tiffin Ohio is the one theyve really upgraded Everything 👍

Was absolutely the worst service Ive ever had. We waited 25 mins for drinks. We waited an hour for her to take our order. And after she took our order we waited another hour for her to tell us they hadnt even started out order. Absolutely poor service for me and my family!

Their customer service has really gone downhill. This was our worst experience here. The waitress was rude and forgetful and she didnt pay attention to what she was doing and set the tray she brought our food out on on top of our 1 yr. Old grandsons head! What kind of waitress sets a tray on top of a childs head!? I doubt well ever go back!

Had the best servies could ever ask for the waitress was amazing. The owner is very nice, respectful, polite. Thank you for serving us even though it was close to closing time. Wonderful staff all the way around.

Late night at Dennys in Tiffin Ohio is great ! Great service! Great food! good times! Dennys in Findlay Ohio is the worst. Horrible service! Extremely rude waitress. My fiance even noticed how she was treating me. I have never been treated so badly in a restaurant before, and she was an older lady. Old enough to know better.

Waited over 10 minutes in for beverages. Ended up leaving without eating. Waited 35+ minutes for food & still had not received meals. Cook staff very rude to wait staff & not very respectful to manager. Manager requested a piece of chicken be remade "911" for the table next to us & 15+ minutes later it still had not been started.

I love any Dennys. From Florida to Ohio, from Marion to Tiffin, theyre all good. Chicken Philly every time.

Maybe 5 customers here all with their food and drinks long before I got here with my friends, took waitress 35 minutes to get our food orders and bring our drinks to our table, and she gave ALL three of us a water(like we orderedbut there was things floating in our waters looks like (butter or mayonnaiseon the walls of the glass and on the ice. Its disgusting af.

I was here on a Thursday evening. The restraunt was not busy but the waitress was SLOW! She brought our menus and took our drink order. 20 minutes later our drinks arrived. Then, we waited a long time for her to return to take our order. Again about a 20-25 minute wait to get our food. We saw her once after that to ask if we wanted dessert which we declined since we did not have all night to wait. She brought our bill and said"no hurry".We had already figured out that there is no HURRYING done in this place. The food was not in any way worth the LONG WAIT!!!

This was terrible food and service. Got served frozen onion rings and when they redid it the new ones came out slimy and disgusting. French toast tasted like it was cooked after something else. Clearly this is a sign of not cleaning up the area. Found hair in the tator tots. Was told by the manager that they only have 1 fryer working. This is completely unacceptable Dennys, please do better.

It only gets worse and worse the more me and my boyfriend order online from here. If his order isn’t messed up it’s mine. And it’s more distasteful and disturbing looking later at night. The most recent time we ordered was today and I previously ordered smashed redskins and thought they were pretty good so I ordered them again today. I got watery regular mashed potatoes with no taste to them whatsoever. I also thought it’d be a good idea to get cheese on top of my eggs which was stupid because it literally was the hardest cheese ever I could literally peel it all off of the eggs at once. I’d rather go to McDonald’s before I ever order from here again.

There were 8 customers and they were not busy at all. My food was served all at once instead of having the starter 1st and it was all cold as if it had been sitting out for a long time. 2 waitresses were arguing the whole time. They were arguing about schedules and unhappy customers. Complete and total neglect of their jobs. Not happy with my experience here and I will never come back.

My server was David and he did amazing. Very polite and well spoken. My breakfast (burger and frieswas delish and correct. Usually places overcook burgers unless you say something. I didnt have to and it came out perfectly...juicy!!! Hopefully David sticks around, would love to have him for my next visits!
