Diamond Parking in Salt Lake County

Website to pay for parking appears like youve completed payment and are good to go but there is one more okay button to hit. So you get a ticket for $50 which you cant pay online and have to send a check for.

Exactly as the other customers say. DO NOT PARK HERE!We bring so much business to this parking lot.. The people that ticket are rude and will give you a ticket if they see you walk in to pick up a take out order and you dont pay within minutes. Multiple vendors get tickets and customers get tickets popping in quickly. Customer service on the phone is not even customer service. They do NOT care about anything except giving tickets. Thanks for being so rude TYANNA.

Terrible customer service. Was on hold for over 30 minutes with no answer. Took the time to pay for a parking spot which takes a long time. Got a ticket this service is not diligent in there work and they have no customer service. Would not recommend using there services.

0 stars is more accurate. Terrible experience, feels like a scam, you pay for parking and still get a $50 dollar ticket. We waited for the worker to come back and she seriously escalated things, she could have easily de-escalated the situation but instead made things much worse. Ive rarely had such horrible treatment as a paying customer. Also, just in the time I was trying to leave there were 5 other groups that had paid and all still got tickets. Sketchy place.... I would rather park a mile away than use one of these parking lots again. DO NOT PARK HERE!

Can I give less than 1 star? DO NOT PARK HERE unless you want a $45 ticket. They will get you even if you pay. It’s happened to me twice.

Huge pain to park at this lot. Their website doesnt work, the app doesnt work and when you call in you can expect a 10 minute hold. No pay station on site.

This company is doing Gods work, by dinging paying customers, with a $45.00 ticket every time.
