Diane did an absolutely fantastic job putting together a complicated itinerary for myself, my brother and my mother in a timely manner. We all live in different states and/or country from each other. Our destination was a round trip to Europe to help my elderly mother return to the U.S.Diane communicated with us every step of the way and confidently managed my emotions and frequent questions. I would book with her again in a heartbeat.
