Quick story: Our tire blew on I-10 outside of Willcox. Dicks was open on the Fourth of July, held onto my car for no cost while I found a new rim and got the work done fast.

Mixed emotions...My vehicle was towed to their shop about ten minutes before they closed on Friday before Fathers day. I knew what the problem was and a mechanic looked at and agreed with me. He said that it was a 15 minute repair job. The mechanic told me that they would be open on Saturday at 7 am and that the job would be completed at 7:15 am. The job was actually completed before 7:15 am Saturday morning.The repair work was done properly and the price was fair.I was not happy with the owners decision to not allow the mechanic to spend 10 minutes past their closing time on Friday to fix the problem. As an out of town customer I viewed this event as a lack of concern for my time.

We had a bad valve stem on our trailer and found Dicks Tire. Very impressed with this place. Friendly greeting and got us right in. Didnt break the bank. I appreciate yall. Thanks for getting us back on the road. Honest place.

These guys are awesome. Very honest and not crazy priced. We travel through this area often and have used them twice now for various repairs on our 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 Cummins Diesel. They have bent over backwards to get us in and out quickly without an appointment and are very reasonably priced. Will definitely be our shop of choice in this area.

My husband and I are full time Rvers. We were traveling from Deming NM to Benson AZ when our Dodge Ram Cummings diesel started blowing black smoke and losing power. We pulled off the road in a small town east of Bowie and called our road side service. They sent two wreckers, one for the truck and one for our fifth wheel. They took our truck into Dicks Auto. I must say we were a bit apprehensive that they took it to someone other that a dealership. My husband went in bright and early the next morning fearing the worst news, but instead he was very impressed by the mechanics and the owner Gary. They had us back on the road and I must say the truck has never ran so good. We actually got over 16 miles per gallon and that is towing a 37 foot fifth wheel. So the bottom line is, if you are any where in the area of Wilcox Az. and need a good mechanic to get you back on the road dont hesitate to take it to Dicks.

I was disappointed that my vehicle could not be fixed and had to be towed 50 miles to the dealer. Not their fault but it took them till the end of the day to tell me. They were under staffed for the weekend. All though they were willing to fit me in and try to get me up and going as fast as they could. Pricing was a bit iffy, but you dont know whats all wrong till its tore down. They are open 7 days a week which was from 7am to 5pm that is rare. Thanks for trying.
