Dillons Pharmacy in Reno County

Better since they got a new pharmacist

The dillion store is my dillons.all shopping done their.love em.the pharmacy is a newer experience. Pre diabetic.if was up to them.i would be dead.my fouth time to get new script.4 times.our network is sown.your too late.it will be another 30 minutes.why dont u go somewhere else.i own 2 business in hutch.i would be embarrassed and fire any employee that acted like thatBuyer beware.buyer beware.

Sent my step daughter in to get insulin syringes for her mom. She just needs a 10 pk at a time with how rarely my wife uses insulin and that we pay out of pocket for all her diabetic supplies. We live out of state and my wife accidentally didnt pack any syringes. The boy at the pharmacy counter didnt even check before saying they did not have the kind my wife needs and was so rude to my step daughter that she came out almost in tears and my wife needed insulin before dinner and didnt have syringes. Same as our visit last summer when we stayed in town longer than we planned. (That was at Dillons on 5th StAre the pharmacy employees trained to be this way? Is there some store policy that they treat people with disdain and deny them a needed medical supply without hesitation? If my wife had any complication I would have consulted an attorney already. I plan to contact Dillons Corporate as well.

The woman at the drive thru gave me the wrong insulin syringes. This is the 3rd time they have done that on 4th Ave! I am NOT rich. I know they only cost 4 dollars but 4 x 3 is 12 and that is starting to add up! I hope they know i am reporting them on a state and federal level and im reporting to the highest level of Dillons! What they did to me is WRONG

I used to go to another pharmacy. They had problems with getting one of my prescriptions. Dillons had no such problem getting it to me on time. Even though I am on a different medication now, I still really appreciate Dillons customer service and how they work with me.

Besides such a long line to wait in all in all my pharmacy experience was a good one. Pharmacist was helpful n knowledgeable bout informing me bout my new medicine and its side effects. I had a nice visit with a pretty gal while waiting on line. Helped make time go faster.

I love my 4th Street Dillons Pharmacy and all who work there ... Never have had an issue with any one of them😊

I waited for hours on a tamiflu prescription that they said I would receive a text message letting me know its ready, I called in only to find out its been ready. Not my first bad experience with them either.

I went there this morning to get pain meds filled for my mother-in-law after she smashed her hand in an accident and has several broken bones and tried to see if the tech could rush it but he was so rude. And would not hear me out. He kept interrupting me saying that there was only 2 of them for the first hour. Very rude.
