Called to see if they could fix my truck, response from the owner was "I dont care, we have plenty of work." What the hell kinda service is this? You cant just say you are busy til whenever?

I have stopped to this shop 2x and called 1 x to inquire about repairs. My issue is not whether or not they do or do not do the repairs I was inquiring about but how rude the owner is, especially to women. I have not actually had services done here and he seems like he doesnt really want the business when you come or call there. This would also explain why the shop is always empty. I figured google needed an honest review.
