The store is always clean and well lit. The shelves are always full. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, especially Kelly H.

The store has a smell about it. The meats looked great tho. That is all I got then right back out. They need to do something about the smell. Would shop a lot more often.

I REALLY like shopping @ Grocery Outlet! It has a very "homey" feeling.Feels like family. I shop there often.Their grocery prices are comparable.

I used to love this store! Wish I could put -5 stars! This store has been getting more and more sorry over the last several months! The shelves stay only about half stocked, the manager complains "oh its a supply chain crisis" when the grocery outlet in the next town over that uses the same stock system shelves are overflowing with products. You cant blame the pandemic and supply chain crisis on everything! Chances are theyre going to be going out of business soon, because theres never any customers in there, theyve driven them all away with their SORRYNESS! This store needs new leadership NOW!

Good enough variety however can be frustrating as no guarantee what you bought will be available the next time you go in. Employees nice and helpful.

I like the store a lot the meat department you rock usually stocked up pretty good it dont make you wait too long in line and normally open up another line as they say theres a wait and they do a good job on that thank you

Dont shop here, my wife did. For the first time she used a check at that store, we have check protection from our bank. She was treated like a criminal accused of trying to steal. The lady from the office needs to be fired.

The cashiers are RUDE. The only good thing is they are cheap on cigarettes. But for the RUDE cashiers, think Ill just pay a little more and go where my business is appreciated.

Great to see steaks are coming back to a great price. I also grabbed some Green tomatoes. Hit the deli there,got some great smoked Pork and smoked Leg quarters.

The store is clean, the cashier was smiling and friendly she had a very nice attitude. Their shelves were stocked very well, their fruits and vegetables looked very clean and organized, looked appetizing! the meat dept was fantastic, ,all the meats were organized in a clean orderly fashion,presentation was spot on fantastic job! Kindly keep up the great work, the prices are very good if you havent visited this grocery store you really should, yes it is an add 10% store.

Great friendly place to shop. I have to say their prices are much better than the only other grocery store in town. I walked out with the same if not more spending $50 versus $80. I will be returning to shop again.

Would not load bags for handicapped old man more interested in talking this would not have happened at publixs by Flowers hospital in dothan, they fall all over themselves trying to help you.

Asked casher nicely to please wear mask while checking me out as there is no self checkout. She said she didnt have to wear a mask! I have a child on life support at home and just want to keep him safe... I think wearing a mask during a liliteral pandemic is not asking to much... Customer service is so so bad here... Please make it an option to wear a mask if customer ask or offer self checkout.

They get the best rating being as I showed up within 5 minutes of closing on Christmas Eve. Everyone stayed so nice and polite as I ran around like a crazy person just tossing stuff in my buggy pretty sure I am making a peanut butter fudge cherry cheesecake brownie but it was not for the staff encouragine to take my time I was fine.. so very appreciative for the wonderful attitudes and Christmas spirit

Ever since “Doc’s Market” became Grocery Outlet the store has really gone down hill. I still shop here when necessary (because it’s closer to my house.For the most part though I’ve pretty much changed grocery stores. It’s not even the prices that have changed it’s the quality of the groceries. We’ve been in there and the produce is literally beginning to rot! Picked up a bag of oranges and there was a rotten one in the bag & there was more decaying fruit than just the oranges. Shelves are nowhere near stocked with fresh goods as they should be. If anything the deli is still decent and the meat department is still worth buying from. Even the atmosphere of the store has changed. We always shopped for years at Doc’s Market aka the IGA and loved the employees there. Now Grocery Outlet I try to avoid when I can which I’m sad to say...

This was formerly the Docs Market. Usually, store is fairly clean. I have a good experience on most of my trips. I cant afford to pay the 10 percent surcharge fee though. So, I dont shop here often, only twice a month at most. I only get a few things and dont spend over $15. I shop more often at the Piggly Wiggly. 4/22/2020.

Went in there today and bought a few things.got outside and realized they charged me 7.03 for a 30oz jar of miracle whip. Went back in to see if they had over charged me. Nope thats there price! I asked for a refund and was told I had to give them my phone number and fill out a form for a refund.look them up. They have a D+ rating with the better business bureau. Numerous complaints about them charging customers for grocery bags also.these are bad people. Stay away. This was done during a state of emergency .they dont care about there customers. BOYCOTT!

I shop less and less since new owners! Prices have gone up on almost everything. But when my (disabled, retired Military friend who is on a very limited income tried to pay with coins, they would only accept $3 in change!!!!! I found much better produce at Piggly Wiggly since this store has gone too far! Not everyone has food to eat all month let alone get turned away for having more $4 in change. Shame on you.The star is for the kind cashiers.ALSO check what they are charging tax on. I believe some of the items they tax are non-taxable. Passing on info to state to be sure.

Will not shop there again. Cashier not very friendly. Didnt act like she wanted to be there.just tossed my stuff in the bag and didnt care what she put in each bag.very unfriendly. Need better people and friendly staff to work there.

Manufacturing defect involving what ever they use to lube push pops before they shoot the sherbert, was denied refund or exchange by the lead cashier. She refused to interact with me directly an had the poor cashier girl act as go between for the short exchange. They have lost my business and suggest that everyone else do the same. Not recommended for anything due to rudeness and unwilling to refund items with receipt with in 2hrs of purchase.Update issue was resolved within 96hrs and roughly 40mi of travel. My rateing will remain the same until as it took me filling a complaint with the BBB and the department of agriculture. I will change it when if ever I choose to purchase anything there agian and see management keeps their word to ensure the employees conduct is up to par.

Does not have customer service since it sold to new owners. Does not offer a good selection of produce.

I love to shop at Docs. Its a small store but has a good selection of items. I really like to get their smoked meats.

Great Hometown Store thats some really good deals. And Im like Walmart they dont like long lines there and will call people to the register very quickly. In the deli is always super clean and pretty good deals on some food.

Everyone is so nice we need to have more mom and pop stores . Fruit and vegetables are very fresh and dont go bad fast like some groceries do.
