Went to docs gas station on north road Christmas eve. Asked them to check my oil and guy said it was all good. I even have a witness who heard him say it was all good!!! I Had to follow the ambulance to bangor because It had my baby in it. Get released on Christmas day and there is a ticking sound. Sunday take it to VIP to have them look at it and it needed 4 quarts of oil! I called docs because that could of been caught and the ticking could of been prevented and they tell me sorry nothing we can do. And my vehicle went through all that oil that he said was "all good". From going to emmc and back to houlton. And told me Good luck. Dont trust this place

Ive had multiple encounters with the manager here and every time she came off incredibly snobby, everything from body language to overall tone of voice. Not the person Id want running my store. Also, the gas pumps here are incredibly annoying. 1 of the pumps kept shutting off and Id have to finalize the transaction and start over.

The manager here Lisa Harvey is very rude and unprofessional. I was overcharged for an item. She blamed me for not asking if it was on sale or asking for price check. The station is also disgusting used condoms in restroom.
