Dollar General in Jasper County

New to the area. Doing a remodel to my bathroom this is a one of the closest businesses to my home and when I had asked to use the restroom before buying anything or taking my products into said restroom, I was told no public restrooms. So I told her I will take the money I planned on spending here elsewhere. Good job loosing a customer. Place it trashy and needs clean up anyway. Dont know the ladies name but very rude older white woman. Recommend any other place to find what you are looking for. NOT A FRIENDLY STORE IN ANY WAY.

I love shopping here..If you want to decorate your home on a budget then this is the place to go..Beautiful items at a Awesome price

Its overall a great store. Its better than going to a big store like Wal-Mart as long as you only need a few things. They sell a pretty great variety of things including food, clothes, cosmetics, OTC meds, cleaning products, household items, office supply, pet supplies & more. The prices are typically low & they have sales regularly. You can download their app & clip virtual coupons to use at the checkout. While they sell a decent variety of items, they are still not comparable to big chain stores or grocery stores in terms of what they sell. They are FOR SURE an excellent alternative. I recommend that you give them a chance.

This particular store thats over by Elijahs Cafe in kirbyville. Is really run down store but its still a good place to go shopping

Cashier were unprofessional. Answering personal cell phone while theres a lot of customers waiting to be checked out. Only one cashier in the whole store. This place needs a lot of work.

I like Dollar General. It is a convenient place to shop. The cashier was helpful. It doesnt hurt when even with the mask they recognize you and greet you. The store was busy. We were able to be served quickly.

The store was packed with people in line. There was a strong overbearing fragrance like something spilled and I got choked due to my asthma. It did not feel healthy.

Great service from manager. Very aware of when I was at check out and store us shoppable now. It was a pig sty with previous management.

Were can I get another shower curtain they only have one.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The new remodel of the Jasper Tx store makes shopping so much easier!

This location had penty of items and was organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wait in line did take a minimum of 15 minutes. Although, it was the weekend before Christmas so not surprised at the wait.

Its a Dollar General not a supermarket better deals than having to travel further into town

Absolutely LOVE the ladys and gentlemen that work here! They are always there for me and my family and have a answer to every question. And if they dont have what I need or looking for then they order it for me. Thanks for always being there for your customers.

Good selection, well stocked, employees are either very helpful or treat you with contempt (no in between), and I couldnt find the Dollar Army anywhere (that General taught them well, but Ill find you and my Army of Greenbacks will crush you and then your "Federal" Reserve! Viva la Gold Standard!!!)

Ran in and ran out had what I needed in stock and didnt take to long to get out cashier was nice and greeted me when I walked in the door overall good experience 4 outta 5 likely to recommend

Briefly made a stop and kids didnt put shoes on we were told we had to leave

The manager is a very caring person and shes always willing to assist with any concern you may have.

This store is so messy and disorganized, and the product selection is disappointing. Almost all the shelves have theft-alarms on them so its hard to shop without feeling conspicuous, and the ding-dong sound is very loud and annoying. I guess they dont trust their customers. I will continue to shop here because of location convenience but I personally dont enjoy the experience much. I hate to be negative, I know theyre trying.

Wasnt what I thought they had a great sale going but didnt have anything one other couple complain said U dont have anything that U advertise we were told the shelves were empty, getting ready for the next sale week

This was the biggest dollar general store Ive ever seen. Store was well stocked and organized. Employees were very nice and helpful.
