Dollar General in Greenup County

It was busy.

I try to use local stores just so we can keep them in business. But, everytime i go to the one in town, they charge me for things i didnt buy and the digital coupons dont work. Decided i wont go back no matter what the ads say.

Its convenient. The employees are nice. But you cant save the money you did when they first opened.

Nick is an awesome manager and employee! Best customer service always ! Store is always in order and plenty of stock . My favorite dollar general of all .

they kept one of my bags and wouldnt answer the phone - called at least 10 times between 1pm and 5pm

They are very friendly people and very clean and I love it cuz they have a bathroom for public people.

Concerning inbound customer service calls; there is much room for improvement. Associates need to have calls promptly received and resolved with great consideration of the customers time and overall experience. Management especially should revisit/rewrite employee handbook for time management and leadership skills to manage their time more effectively so someone can answer the dang phone. If you dont have time to acknowledge a call, someones dropped the ball... 😊👍

Great selection of flashlights, even got a super bright lantern (like it hurts to look at it when its onfor under $10.

Dollar GENERAL was lacking alot of merchandise due to the covid 19 Im sure. It will get better as this virus slips away.

Its hard to get into a lot of times and when its busy they wont get another cashier but other than that its OK. The employees was friendly so thats a plus

It has been years since shopping this store. Not a good experience. Items not marked with price. Approached register several times for pricing then when I checked out, came home, no receipt to be found. I dont think the total was correct but I was more concerned getting the coupon on the receipt for the next return visit in which was not provided.

I love Dollar General its one of my favorite store...the products are easy to find, the prices are affordable, & the staff are friendly & helpful!!! 👍p

The lowest of the low in terms of service..no thank yous, nothing but attitude and the feeling that customer is bothering the employee by just being there.worst i have seem in a long while.

I like going there cause they have good deals on certain stuff for every day liveing.

One of my favorite places to shop. Prices are as good & even better than Walmart! Selections seems to always be about the same in all locations...at least around here

Easy access and close to where I was having my daughters party. Needed some last minute things and was in and out. No long line.

Sometimes there isnt anyone at the front register but its usually right before they close when I go in there.

Its cleaner than most dollar generals, its not bad going to.

They have lots of things at a great price and if you need help finding anything The workers are always good to help you

This is a place where u can find just about everything your looking for. If it wasnt for the outrageous long lines this store would have five stars.

Dollar general itself is a great place to shop for the budgets conscious.This specific store has its pros and con- Very convenient location.- It has two parking lots (on each side of the storeboth are not fun to park in.- Every time I visit , the staff is professional, always asking me if I need help.- The selection of products is amazing. Employees are beyond phenomenal! To say I frequent this store is an understatement! Asset to our community!

While this particular Dollar General is convenient as to how close it is to my home, it is difficult to get in and out of because of the proximity of the new bridge. The parking lot is too small. Because of this, I dont like going there.

Good prices on everything from food to household goods. I buy all my cleaning supplies here and save money!

My visit was plesent and i found everything i needed...i did get over-charged for one of my items but i will try to resolve this tomorrow.

I like the cheaper prices and they offer a little bit of everything.

The store is always looking like one big trash pile. Its always a mess and dirty. Who knows the last time the floor was swept and mopped. I wish Ironton workers would take a little pride in what they do.
