Dollar General in Yavapai County

Always a wonderful experience, hospitality is a plus, and when I need assistance they’re always available to help.

I dont always have the most pleasant experience going to DG so i try not to go often. With 3 toddlers, in a small store it becomes alot and i often feel awkward & judged. However, tonight was much different. Thanks to the wonderful woman working the register. She was kind, cheerful, helpful, and patient. To everyone who walked in the door. I wish i wouldve gotten her name. I checked the receipt but didnt see it on there. So to the dark haired lady working around 7:30ish, thank you for actually caring enough about your job to make sure customers have a pleasant experience. ❤

I stop in here before & after work (because I work in Chino Valley). Sometimes its hard to find an associate. Theyre friendly and the prices are good. Just wouldnt recommend for a quick trip.

Lots of useful things you might not find elsewhere in Chino Valley. I couldnt find a strainer at Safeway so I got one here for $4.

Love the store itself, but sad they got rid of their clothes after the remodel. There is a lady who works here who has been slightly rude in the past.

Rude old bat wearing a mask, wasnt even capable of waddling over to help the, obvious new employee, check us out. Just barked orders from a side room. Self checkout is probably why her job is irrelevant.

Friendly staff, lots of items to choose from. Last 2 trips had long wait times at the register due to technical difficulties. Frustrating! Employees started it had to do with the computers the registers run on? Upgrade!!

I like this Dollar General. Ive seen a few bad reviews on it but honestly Ive never had a bad experience here. I pretty much know who all of the employees are because I visit the store a lot and they are all very nice to me. Sure there has been a few times Ive had to wait in a line, but that happens at stores from time to time. No big deal to me.
